School principals in today's school community hold collaboration between educator, school staff, distribute accessible resources, improve educator professional development, and perform students across their academic and curriculum on standardized tests. The principal's duties are inclusive, as all aspects of school management are directly or indirectly are his/her responsibility. In general, the principal has the responsibilities to manage (1) detailed organization of the school. (2) curriculum development. (3) assigning duties to staff and supervising them, and (4) general operation of school facilities. The success of school education is largely determined by the success of the principal in managing the educators and staff available at the school. In this case, increased productivity and work efficiency can be achieved by improving the behavior of school teachers and educational staff by applying different human resource management concepts and techniques. In human resource management, school principals are the key to success in achieving quality education. This research uses qualitative research. This research is conducted at Toko Cat Warna Baru which is located at Jalan Sisingamangaraja Number 241, East Kisaran District, Asahan Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study used field research and library research. The framework in this research is problem identification, data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The results show that the lowest mean absolute percentage error error value in the single moving average method is 15.27% while the lowest mean absolute percentage error error value in the single exponential smoothing method is 12.11%. So, it can be concluded that the single exponential smoothing method is better than the single moving average method because it has a very small error value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the intention to use e-wallets in Indonesia. The study has narrowed the   knowledge gap of previous studies in terms of examining four factors ina single setting and focusing on vulnerable 18-55year olds as respondents. In addition, this research has developed mainstream literature on the use of e-wallets. The findings ascertained the significance of the four factors under investigation, and three hypotheses supported for respondents, allowing implications from multiple perspectives of   the strategy to suggest   increased use of e-money.  According to the findings in this study, trust in the provider, the value of enjoyment and the value of comfort seem to be important factors that will influence the intention to use an e-wallet, thus   requires more attention from online transaction facility providers, banks, and software developers.  This means that whatever improvement of the existing e-payment system must consider these characteristics, namely: comfortable, enjoyable and trustworthy.

Abstract

Social media has given birth to new digital talents who have developed into new industries, one of which is the emergence of social media influencers. The Indonesian government even spends a large enough budget to support digital activities, especially for influencers, because according to the government, influencers are the spearhead of digital democracy. The theory used is the Elaboration Possibility Model by seeing that the use of influencers as a means of persuasion targets the peripheral route of the audience. Previous research has discussed the context of marketing and branding, so in this study, the researcher wants to see how the role of influencers in a digital democracy is. The researcher traces research related to the topic, whether carried out in Indonesia or abroad during the last five years, and then analyzes each research result through a qualitative approach with the literature study method and collects secondary data from social media, books, and scientific findings. other. This study found that in digital democracy, influencers have influence in persuading and even directing the behavior of other social media users, but they are required to have integrity, credibility, expertise, and certain suitability in influencing society. However, the involvement of influencers must also be considered properly because influencers are a new profession in a new industry in the digital age, so if they can be paid to force one thought and block the birth of another opinion or even narrow the choice of one idea, then the influencer will be in conflict. with the principles of democracy itself. Researchers hope that this research will enrich the study of influencers as well as provide an understanding that after all, social media influencers have now become a new industry.

Abstract

The legal bond between employees and the self-employed begins with the making of a good activity agreement made by recording or by means of words. The contract which is charged with rights and roles thereafter in its application often arises problems, which if there is no one-on-one interpretation or no misunderstanding and if it cannot be resolved the conclusions may end in apparent clashes between the parties. Clashes or clashes can also be established in the labor environment where it relates to parties who are said to be workers and self-employed. Indeed, clashes or clashes between workers and self-employed people do not need to be worried because clashes can have positive consequences for the parties participating if the clashes are not based on enthusiastic violence. If the clashes are based on violence, they will bring about loss and conflict. So far, clashes between workers and the self-employed have often been resolved in insurgent ways such as violent protests, arson, strikes and industrial closures. The clashes should be resolved in harmony and profitability. Sourced from Article 86 of Law Number. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower says: a. Every worker or employee has the right to get protection for: 1) Security and Health Activities; 2) Morals and Decency; and 3) Treatment that matches the degree and degree of people and religious values. b. To prevent the safety of workers or employees to create maximum productivity of activities organized by security and health activities. c. Protection is also defined in Paragraph (1) and (2) is carried out in accordance with legal laws and regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to ensure that human resource management practices are believed to be one of the solutions to reduce employee turnover intentions. However, not all studies show that human resource management practices can provide significant results in reducing exit intentions. This research is research with a quantitative approach and is research with correlation analysis test using SPSS version 26.0 and a mediation analysis test using PROCESS MACRO version 4.0 which was developed by Andrew Hayes. Sampling in this study used non-probability sampling with the type of convenience sampling. The characteristics in this study are employees who work in the manufacturing industry with a minimum position of staff, and a minimum service period of one year. Based on the results of the hypothesis analysis test, it is known that before the mediator variable was added to the relationship between HRMP and intention to leave, it was found that the practice of human resource management (HRMP) had a negative relationship with the intention to leave in manufacturing employees in Indonesia with the result (b = -0.23 t = - - 7.41; p = 0.00). In addition, the practice of human resource management (HRMP) was also found to have a positive relationship with employee career satisfaction. Then, career satisfaction was found to have a negative relationship with employees' leaving intentions, but this study also found that career satisfaction did not mediate the relationship between human resource management practices (HRMP) and exit intentions among manufacturing employees in Indonesia.

The research method in this study used the Phenomenology of Edmund Husserl. Meanwhile, observation, interviews, and documentation are all methods for gathering data. Based on the researchers' data findings, data results, and discussions, it can be concluded that the communicative action to increase community participation carried out by the “Sehati Selalu” waste bank, Cakung district, East Jakarta, is to disseminate information to the community through supervisors in the urban village with the assistance of the participation of neighbourhood, hamlet, urban village head, and subdistrict head Management as community controllers offline.
