This preliminary study aims to evaluate the contribution of the FLPP program to cope with the accelerating housing backlog, as one of the prominent subsidized housing programs. It also attempts to identify one of the key factors to its contribution level. Although many subsidized housing programs have been launched by the Government of Indonesia, the number of homeownerships is still outpaced by the surmounting housing backlog. However, their evaluation remains to receive a little attention to refine the similar programs in the future. By employing a descriptive analysis on the FLPP data series from 2010-2019, this study finds a heartbreaking level of contribution of the FLPP program to the housing backlog alleviation, due to increasing housing price which implicates the ratio of housing affordability and the deviation of the designated beneficiaries. Innovation in affodable housing construction and design are urgently required to maintain the ratio of housing affordability from the housing stress for the low incomes as the designated beneficiaries.

There are some aspects that can impact a consumer's purchase decision. Before purchasing a product or using a service, a consumer will examine a number of things. In addition to this study, there is an unconscious behaviour carried out by a consumer before making a decision. According to the previous studies, there is still a lack of research into children as a future market or the factors that impact parents' purchase decisions for their children. Twenty participants were subjected to a series of directed in-depth interviews, which were grouped by gender (male and female) and income (middle low and middle up). This research has been conducted between October 2021 and January 2022. Researchers discovered that the higher a parent's income is, the more thoughts they have before purchasing goods or services, and the higher a parent's educational level is, the more considerations they have before purchasing goods or services. Before purchasing products or services, parents think about their children's health, safety, comfort, and educational value of the goods or services.

Mastery of energy resources cannot be separated from the state's efforts to strengthen its defense. The shift in the use of fossil energy into alternative and renewable energy sources has created new competition between countries in the world. Again the US has an important role in the competition, but this time the main competitor is the PRC. Using a qualitative approach with a literature study method, this paper tries to provide an analysis from the point of view of competitive intelligence in looking at the context of great power competition on the issue of mastery of alternative energy resources, as well as its impact on Indonesia's position as a country that has a wealth of energy resources. The results of the discussion show that the shift in energy use in the future is strongly influenced by the issue of climate change, investment factors from developed countries in the development of alternative energy resource technologies and industrial factors that have begun to prioritize the use of resources other than fossils. Competition or competition between the US and China will still determine the continuity of alternative energy development in the future. Meanwhile, Indonesia as a country that has reserves of resources needed in the development of new energy will play a strategic role in the competition for mastery of energy resources, especially electricity.

Human rights oppressions continue to take place against the Rohingya people in Myanmar. Despite the presence of crimes against humanity, genocide, and mass murders, the United Nations Security Council continues to display divergence in how to respond to the crisis appropriately. This article aims to illustrate the legal basis, structure, and extent of state authority in utilizing force in response to gross human rights violations against the Rohingya people by employing Criddle's 2015 fiduciary theory of humanitarian intervention. This article concludes the following steps to be undertaken; 1) collectively determine that the Rohingya people have been prosecuted in the form of genocide, crimes against humanity, and mass murder, to transfer the responsibility to protect towards the global community, 2) interventions need to honor the domestic preferences of the Myanmar people and government, to sustain an acceptable humanitarian intervention, and 3) construct clear parameters that would induce the imposition of humanitarian intervention.
