It is difficult for women to become police officers in Indonesia. One of the mandatory requirements is to become a virgin. Women who are no longer virgins cannot pass the selection. However, if the woman's hymen is damaged not because of sexual intercourse but because of an accident, she still hopes to become a police officer. This study aims to examine the virgin criteria as a requirement to become a policewoman in Indonesia. This quantitative study examines the virginity for police admission based on virginity requirements from a human rights perspective and the concept of innocence. Inspired by the idea of purity from Hanne Blank that celibacy does not reflect a known biological necessity and provides no demonstrable evolutionary advantage. This article says that police virginity testing is not essential and makes up discrimination of women's opportunity to become a police officer because there is no correlation between virginity and police duty. This article evaluates this activity performed Indonesian police force from the lights of human rights. It criticizes the policy development specification of Indonesia which is even poor than India and Muslim countries as even in this country women empowerment is prioritized and respected. This country is needed to incorporate changes in this policy.

This study aims to explain the form of resistance from traditional traders after the fire against the relocation policy established by the Medan City Government, Indonesia. In-depth interviews were conducted with 6 informants who are traditional traders at Aksara Market and 1 informant as a representative from the Medan city government. This data was collected to find out the opinion and perspective of the community towards the relocation policy and reasons for the Medan city government to relocate Aksara traders to other places. The results indicate that traders in the Aksara market disagree with the relocation policy determined by the Medan City Government. Therefore, people represented their resistance by selling along the sidewalks of the Aksara market which had burned and caused traffic jams. Moreover, they established a group of fire victim traders called PK2PTAM (Representative of Fire Victims Traditional Traders of Aksara Market Medan) to struggle with the revitalization of Aksara Market. The main reason for the Medan City government in issuing this relocation policy was the flyover construction project which affects the location of Aksara market.Â

The aims of this study to find out anti-corruption education urgence for state Islamic religious teachers. This study use Qualitative Research Methods. The result show that Corruption is seen as an extra ordinary crime, therefore it requires extraordinary efforts to eradicate it. Efforts to eradicate corruption which consists of two major parts, namely prosecution and prevention will never be optimally successful if only carried out by the government without involving public participation. Therefore it is not an exaggeration if students - as an important part of society who are the inheritors of the future - are expected to be actively involved in efforts to eradicate corruption in Indonesia. Of course, these efforts are still a discourse and the benefits will not be felt in the short term, but in the long term this discourse is believed to be fruitful. If higher education starts, especially PTKIN, it will inspire others, and one day it comes to efforts to draft a legal product with anti-corruption nuances that can be initiated in PTKIN, such as the Bill, Ranperda and the like. Hopefully PTKIN can play a more significant role in the future. Thus, corruption can be minimized and even eliminated from this beloved country, including through optimizing the role of PTKIN.

Demodecosis is a skin disorder caused by parasites with the demodicosis type. The primary cause of this condition in humans is two kinds of Demodex mites, D.folliculorum and D.brevis. Demodicosis are usually treated with TTO, but the effectiveness is not well documented. To evaluate the effects of topical Tea Tree Oil on demodicosis infestation in people. We use the following string in Google Scholar; PubMed; Science Directs with keywords (“Demodicosis”iORi“demodex”iOR"D.folliculorum"iORii"D.Brevis) ANDi (TTOiORiT4OiOR "tea tree oil"). The articles compatible with the restriction criteria then screened using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) method. The quality of the articles is tested using GRADE method. A total of 4 of 1949 articles recorded according to the inclusion criteria, all three articles were randomized clinical trials. 351 patients were treated with topical Tea Tree Oil (TTO) scrub with eyelash shampoo, the most common ocular symtomps is ocular dryness. The treatment is provided on a scale 18 to 35 years of age, topical TTO scrub with consentrated persentation 5-50% with eyelash shampoo was at twice-daily treament for 4 weeks.
