Abstract

Various criticisms made by Martin Luther occurred when he learned of the practice of selling confessions by church authorities in that era. Moreover, the initial attack carried out by Martin Luther to spearhead the church reform movement in Germany was by installing 95 theses on the door of the church in Wittenberg. That is why this paper will describe Luther's main idea about indulgences which is revealed in some of his arguments (read: theses) that made many people disturbed and threatened, so the church authorities designed a scenario to minimize Martin Luther's attack. This journal uses a descriptive-historical qualitative approach; it is said that the author examines it by tracing the sources contained in the literature regarding the characters studied and linking them to the church today. Of course, there will be limitations in the study. The author hopes there will be further research on this church figure, especially in other studies.

This research uses a normative juridical approach. The type of legal material used is primary, secondary and tertiary legal material analysis used is using qualitative alalysis. Based on the results of research, it is proven that the prosecution of criminal problems can be tried with a restorative justice approach to criminal acts that are tried only to be threatened with a fine or threatened with imprisonment for no more than 5 years, criminal acts are tried with the value of fact objects or the value of losses caused by criminal acts of not more than IDR 2.5 million. The form of legal certainty with the existence of restroative justice is the involvement of victims and actors directly in solving criminal problems. Abstract

Intellectual property is interesting to study since it has a very important role in the advancement of the economy in this era of globalization. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) are rights that arise from the results of the human brain's thinking that produce a product or process that is useful for the community. IPR includes intangible movable objects as regulated in article 499 of the Civil Code. This intangible object is the result of human thought and the object of ownership is a movable object that can be transferred to another party so that it can be used as a fiduciary guarantee as regulated in Law no. 13 of 2016 concerning Patents (Patent Law). Article 108 paragraph 1 states that "Patent rights can be used as objects of fiduciary guarantee". However, patent rights as objects of fiduciary guarantee in a bank's loan practice are currently unavailable due to obstacles in its implementation. There is no special Asset Appraisal Agency that assesses the economic value of patent rights so that it can be used as a credit guarantee. This makes it difficult for patents to be used as a fiduciary guarantee. To realize patents as objects of fiduciary guarantee, firm and detailed juridical support is needed regarding IPR assets as objects of bank credit guarantees. The valuation of patented assets must be supported by the Patent Regulations protected by the Bank Loan Guarantee and the need for legal access under the Bank Indonesia Regulations to support the patents that are protected by the Trustee Guarantee. So there should be an appraisal agency that can assess a patent right so that it can improve the people's economy and advance the national economy.

This study uses research informants where the informants used are the head of the nursing room and the nurse in the inpatient room. Data analysis is the process of systematically searching and compiling data obtained from the results of field observations (work sampling), in-depth interviews and document review. The results obtained: 1) The total use of time for nurses during observations is known that the use of time for direct nursing activities of implementing nurses in the inpatient room is 36.3%, indirect nursing activities is 40.6% and personal activities is 23.1 %. This shows that the activities that are mostly carried out by nurses are indirect nursing activities. This is because nursing activities do not directly have to be carried out and completed in accordance with nursing procedures.

Abstract

This research contains the Philosophical Semiotics Analysis of the Lyrics of Anakkon Hi Do Hamoraon Di Au in Marparbue Do Lojami's Song Lyrics. The data collection technique in this study is library research, namely by recording all data related to the problems studied with various librarian documents, such as books, articles, and manuscripts published in newspapers, magazines, and the internet. This study shows how songs become a medium used to represent the cultural identity of a society. The community referred to in this study is the Toba Batak community. Batak Toba, one of the tribes in Indonesia, comes from the island of Sumatra, namely North Sumatra. The socio-cultural system of the Toba Batak society plays an important role in creating a harmonious culture, especially in the sustainability of children's education in the Toba Batak family. Generally, Toba Batak people everywhere have the philosophy of "anakkon hi do Cameroon di au". It means that my son is my treasure. Because almost most of the active roles of Toba Batak parents in sending their children to school seem so thick, they are willing to fight hard for the success of their children.
