Face to face meetings as a conventional learning is no longer conducted, in contrast, online learning is more often employed. Thus, a solution to this problem is required to respond to this problem. Online learning is an alternative that can overcome this problem. The research subjects were PGMI students who were interviewed through Zoom Cloud Meeting to collect the data. The data analysis employed was an interactive analysis method Miles & Huberman. The results of the research showed that: (1) the students had already had the basic facilities needed to explore online education; (2) the online education was flexibly being implemented, encouraging learning independently, motivating to learn more actively; and (3) long distance education urges the students to get used to social distancing attitude and minimizes crowds to reduce the outbreak of Covid-19 in institutions tertiary. The lack of supervision of students, lack of internet signals in remote areas, and high quota payments were challenges in online education. The increasing of independent learning, attention, motivation, and the courage to express ideas and problems was another advantage of online education.

Abstract

Given the blossoming essence of social media marketing, literature does not delve into the complexities and consequences of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This paper seeks to advance awareness and provide an extensive analysis of the inspiration and efficiency benefits of social media provided by small and medium-sized businesses through a digital economy analysis. The conceptual analysis shows that interactivity, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness are reasons for social media use, ultimately providing advantages. SMEs of Facebook and Twitter profiles are used to analyze the conceptual paradigm suggested. This research reveals that the interdependencies of social media's motives and the consequences of social media use are optimistic but sporadic across small and medium-sized companies. SMEs selling physical goods prefer to use social media on cost-effective motivations, whereas small and medium-sized businesses tend to see interactivity as the main incentive. Furthermore, the study results indicate that Facebook and Twitter in a two-site story generate success gains for small and medium-sized enterprises' users. The study offers future analysis and management priority problems that strongly affect the academic and practice culture. Obviously, despite any bottlenecks in use, SMEs in developing markets tend to reap expanded social media gains through multi-platform marketing activities.

Abstract

The contribution of UMKM business actors is considered quite significant for the development of the economic structure, however, the UMKM sector players must still manage their strategies so that this contribution can continue to grow. To achieve sustainability and continue to make a positive contribution, MSMEs must have a business strategy and competitive power that are relevant to market conditions. The discussion about environmentally friendly products is increasingly being discussed. The high people's willingness to buy environmentally friendly products illustrates that more and more consumers are starting to become aware of environmental conservation and minimize environmental pollution due to the consumption of certain products. This is considered as an opportunity, companies try to respond positively and encourage companies to do innovative things by introducing new business strategies known as green marketing strategies. Researchers will try to see how green marketing strategies influence the trust of green customers, then how green marketing strategies and green customer trust affect green purchase intention and green purchase behavior in the MSME sector, especially in the type of handmade environmentally friendly Indonesian products. This study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) data analysis method using the SmartPLS version 3. The respondents in this study were 350 respondents spread across several regions of Indonesia. The technique of distributing questionnaires used the snowball sampling method. The research result states that green marketing strategies, green customers, and green purchase intention have a very big influence in shaping the behavior of purchasing environmentally friendly products for green consumers.

Abstract

This research is based on the need to analyze the planning of handling slums in Medan where in SK slums in 2018 the slum area of Medan City is 200,292 ha but then in 2020 with the renewal of SK Kumuh increased to 819.80 Ha. The Eastern District of Medan Area and Medan Denai are part of the slums of Medan City which has a slum area of 73.74 ha needs to be analyzed to obtain proper planning so that the budget for handling slums in the area is effective and efficient. For the efficiency and effectiveness of the slum handling budget is done by analyzing 8 (eight) indicators. To obtain influential indicators and priorities of handling 8 (eight) indicators are carried out with several approaches, namely field observation and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method by analyzing questionnaires given to informants of this research, namely 10 (ten) Government Representatives and 10 (ten) Community Representatives and strengthened by secondary data that is then described qualitatively. Based on the results of the analysis obtained that 8 (eight) indicators analyzed have an effect on the Slum Management Plan in the East because all these indicators have problems that create slums and AHP results show that both government representatives and community representatives agree drainage and waste as a priority indicator of initial handling and Fire Protection and WasteWater as the last handling so that the planning of handling slums in the Eastern Region in the top - down and bottom - up is the same.

Abstract

Report of covid-19 Center for Disease Control (CDC) in16 March showed that 31% of the 4,226 confirmed COVID-19 cases were people aged ≥ 65 years. The susceptibility of elderly individuals to several diseases is due to decreased immunity. Therefore, COVID-19 vaccination is an important step to take. This article aims to determine the management of COVID-19 vaccination in the elderly. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that vaccination is a preventive strategy to increase immunity in the elderly. Although the immune response is greatly reduced due to the aging process, the right adjuvant formulation can increase the effectiveness of the vaccine. An understanding of the adjuvant mechanism to increase vaccine effectiveness is needed to develop a stronger vaccine response in elderly individuals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and position of the Land Bank in the legal system in Indonesia and the relationship between Law Number 11 of 2021 concerning Job Creation. The amount of land in Indonesia is not commensurate with the increasing need for physical development. This is closely related to the vulnerability of conflicts that occur in the community. The presence of a Land Bank is expected to minimize the occurrence of conflicts because the existence of a Land Bank is intended to address land needs. However, in an effort to realize this, the position of the Land Bank Institution has several things that may cause obstacles in the implementation of agrarian reform itself. This research uses a statutory approach (statue approach) and a conceptual approach. With the conclusion, that the construction of regulatory law related to the Land Bank creates legal certainty and benefits. Land Banks should also be in line with the realization of agrarian reform.
