Abstract

This study aims to qualitatively describe the empirical facts between the expectations and the reality of implementing inclusive education in Indonesia for children with special needs. The government's efforts to legitimize inclusive education for children with special needs in regular schools ranging from primary to secondary education have increasingly opened up opportunities for children with special needs to obtain quality educational services. However, good policies are not matched by the readiness of schools that are recommended to provide adequate facilities and support for learning resources. As a result, there are indications that the education of children with special needs in inclusive schools has not received educational services that match their needs. This study uses a library research design and primary and secondary sources to obtain research data. In other words, this library research limits its activities to collecting data through library collection materials (manual and internet) without the need for field research. In practice, this library research activity series relates to collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information and legal analysis regarding legal protection and the position of the tax treaty against double taxpayers (Double Taxation), double taxation is the imposition of taxes on the same type of tax by different countries on the same subject and object, and in identical periods. The birth of double taxation is due to the principle of global taxation for domestic taxpayers, where income from within the country and abroad is taxed by the resident country (the country of residence of the taxpayer), besides that there is also territorial taxation for foreign taxpayers by the source country. where income originating from that country is taxed by the source country. To avoid state losses, a tax treaty was born which is part of international law, which minimizes double taxation and attempts to avoid tax.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find answers to why the value of local wisdom is the basis for building Copyright law and how the construction of Copyright law based on the value of local wisdom provides creative freedom and can improve people's welfare. The paradigm in this research is Legal Constructivism, with a socio-legal research approach.  The social setting is the written batik community. Primary data was obtained by interview and observation, while secondary data was obtained by document study. Primary data were analyzed using the four-step model of Mathew B. Miles and A. Michel Huberman. Secondary data were analyzed using hermeneutics. The results of the study show that if copyright law is not based on local wisdom values, it has the consequence that copyright law does not work well, because the legal values do not match the values of local wisdom and are unable to protect communal copyrights. Society becomes ambiguous, and people are not prosperous because they do not have the freedom to be creative in their work. The values of local wisdom are the basis for building copyright law. The value of local wisdom can protect copyrighted works that are communal. Local wisdom can improve the welfare of the community. The ideal construction of copyright law reconstructs its structure, substance, and culture. The principles of supporting new copyrights are the principles of justice, economy, culture, social, communal ownership, availability of access, and an integrated strategy.
