Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze effect of community participation and government internal control system on village government fund management with organizational commitment as moderating variable. The design of this study used a descriptive survey method with expalanatory techniques. The population in this study is the Village Government in Sukabumi Regency, the northern region which consists of 168 villages located in 21 sub-districts. So that the villages that will be the sample in this study amounted to 50 villages with a total of 200 respondents. Of these, there are 12 non-returnable questionnaires and 188 returned questionnaires and 3 questionnaires that could not be processed, so the number of questionnaires that could be processed is 185 questionnaires. Testing and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and moderation test. The results show that community participation and government internal control system have a positive and significant effect on village government fund management in Sukabumi Regency. Organizational commitment is able to moderate effect of community participation on village government fund management in Sukabumi Regency. Organizational commitment is not able to moderate effect of government internal control system on village government fund management in Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the financing business model on the performance of BTPN syariah banks. The design or method used in this study is a quantitative approach with regression analysis. This method uses secondary data that is used to find the relationship between the business model and the success of the bank's performance level by using financial report data for 2016 to 2020 quarterly. Performance measurement is carried out to determine the direct relationship of the influence of non-financing on customer performance on the performance of BTPN Syariah banks as seen from the analysis of profit ratios and NPF. The results of the study indicate that the Joint Responsibility Financing conducted by Bank BTPN Syariah does not significantly affect the increase or decrease in Non Performing Financing (NPF) of Bank BTPN Syariah. This is evidenced by the value of the coefficient of determination obtained is only 17%. The Joint Responsibility Financing conducted by Bank BTPN Syariah has a significant impact on increasing profits at Bank BTPN Syariah. This is evidenced by the value of the coefficient of determination obtained by 41.9%.

Abstract

Tourist visits to the Province of West Nusa Tenggara at the end of 2021 will undoubtedly be an excellent opportunity for progress in improving the economy both regionally and nationally. However, along with the COVID-19 pandemic, visits are often blocked. Therefore, it is necessary to maximize the use of social media for digital promotion. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach to marketing communication strategies. This study aimed to determine the marketing communication strategy of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Tourism Office through the official Instagram account @lomboksumbawa.go. The study's results indicate that the marketing communication strategy on Instagram @lomboksumbawa.go can be seen through the concept of an effective marketing communication strategy developed by Machfoedz (2010). In the message strategy, the elements of communication information include information on accommodation, tourist destinations, creative economy, events, activities, and policies from the NTB Provincial Tourism Office and the Government, as well as public information. In creative form, message elements with rational messages and emotional messages are packaged in the form of photos, videos, and texts. In the media strategy, the media selection element of the West Nusa Tenggara Province Tourism Office focuses on Instagram as the primary medium of marketing communication. The second element is related to the consumer gap. The West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Tourism Office chooses the target audience and the right time to determine the upload of content or messages on Instagram.

Abstract

The electronic signature abuser has violated the criminal law. The crime can be categorized as a criminal act of forgery as regulated in the Criminal Code Article 263 paragraph 1. To be subject to sanctions in Article 263 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, the forged letter must be a letter that can issue rights such as certificates, can issue an agreement such as an agreement. debt, can issue a debt such as a receipt and a letter that may be used as a statement for an act or event such as a birth certificate. The current development of authentic documents such as birth certificates, diplomas, sale and purchase certificates, payment receipts using electronic signatures, where the electronic signature may not be recognized by the original signature holder. From the background of the problem that will be studied by the author is whether electronic signatures are legal evidence in accordance with Article 184 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code, and how to prove the authenticity of electronic signatures in criminal cases of forgery. The research method used in this paper is to use an interdisciplinary method that combines several legal sciences, such as criminal law, criminal procedural science and evidentiary law. The conclusion in this paper is that electronic signature evidence can be categorized as evidence as regulated in Article 184 paragraph 1 of Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code because the results of a letter issued by the Criminal Laboratory of the Police Headquarters can be categorized as letter evidence because it is issued by an authorized institution. Proof of the authenticity of electronic signatures in criminal cases of forgery must be tested first at the Criminal Laboratory (Labkrim) of the National Police Headquarters (Mabes), whether the signature is authentic or not, after that it is matched with the original signature. After doing further research to see whether the signature is used as a signature.

Abstract

The Village Fund is mostly used for the development and administration of the village government, in its development, the village has now developed into various forms of empowerment so that it becomes an independent village. Objectives The effort to find out what the people of Wadio village do. The method used in this research is descriptive. The results showed that the total population of Kampung Wadio recorded in 1982 was 1,703 people with 583, the Village Head (KK) spread over four (4) Hamlet heads consisting of (867) males while (836) females. village funds have not been met directly and are enjoyed by the village community in Wadio village.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether there is an influence of career adaptability and career competencies on self-perceived employability with mediator variables subjective career success in millennial generation employees. Where the current research is carried out on the subject of millennial generation employees because the largest productive age of workers today is the millennial generation. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with a survey method to collect questionnaire data. The subjects in this study were millennial generation employees who actively worked in a company with a total of 209 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Partial Least Square test with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 software.

Abstract

Education services are the leading sector in accelerating the rate of human growth and the human development index (HDI) by applying three principles of good governance, namely participation, transparency and effectiveness and efficiency. The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of good governance in the cost of the education function through educational scholarships. This research uses a literature study method by collecting library data, reading, taking notes and managing writing materials. The results of the study show that the government has succeeded in implementing the principles of good governance which include participation, transparency and effectiveness and efficiency in the education sector. The principle of participation is shown in the increase in the human growth index every year. Then the principle of transparency is aimed at ease of access to obtain educational information from the government for the community. Furthermore, the government in the principle of being effective and efficient has implemented the scholarship assistance program on target. So that the implementation of good governance by the government in spending on education functions through educational scholarships has been carried out properly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of Android-based mathematics learning media with an ethnomathematical approach to eighth grade junior high school students. introduce the nation's culture to students who are integrated in learning mathematics. This research is research on the R&D development model of ADDIE. Research and Development Methods are oriented towards product development where research processes and procedures are carefully described and then evaluated to determine the level of effectiveness. The stages of developing this model are Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. however, in this study, it was only used until the development stage. In the analysis stage, a needs analysis was carried out to see the situation in the field related to the teaching and learning process carried out by interviewing educators and students. The design stage designs the initial product to be raised. Starting from ensuring the design of educational media, which will be raised to meet the feasibility of consumption in accordance with the modules presented, and collecting data from various reference sources from existing research or media. At the development stage, the features developed are tested so that they can be used as much as possible.

Abstract

This article implements the policy of the family of hope program in tackling poverty in Labuhan Batu district. The aims of this research are: 1) How is the implementation of the policy of the family of hope program in tackling poverty in Labuhan Batu district? 2) what are the obstacles in overcoming the implementation of the policy of the family of hope program in tackling poverty in Labuhan Batu district? 3) What is the solution in the Islamic view of the economy? Implementation of the policy of the family of hope program in tackling poverty in Labuhan Batu district? The method in this study uses this type of research. Qualitative is descriptive. In order to obtain the required data, the researchers used techniques, including observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of information are the head of social empowerment, PKH coordinator, PKH operators, PKH recipient communities, and people who do not receive PKH. The results of the study found that: 1) The implications of providing financial assistance to the hopeful family program in the North Rantau sub-district are still not evenly distributed because many people in the North Rantau sub-district have not received PKH because there are many families who cannot afford it but have not been included in the list of PKH recipients. 2) Constraints in providing assistance to the family of hope program in North Rantau sub-district: a) Low knowledge of Beneficiary Families (KPM) about the PKH Family Hope Program. B) Lack of supervision from the government to control the implementation of PKH. 3) The solution in Islamic economics regarding the PKH program in overcoming poverty is linked to Maqasid sharia towards the provision of financial assistance for the family of hope program in North Rantau sub-district which has the aim of realizing human benefit by ensuring basic needs (al-dharurriyah), secondary needs (hajiyat), and complementary needs (thasiniyyat).

Abstract

The aviation service industry in Indonesia has the lowest level of loyalty compared to other industries. This condition is suspected to be related to problems related to customer experience, as well as reviewing the reputation of the airline, loyal customers of national airlines in Indonesia; and the influence of airline reputation, on customer experience and on customer loyal coustomer. This study uses a quantitative approach. The unit of analysis is a national airline company that has issued a customer relationship management program consisting of 3 airlines, namely Lion Air. The unit of observation is more than one airline passenger. The time horizon in this study is cross sectional. Primary data collection was done by questionnaire to 300 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The verification analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model. The findings show that the airline's reputation is not high, price attractiveness is perceived as attractive, and customer loyal coustomer is not high. Airline reputation does not have a positive influence, while customer relationship management and price attractiveness have a positive influence on the loyal coustomer of airline customers. Customer experience has a positive influence on the loyal coustomer of airline customers in Indonesia. .
