Global leadership is not only seen from the perspective of which country and who is elected as its leader, but what is more essential is the extent to which the leadership holds resources in general to be used as an instrument to carry out the hegemony of power. The phenomenon of polarization global leadership: an analysis of the three factions of the leadership strength in leadership theory modern, empirically categorized as one of the important issues because it relates to the harmony of living together with all human beings on this planet. Leadership based on egoism wrapped in style and authoriterm type will certainly bring havoc to mankind. This article was compiled from a research process on various literatures, the process of collecting literature up to the preparation of this article was approximately three months, namely from August to October 2020. Theoretically, several main points and the findings of this article were obtained, that leadership polarization Globally is actually in the control of three factions, including (1) rational superiority leadership power faction, (2) intellectual superiority leadership power faction, (3) physical and spiritual superiority leadership power faction, with three models, namely: (a) Western-style leadership, (b) Eastern-style leadership, and (c) Islamic leadership. Abstract

This research tries to explain the acculturation between Islam and Sundanese culture in the Nyiramkeun tradition. The problems raised in this study are the origin, procession, or implementation of the Nyiramkeun ritual tradition, the form of acculturation between Sundanese and Islamic culture, the meaning or the perceptions of the Talagawetan villagers on the influence of tradition on their lives. This research was field research, according to the theory of acculturation according to Koentjaraningrat. In essence, field research aims to find out the specifics and realities of what happens in society. The anthropological approach used in this research is ethical and emic theory. With data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results can be seen from several things, namely, first, the Nyiramkeun ceremony tradition in the village of Talagawetan has existed around the 1820s, namely since the Talaga Manggung government was transferred to Sindangkasih. Second, the acculturation process in the Nyiramkeun ceremony tradition, namely the prayer's recitation. The do'a uses do'a-do'a in Arabic acculturated with the Sundanese language, which is combined in the prayer, where the prayer in the Sundanese language is known as Hadoroh. In addition to the acculturation prayer between Sundanese and Islamic cultures, namely the staging of traditional arts such as karinding, sada awi, debus, gembyung, and jaipong, know that these arts do not originate from Islamic culture but are acculturation between Hindu-Buddhist culture and culture. Islam. The three public perceptions of Islamic acculturation can give the meaning that this Nyiramkeun Traditional Ceremony is an activity to carry out and preserve the heritage of the Talaga Manggung Kingdom, to purify oneself, and as a suggestion to strengthen the ties of brotherhood between descendants of the Talaga Manggung kingdom and members of the community in Talagawetan Village. Generally, as well as maintaining the preservation of the surrounding natural environment. The community has accepted the tradition of the Nyiramkeun ceremony. However, this ceremony tradition was far from Islamic elements, and gradually this tradition has merged with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

A total of 7.6 million Indonesians do not own a house (BPS, 2019). Housing is a citizen's right (UUD 1945) and the central government is responsible for its fulfillment (Law No. 1/2011). The Directorate General of Housing of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) initiated the Community-Based Housing Development (P2BK) program in order to accelerate the construction of livable houses. The program that is already running is P2BK for the Curugsewu Asri Community in Kendal Regency, Central Java. This development is carried out with the ABCG (Academics, Business, Community, Government) collaboration model. The implementation of this collaboration faces various problems: there are community members who do not have regular income, there are different perceptions about the concepts used in the collaboration, there are different conditions among actors, and others. Researchers use collaborative governance theory from Emerson, Nabatchi, and Balogh (2012) as a guide for researchers to collect research data and analyze findings. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data through in-depth interviews and literature studies. The results showed that the collaboration went quite well. Each actor has resources that are empowered to achieve goals and collaboration is within a policy and administrative framework and also there’s mutual trust. The most prominent factors that influence the success of collaboration are active leadership and consistent mentoring.
