Abstract

There are several points that need to be considered regarding cultural acculturation including, what elements are accepted, what elements are not acceptable, what channels are used, through what institutions, and why they can be accepted. Of course, these points relate to the acculturation of Sundanese culture and Islamic teachings, especially in the Sundanese. Regarding the elements that can be accepted by Islamic teachings into Sundanese culture, namely Islamic teachings are not much different from the character of Sundanese culture at the time of its initial spread. Meanwhile, elements that cannot be accepted in acculturating Sundanese culture and Islamic teachings, especially in terms of creed. Regarding the channels used in acculturating Sundanese culture and Islamic teachings in the Sundanese, it has been going on since the kingdoms of Cirebon and Banten began exploring remote areas in West Java.KH Ahmad Sanoesi who succeeded in acculturating Sundanese culture and spreading religious ideas in Sundanese land, especially in Sukabumi through his Islamic boarding school educational institutions. Thus the acculturation of Sundanese culture and Islamic teachings became the main factor in the ease with which Islamic teachings spread to Sundanese society. The supporting theory in this research is Islamicate from Marshall G Hodgshon's statement and Vernacularization by Anthony H Johns. Thus, that there is a statement "Urang Sunda mah geus Islam memeh Islam" made by KH Hasan Mustopa is a clear proof of the many acculturation of Sundanese culture and Islamic teachings that have merged into the Sundanese Tatar so that Islamic teachings are easily accepted by the majority of Sundanese people.

Abstract

Industry 4.0 has advanced technology in contributing more to human life. These advances have an impact on every aspect of human life, especially information and communication technology. Uses and Gratifications Theory (UGT) is the basis for increasing the number of participants in the General Election system that meets the needs of voters. This research was conducted using a rapid review to produce policy recommendations to the government quickly within a limited time. The method used in a coherent study is PRISMA, to find the media choices that are most widely used by Indonesians and to find opportunities including the threat of simultaneous general elections in Indonesia in 2024. The findings show the many advantages of the voting system because of the greater benefits compared to the conventional system.  especially i -voting has become an efficient system compared to the previous General Election System. The main threat of the i -voting system lies in network security; this condition already exists namely blockchain solutions. Changes in the General Election System cannot be interrupted because of technology, currently, changes in the General Election system are still running in place due to political interests. The relevant system development to be implemented is the combination of i -voting with e-voting, this system can provide solutions for voters who have resource constraints with e-voting and time constraints with i - voting.

Abstract

The role of the Wae Batu Gajah watershed which has a function to regulate water management and as a water source is currently starting to experience a very significant change with the rate of change of forest land cover into settlements which ultimately destroys the sustainability of the ecological function. This damage can be proven by the phenomenon of flooding and that occurs in the rainy season and drought in the dry season. The analysis of the sustainability of the Wae Batu Gajah watershed has the following objectives: 1). Analyzing the index and sustainability status of the Wae Batu Gajah watershed from the ecological, economic and social dimensions. 2). Testing the validity and testing the accuracy of the sustainability index of the Wae Batu Gajah watershed management. The results of the study show that the multidimensional sustainability index for the three ecological, economic and social dimensions is 50.97% in the moderately sustainable category. The validation test shows the difference in the value of the Monte Carlo and MDS analysis at the 95% confidence level the average for the three dimensions is 0.72%; the value of determination (R2) between 93.86% - 95.18% means that the sustainability index estimation model is good and adequate; stress value 0.2, which means that the MDS analysis model obtained has a high accuracy (goodness of fit) to assess the sustainability index of the Wae Batu Gajah watershed.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a pandemic throughout the world and is evidenced by regulations requiring masks, vaccinations, and PCR swabs related to personal protection to minimize Covid-19 infection. This condition has become the subject of discussion among many circles, one of which is the health protocol when carrying out activities outside the home, especially on public transportation. This triggered the emergence of vaccination programs and masks and PCR swabs in public transportation. In addition, public support for transportation is very high on the grounds of shortening travel time. The purpose of this research is the consumer's assessment of the performance of train services in the new normal era and before the new normal from the aspect of reusability, service quality and marketing mix. The method used is benchmarking by applying the principles of usability, service quality and marketing mix. The collection was carried out through a survey of 120 respondents who had used train services in the new normal era and before the new normal. The result of the research is that the train service before the new normal is superior in the eyes of consumers in terms of usability, service quality, and marketing mix. However, the new normal era trains have higher services than the new normal trains on the efficiency and error indicators in the usability aspect as well as on the tangible indicators in the quality aspect.
