Abstract

Children from the alpha generation were born among the widespread use of technology along with the entry of the industrial revolution 4.0. The interaction that occurs intensively between the alpha generation and various technological equipment, makes this generation naturally have a much higher technology acceptance ability than their parents from the previous generation. Therefore, encouraging the creation of a digitally minded young generation was chosen as one of the programs in the UKI Toraja Student Community Service Program Class XXXVIII which was held in Lembang Lempo Poton, Rindingallo District, North Toraja Regency, South Sulawesi Province. In the program, the use of Tongkonan to be directed as a digital literacy center for indigenous peoples is also expected to be useful in creating a digital-minded community of children. The development of Tongkonan towards a digital literacy center for the local indigenous community is not an easy thing, because it requires not only the participation of the campus community but also a large role from the local government, especially the North Toraja Regency government of Rindingalo.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of teaching factory-based mobile e-comic learning media on Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship subjects with e-commerce menus in improving student learning outcomes and entrepreneurial interest in Vocational High Schools. The type of research used is experimental research using the Pretest-Posttes Control Group design. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya with the research subjects of class XI Metal 1 as the experimental class and class XI Metal 2 as the control class. Using the analysis technique of independent t-test test and N-gain test to measure the effectiveness of learning outcomes, as for measuring the effectiveness of interest in entrepreneurship, it was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test and Wilcokson test because the data results were not normal so using non-parametric data analysis. The results of this study are (1) the average pretest value of the experimental class is 64.75 and the posttest value is 80.50 while in the control class the average pretest is 65.50 and the posttest value is 70.00 (2) Independent t-test shows the results where Tcount > T table is 3.438 > 2.024 (0.<0.05) and the significance value is 0.001 <0.05; (3) The N-gain test for experimental class students' learning outcomes is 0.4 and the control class N-gain is 0.1; (4) Mann Whiteny Test with Posttest results for both classes obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) Wilcokson's test with a significance result of 0.000 <0.05 with an average value of 10.50 for the experimental class while in the control class of 8.50.

Abstract

This paper describes the role of BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises) as a corporation based on experience in Indonesia. In this context, this paper explains that various studies on the factors of legal certainty and legal relations and growth show that law enforcement is especially important for companies, including BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises). In this case, an independent court is the central institution for upholding the law. Likewise, laws and regulations, for example in the field of capital market law, which prohibit insider trading, for example, lead to the development of the capital market. Likewise, the study of the role of banking law where regulations that encourage and facilitate private monitoring of banks tend to strengthen the appearance of banks, reduce bad loans and strengthen bank stability. In sum, BUMN as one of the actors of economic activity in the national economy has an important role in realizing the welfare of the community. For this reason, the BUMN Law wants to optimize the implementation of the role of BUMN in the national economy in order to realize public welfare. Optimizing the role of SOEs is carried out professionally.

Since 2020 the world was shocked by the Corona Virus which is a new type of virus called SARS-CoV2 (Covid-19). This virus has infected thousands of millions of people around the world in a very short time (Dwidevi, 2020). Especially in Indonesia, the Government has issued a disaster emergency status starting from February 29, 2020 to May 29, 2020 related to the corona virus pandemic with a period of 91 days (Buana, 2020). This study aims to identify an overview of public knowledge regarding the factors in health protocols that must be adhered to in preventing Covid-19 and examine the influence of health protocols on people's lifestyles. The data in this study were collected by in-depth interviews through qualitative research methods, using open-ended questions and obtained 5 themes to facilitate the process of data analysis by researchers. Abstract

This study of panel manufacturing firms examines lean supply chains, information technology, and socially-oriented sustainability. Just-in-time statistical process control and lead time reduction have three dimensions in this study of thin supply chains. Big data, cloud computing, and the internet of things focus on this study's information technology dimensions. Safety and health, employee well-being, and product responsibility are all socially-oriented sustainability variables that can be measured. The primary data used in this study comes from the distribution of questionnaires to 4-panel manufacturing company employees. The purposive sampling method was used to select the research sample, resulting in 185 models from four-panel manufacturing companies. It is used for hypothesis testing in the form of SEM using IBM AMOS 24 software and IBM SPPS 22. Research shows that lean supply chains positively impact social sustainability and operational effectiveness. Data shows that IT can directly affect social sustainability and operational performance. A positive correlation was found between operational efficiency and socially conscious sustainability. The results of this study provide information that applying a lean supply chain and information technology can improve socially oriented sustainability and the company's operating performance, which will later create sustainability performance that can benefit all parties, both within the company and the community around the company.

Abstract

Until now, the deficit is an unavoidable Government policy when preparing the budget. The reason for the Government to implement this policy is because the revenue side grew lower than the increase in the routine expenditure side. This situation requires the Government to carry out a contractionary policy by increasing spending to increase production so that economic growth also increases. The government implements macroeconomic policies by applying the precautionary principle, including in budget management so that there is no excessive deficit. At the same time, the government is also trying to anticipate the uncertain world economy. From 2020-2021, Indonesia experienced a period of the Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in slowing national economic growth. Government Regulations instead of Laws are used as the legal basis. Formulating extraordinary policies outside the usual running budget due to the Covid-19 pandemic has turned out to have resulted in better financial performance, and an increase in the quality of society.
