The research method is a normative juridical through several approaches: doctrinal approach and theoretical approach that are associated with secondary data in the form of statutory provisions, and court verdicts relating to the legal problems. The results of the study found that the court verdicts to cancel the agreement based on the doctrine of undue influnce is occurs due to two main factors: the economic excellence factor and the psychiatric excellence factor. Several elements used to see the event are (1) the existence of a special circumstance, (2) a real thing, (3) abuse of circumstance, and (4) causal relationship. It can be concluded that undue influence doctrine is contrary to the principle of justice, the principle of freedom of contract, the principle of consensus, the principle of good faith, as well as the principles of decency and habit. Abstract

MSME can encourage economic growth, social stability, and the development of the business world in Indonesia. Hence, the government attempts to increase MSME competitiveness to become a sustainable business on a larger scale. To realize this, MSME requires additional capital through bank loans. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of accounting at MSME in three provinces that have the most MSMEs, i.e., West Java, Central Java, and East Java. Moreover, this study also purposes at revealing the effect of accounting implementation on credit to financial institutions. This study involved seventy-five MSME respondents. The results of the study indicated that the implementation of accounting at MSMEs in the Provinces of West Java, Central Java, and East Java had been well implemented. However, the provision of credit by financial institutions was still considered sufficient since lending by financial institutions was not in accordance with the loan application proposed by MSMEs.

Abstract

Poverty is still a social phenomenon that always exists in every developing country, including Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of cigarette consumers and poverty in Indonesia and to analyze the factors that influence poverty in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive analysis and panel data analysis with 18 provinces in Indonesia in 2015-2019. The results of this study indicate that NTT Province is the province with the highest poverty rate. The variable of cigarette consumers has a negative influence on poverty which is dominated by the Province of Lampung. However, this study contradicts the research of Supriadi and Rusyiana (2018) where poor households that have household members who smoke consume relatively less rice on average than households that do not have household members who smoke, whether they are in the poor category or not. The results of the static panel data show that the factors that affect poverty in Indonesia are income per capita(PDRB per capita), unemployment (TPT), means years school (RLS), while the dynamic panel shows that the factors that influence poverty are cigarette consumer (PMP) and mean years school (RLS).
