Abstract

Management of PT. Belibis Papua Mandiri Biak Branch is required to be able to understand consumer attitudes and behavior, especially the consideration factors related to consumer preferences for sea transportation services in consumers' subjective thoughts. In order to determine the relationship between these considerations and preferences, an empirical study is needed as the basis for the formulation of a new policy that is contributive to efforts to expand the company's market share in the future in Waropen Regency. The research method is qualitative. The results of the partial correlation analysis based on the Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient approach show that the largest partial correlation coefficient is found in the relationship between browsing speed and consumer interest (r7 = 0.9847) while the smallest correlation coefficient is found in the relationship between price levels and consumer interest (r2 = 0.4963) this indicates that Roaming Speed is the main factor that stimulates consumers to use air transportation services offered by Express Bahari motorboats, while Price Level is the main factor that tends to limit consumers in using marine transportation service products.

Abstract

Instagram is a social media platform with the fourth most users worldwide. This application provides various features and facilities. The available features and facilities allow users to do many things, including revealing themselves using their social media. However, 40.6% of users think that social media user is not safe. This insecurity arises as a result of privacy being violated when self-disclosure. This causes social media users to experience privacy anxiety. The theory of Communication Privacy Management by Sandra Petronio is used to analyze this research. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to rely entirely on the informant's thoughts about the situation or event he experienced. Primary data were collected through structured interviews and secondary data from a literature study. Two informants in this research are micro-influencers on Instagram. Informants were obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The criteria included a micro-influencer, had used the add yours and lived in Medan. The results show that the add yours can cause privacy concerns for micro-influencers. There are two types of motivation in self-disclosure through the add yours, namely personal experience and the experience of others. Anxiety levels were also higher in individuals who had personal experiences of privacy abuse. Just as privacy can free individuals from sharing information with others, individuals can decide what to disclose and keep private, so privacy concerns depend on individual control & ownership of Instagram.

Abstract

Basically, everyone has a need for achievement. One of them is like an athlete who pursues certain sports must have the desire to achieve achievements or achieve success. Self-regulation provides an important role in supporting individual achievement, achievement motivation cannot work without self-regulation to take action, especially in sports (Balk & Englert, 2020). So, it can be said that self-regulation and achievement motivation are related. Thus, the purpose of this study isto determine the relationship between self-regulation and achievement motivation of soccer athletes in Tanah Karo. The method used is quantitative with a correlational design. A total of 30 athletes who participated in the study used the accidential sampling technique. Research measurement using The Self-Regulation Questionnaire (= 0.942) and Sport Orientation Questionnaire (= 0.909). The research data analysis method uses the correlation test from Karl Pearson. The results showed that there was no positive relationship between self-regulation and achievement motivation in soccer athletes (r = 0.071 and sig. = 0.355). This indicates thatself-regulation is not one of the factors related to the increased achievement motivation of soccer athletes in Tanah Karo. In other words, self-regulation will not always contribute or fully influence the achievement motivation of athletes, especially soccer athletes in Tanah Karo.

Abstract

This journal examines the provisions for making and recording marriage agreements found in Indonesia's three legal instruments, namely Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage (Marriage Law), which was followed by Constitutional Court Decision Number 69/PUU-XIII /2015 and Civil Registration Number 472.2/5876 regarding Marriage Agreement Reporting. The Constitutional Court's reading of Article 29(1) of the Marriage Law enables a variety of interpretations regarding the ratification and recording of marriage agreements. By doing a literature review and using legal resources that can aid in obtaining the results of the discussion in answering the problem formulation, the research method used will lead to a juridical-normative type of research. The ratification of the marriage agreement during the marriage is investigated, as well as whether the Notary's confirmation is sufficiently binding.
