Abstract

This study examines the effect of change management in improving the organizational performance of cooperatives in Purbalingga Regency. Prior studies showed that cooperatives that excel in the long term are cooperatives that emphasize the ability to adapt to existing changes (resilience). However, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, cooperatives are now experiencing many obstacles that make cooperatives slower to develop and even decline the organizational performance. This study aims to explain the concept of organizational change and its benefits for the organization, providing essential ways to implement practices that improve the organizational performance of cooperatives in the Pubalingga Regency. The research sample in this study was 50 cooperatives in Purbalingga Regency as the respondents to the survey questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis. This study concludes that technological change has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, organizational leadership change does not have a significant effect on organizational performance, and organizational cultural change has a significant effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

E-banking technology provides conveniences and speed to help customers in using financial services. The bank should increase the number of E-Banking customers to generate more fee-based Income. Thus the bank income will be increased. This study aims to determine the effect of Fee-Based Income and E-Banking Transactions on Profit Changes in state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011-to 2020. The population of this research is four state-owned banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2020. This research used 39 observations as samples, later decreasing to 31 observations due to abnormal data healing outlier detection. The results of this study show that 1). Fee-Based Income has a significant positive effect on profit changes, 2). E-Banking transaction has no significant effect on Profit Change at state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2011-2020 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of social media, trust, and perceived benefits to purchasing decisions on the Blibli.com online platform. The population of this study is consumers of the Blibli.com online platform in Indonesia. By using the purposive sampling method, this research used 96 consumers as a sample of respondents. The primary data from respondents are gathered by distributing a questionnaire to the respondent. The gathered data then was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that Social media has an effect on Purchase Decisions, Trust has an effect on Purchase Decisions, and Perceived value has an effect on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance at Perum Damri Yogyakarta Branch Office. This type of research uses quantitative methods using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. Methods of obtaining data using questionnaires and interviews. The sample used was 48 employees of the Perum Damri Yogyakarta Branch Office. The tests used are validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and statistical tests. Based on the results of statistical tests, training and work motivation positively influence the performance of employees of the Perum Damri Yogyakarta Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on purchase intention through brand image. This research is quantitative research with a survey method. The population of this study are a customer of Compas Shoes who are domiciled in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 164 people as respondents to the online survey. The data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis are simple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of E-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) on Purchase Intention. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of E-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) on Brand Image. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of Brand Image on Purchase Intention. (4) There is a positive and significant effect of E-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) on Purchase Intention through Brand Image as mediating variable.

Abstract

This study is performed to examine the effect of Cash Position, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and toward Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in companies that is listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange over period 2006-2008.The population of this research is 387 company that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2006-2008. Sampling technique used here is purposive sampling on criterion (1) the company that represent their financial report per 2006-2008, and (2) the company that continually share their dividend period 2006-2008. The data is obtained based on Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD 2009) publication. It is gained sample amount of 12 companies. The analysis technique used here is multiple regression with the least square difference and hypothesis test using t-statistic to examine partial regression coefficient and F-statistic to examine the mean of mutual effect with level of significance 5%.This research results that Cash Position, Debt to Equity Ratio, and (DER) Return on Asset (ROA) gives are not significantly positive effect on dividend payout ratio (DPR). We suggest for investors in Indonesian Stock Exchange whose purpose to gain dividend should be pay attention for informations that issued by the company, because with those information they can make the best decision for their investments. On this research, Return On Asset (ROA) shows the most influencing variable toward DPR that pointed by the amount of beta standardized coefficients value 1,130, DER are 0,096, and Cash Position are 0.030

Abstract

Purpose of this study to prove whether an announcements of mergers and acquisitions responded by market players so produce abnormal return for companies. This study also triying prove whether there abnormal return before and after an announcements of mergers and acquisitions.Data used in this study is companies conducting mergers and acquisitions listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2005-2008. Sample selection use purposive sampling. Samples obtained amount 11 company.From the analysis, use one sample T-Test obtained results calculation average abnormal return (AAR) shows that of overall average abnormal return (AAR) not found abnormal return significant. So can concluded that there is not differences abnormal return stock acquiring company about information an announcement of mergers and acquisitions announced acquiring company.Other findings in this study is test results by using uji t paired produce significant count is 0,007. Then hypothesis 2 this study able to prove. So it can be concluded that there significant differences abnormal return before and after an announcement of mergers and acquisitions.Limitations in this study is a limited number of samples caused still rare company that does mergers and acquisitions listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Event window short only 21 days is 10 days before and 10 days after an announcement.

Abstract

Selective community in selecting health care must be observed and analyzed hospital. Hospital as a place to obtain medical services necessary to meet the expectations of society, as a subscription service (consumer) health. Hospitals need to know the ratio of users to health services that are more selective. Or not the positive attitude of consumers ideally clear from evaluation and their trust in the services they receive. Improved elements (attributes), such as tenderness, attention, safety and reliability of direct evidence is absolutely necessary as a measure of quality of service in the services sector.This study aims to determine consumer attitudes and the relationship between consumer confidence with consumer ratings on General Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. consumer attitudes referred to in this research is the level of feelings of patients in comparing the performance (results) are perceived with hope. So the attitude of patients is a function of the difference between the perceived performance with expectations.Consumer Attitudes towards the General Hospital of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta at 80.03 and is located in the interval from 77 to 100.9 and included in the positive category. While the relationship between assessment and the resulting consumer confidence coefficient = 0.072, ρ = 0.000 and α of 0.01 for ρ sig (0.000) < α of 0.01, it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between consumer confidence with consumers ranking House PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence simultaneously and partial factor product, price, promotion and location of the purchasing decisions of consumers in the Distribution Outlet Mailbox in Yogyakarta and the factor of whether the greatest effect on consumer purchase decisions. The analysis used in this study is the analysis of t test (partial), f test analysis (simultaneously) and test the coefficient of multiple determination (R2). Samples taken in this study of 100 respondents who considered sufficiently representative of the population studied. Sampling technique using the incidental sampling (sampling with respondents met by chance at the time of the study). While data collecting technique using a questionnaire that is a list of questions given to a number of respondents to obtain data required in the research.Based on the results of t test analysis (partially) by Level of Significant (05) that there is influence of the partial product variable (X1) of (0,024), Price (X2) equal to (0.325), Promotion (X3) (0,000), and Location (X4) of (0.028) of the Consumer Buying Decision (Y). And based on results of test analysis f (simultaneously) is (0.000) with Level of Significant (05) and stated there is the influence of variables simultaneously Products (X1), Promotion (X3), and Location (X4) of the Consumer Buying Decision (Y) and variable rates (X2) has no effect signifika partially towards Consumer Purchase Decision (Y). The most dominant factor of influence on consumer purchasing decisions based on the data if the beta coefficient of the variable product (X1) of (0.222), Price (X2) equal to (0,110), Promotion (X3) (0.449), and Location (X4) for (0.201), factors that contribute the greatest value is a factor Promotions (X3), amounted to (0.449). The results obtained from the regression R 2 (coefficient of determination or R Square) of 0.623 means that the dependent variable (Y) in the model: Consumer Buying Decision (Y) explained by independent variables (X), namely Products (X1), Price (X2), Campaign (X3), and Location (X4) of 62.3%, while the remaining amount of 37.7% explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

The teacher is someone who has a job as a facilitator for students to learn and/or develop the basic potentials and capabilities through both secaraoptimal school educational institutions established by governments or private. Teacher performance is influenced by many factors and one of them is emotional intelligence. The task of teachers is to form graduates who are competent to use optimally their feelings in order to identify itself and its environment.Problems examined in this study were: (1) Is self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills have a partial effect on the performance of teachers. (2) Is self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills simultaneously affect the performance of teachers. The population in this study are teachers who teach in primary schools in the region Tegaltirto.The results showed that some self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy no significant impact on teacher performance, whereas social skills affect teacher performance. The results showed that the variables simultaneously self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills have a significant effect on the performance of teachers. Working together self-knowledge, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills to contribute 31.8% of teacher performance. The result is expected to be useful to teachers and schools. The teachers are expected to continue to improve emotional, because with a good emotional skills will be able to improve its performance as a teacher.
