Abstract

A company certainly has an important role for employees in it, this role can determine the success or failure of a company. However, behind the important role of employees, there are also several obstacles, such as the workload of employees. Workload is the difference between a worker's abilities and job requirements. Someone will definitely feel a small, medium and large workload when carrying out activities in a company. Activities carried out by a person can be divided into two categories, namely physical activities and spiritual activities. These two things cannot be separated from each other, but can be distinguished by looking at the dominant activity. In conclusion, this study focuses on the workload experienced by employees of Outsourcing Companies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the workload of each employee at the Outsourcing Company and provide recommendations for corrective actions needed based on the measurement of workload, this study also uses two methods including the SWAT method and the CVL method. includes time 49.91%, effort 23.56%, and stress 26.56%, so that the dimension that has the greatest influence on the workload of employees is the dimension of time. Meanwhile, the CVL method revealed that the 15 employees who felt the highest workload were 31.304%. This research resulted in several suggestions for improvement, namely adding new employees and providing nutritious snacks for employees.

Abstract

The Administrative Center Area of Malang city, which is located around the tugu square, is one area that plays an important role in the development of the eastern part of Malang City, which has many historic buildings from the Dutch colonial heritage. The purpose of this study is to find out the similarities and differences in perceptions between the public and practitioners and academics in the field of architecture in assessing the visual elements on the historic building facades and to find out which facade visual elements are significant according to the public, practitioners, and academics in the field of architecture on the visual quality of the historic building facades in the Administrative Center Area of Malang city. Developments and constructions in the Administrative Center Area of Malang city, which do not pay attention to the area context as a historic area, can slowly cause a shift in the shape and meaning of the city structure which can affect the visual character of the building facades in the area. The shift in the visual character of the building facades that do not pay attention to the area context in a historic area can harm environmental aesthetics, causing a decrease in the visual quality of the historic area. This study uses quantitative research methods with a public perception approach. To measure people's perceptions, a differential semantic scale is used which contains two opposite words. The results show that the assessment between two groups of respondents with different occupational and educational backgrounds has the similar assessment results on each facade element. Facade elements that are significant to the visual quality of the historic building facades in the Administrative Center Area of Malang City are the facade shape and color.

Abstract

The most appropriate Debt Moratorium at this time is the Bankruptcy mechanism and PKPU, by looking at the good faith of the Debtor, then the creditor can estimate that the debtor is able to pay its obligations by postponing / moratorium on the debt as outlined in the peace plan. The idea of a bankruptcy moratorium and PKPU started from the increase in cases registered in commercial courts and other economic impacts, so it can actually be said that a moratorium is not the right solution. Reviewing the discussion of the moratorium can be done if there is uncertainty in the situation and if the moratorium is carried out it will bring goodness and order to all parties. The moratorium on bankruptcy cases and PKPU is not an effective solution, considering that the bankruptcy institution and PKPU were born from Law Number 37/2004. This means that the idea of a moratorium must go through a legislative process so that it can be in sync with Law No. 37/2004. This mechanism is not easy and will take a long time so that the idea of a moratorium is technically a law and regulation. Likewise, technically judicial, the moratorium idea is related to the limitation of the competence of the commercial court so that it is necessary to synchronize the legislative and judicial functions, if implemented it will cause many problems so that it will be more effective and efficient to revise Law No. Compared to a moratorium on bankruptcy and PKPU cases, revising the two regulations will be more effective in resolving the negative impacts that arise in connection with bankruptcy and PKPU cases in commercial courts.

Abstract

After the 1998 Reform, the student movement in Indonesia Has more freedom to protest because it is guaranteed by the constitution. The Advances in technology are progressively making student movements appear to be more creative and involve various elements by utilizing social media. In September 2019, there were a series of student demonstrations centered in front of the Indonesian Parliament Building (DPR). The form of demonstrations was not only massively done in the field (offline), but also massively done on social media (online). This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research instrument used to obtain data is through interviews and literature studies. Referring to the theory of Bennet and Segerberg (2013) about connective action, this research found that there was a connection between the September 2019 student demonstrations with digital actions in the shape of personal action frames. The Twitter accounts that was identified, they were engaged in conversations on social media and expressed their personal attitudes through various forms, for examples were photos, videos, and posters. All of these accounts were related and created a collective cluster by means of the same hashtag and narrative, namely to reject the Draft Legislation of Criminal Code (RKUHP), revisions to the KPK Law and other Draft legislations those were deemed problematic. The student demonstration in September 2019 is included in the typology of organizationally-enabled action since it did not only occur massively in the field (offline), but also occured in a hybrid way in digital media (online). The formal structure, namely the Indonesian Student Alliance, had the role of coordinating actions in the field, as well as social media which led to open widely of participation from various groups to get involved in the action. Nevertheless, the massive digital action that occurred, was not the part in the design of the student movement, but happened organically and naturally.
