Abstract

Implementation of the activity reporting system for DKI Jakarta DPRD members is a system to facilitate the reporting of activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members. The DKI Jakarta DPRD member activity reporting system has been widely used in companies with various technologies and systems. The author raised the problem with the DKI Jakarta DPRD Secretariat. There is no special program for storing data and making reports at the DKI Jakarta DPRD Secretariat. This activity is very important, increases efficiency, and determines its performance in terms of cost savings. Previously, data processing was carried out manually using Microsoft Excel and Word, by designing a computerized system using PHP and MySql applications, data on the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members had been stored in a database to simplify the process of daily activities. This research uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and literature study, namely by making direct observations on the objects under study and requesting the necessary data, as well as interviews or questions and answers with sources to complete the data and obtain the necessary information.The system designed is an information system for the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members which was created using PHP and MySQL. This system was created to be able to manage data on the activities of DKI Jakarta DPRD members and reports. The information system designed is expected to minimize the shortcomings of the system currently used so that work activities are more effective, efficient and controlled.

Abstract

The Indonesian government through educational institutions has made various efforts to teach the language. Apart from Indonesian and regional languages, languages ​​such as English, Arabic and Mandarin are some of the languages ​​that will be taught to students. Arabic language learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Istiqlal Jakarta is going well, although there are still many students who have difficulty learning Arabic and tend to prefer English lessons. Some students find Arabic lessons difficult to understand. Easy and fun Arabic learning applications are needed to increase student interest. This research aims to produce a design for an interactive Arabic learning multimedia application. The method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which consists of six phases, namely concept, design, material collection, production, testing and distribution. Use-case modeling is used to show application modeling where users can access several features provided by the application. The first testing stage uses the black box method by testing the application based on system responses such as the intro display, main page and buttons on the application. The second stage of beta testing consists of testing user acceptance of the application for Madrasah Tsanawiyah Istiqlal Jakarta students. Both stages of testing show that the application runs well and can be used correctly by users. User testing was carried out by calculating questionnaires from MTs Istiqlal Jakarta students which resulted in a score of 86.68%. This score shows that the usability aspect of Arabic language learning media is suitable for use.

Abstract

Information technology in the current era is developing very quickly. Information systems themselves are found in various aspects of life, such as health, law, education and finance. With the improvement of information systems, systems can be created as considerations for making decisions or agreements. Credit scoring is a status that is usually held by banks or other financial institutions and contains data from debtors who have applied for credit at certain banks or financial institutions. There are many attributes in determining whether someone will get good credit or bad credit status. Therefore, a fast and accurate classification method is needed. This research proposes the use of Principal Component Analysis to reduce several attributes without reducing the attributes that are important or crucial in determining. This research also uses the Bacterial Foraging Optimization algorithm to optimize qualification results on the Support Vector Machine which uses 4 kernels, namely Linear, RBF, Polynomial and Sigmoid. The research results show that the Linear kernel accuracy which only uses Principal Component Analysis gets a value of 79%. Then optimized with Bacterial Foraging Optimization to get an accuracy of 81%. So the Bacterial Foraging Optimization algorithm increases accuracy by 2%. For RBF and Poly kernels, the accuracy is the same, namely 78%. For the Sigmoid kernel, it got the best results in Principal Component Analysis, namely getting an accuracy value of 80%.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Sea Transportation (DJPL) is under and responsible to the Minister of Transportation and is led by the Director General. The Directorate General of Sea Transportation has the task of carrying out the formulation and implementation of policies in the shipping sector. To create a more effective and efficient organization and work procedures to improve the performance of the duties and functions of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation (DJPL), optimal human resource management is needed. The use of information technology has now become mandatory in managing human resources in the government sector. Currently, data processing for education, training and careers within the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation still uses manual methods, causing several obstacles, including irregular data archiving which makes it difficult to search for data as a reference for building a management information system that can provide information regarding management activities within the Directorate General of Sea Transportation. The Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) within the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, is one of the sections tasked with providing training for employees. Employees who have completed training are then placed according to the results of the training. The Web-Based Information System Design Application for the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation (SETDITJEN) was designed using a PHP program and a database using MySQL, so that it can be easily accessed anywhere.

Abstract

Slum settlements are one of the problems that the government in Indonesia needs to pay more attention to, one of which is the city of Palembang. To manage slum settlements, the first thing that needs to be considered is the infrastructure. Because infrastructure is the first step to support the smooth activities of the surrounding community. This can be seen if the infrastructure does not meet the requirements, such as the physical condition seen from the buildings which are very close together with low construction quality, the roads are damaged and have potholes, the public sanitation and drainage are not functioning as well as the large amount of rubbish which is not managed properly. This could all happen due to government limitations in the monitoring and checking process. To make it easier for the community and government, the author developed an Application for Mapping Locations and Infrastructure of Slum Settlement Areas in Palembang City Using Mobile-Based GIS. GIS is an organized collection of computer hardware, software, geographic data and personnel designed to efficiently acquire, store, update and display all forms of geographically referenced information. In this research, the research methodology used is the Extreme Programming method. In making this application the author used a mobile programming base as a system development application. Research results show that this application can make it easier for the public to make complaints regarding slum conditions and help the government monitor and handle problems more effectively.

Abstract

Effective inventory management is a crucial element in company operations, especially in maintaining a balance between demand and supply. Good inventory management can reduce storage costs, increase product availability, and maximize company profits. However, the challenges that companies often face are the uncertainty of market demand and changes in trends that are difficult to predict. Along with technological developments, traditional methods of inventory management are starting to be replaced by data-based approaches and machine learning algorithms. The use of machine learning is not only limited to predicting purchasing needs, but can also be applied in various other business aspects. This research aims to optimize HP spare parts inventory management at Store X using the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) method. By analyzing sales data for 2023 which consists of 96,630 lines, the research applies systematic stages: data acquisition, preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, model building, and evaluation. The LSTM method is used to predict spare parts stock with significant accuracy, demonstrated through evaluation metrics: Mean Absolute Error (MAE) 12%, Mean Squared Error (MSE) 2%, and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) 15%. The model successfully captured seasonal patterns and trends in sales data, proving its ability to forecast stock requirements. The research results show that the LSTM-based machine learning approach is effective in supporting inventory management decision making, helps reduce the risk of losses due to stock uncertainty, and increases the efficiency of managing HP spare parts inventory.

Abstract

Society's dependence on energy has resulted in an increase in society's need for and use of energy. This causes an increase in demand for superior products or services that can effectively meet consumer needs and expectations. This research aims to determine the influence of E-Trust and E-Service Quality on E-Satisfaction of PLN Mobile customers. This research uses quantitative research methods with questionnaires as data collection material which is analyzed with the help of SPSS 27 software. The sample used in this research was 99 respondents. The sample was taken from PLN Mobile application users in Pangkalpinang. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linear test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, determination analysis, t-test and f-test. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results found show that the E-Trust, E-Service Quality variables individually or partially have a significant effect on application users' E-Satisfaction. Then the E-Satisfaction variable simultaneously has a significant effect on application users' E-Satisfaction. Based on the test results, the coefficient of determination or value (R Square) was obtained at 0.501 or 50.1%. This shows that the E-Trust, E-Service Quality variables are able to explain 50.1% of the dependent variable user E-Satisfaction. Meanwhile, the remaining 49.9% is explained or influenced by unknown variables in this study.

Abstract

In the digital era, the volume of unstructured data such as text, images, audio, and video continues to increase exponentially. Processing unstructured data is a major challenge for various industries due to its high complexity and the difficulty of extracting relevant information. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an innovative solution in addressing this challenge through techniques such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Machine Learning. This study aims to explore various AI methods used in processing unstructured data and examine their effectiveness in improving the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis. adopts a multidisciplinary approach that combines natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and data analytics techniques to extract information from unstructured data, especially in the context of electronic medical records (EMR). This study will be conducted in several stages including data collection, data processing, model development, and evaluation of results. The results show that AI is not only able to automate the information extraction process but also improve the accuracy and speed of data analysis, which is very important in the context of decision making in the fields of healthcare, finance, and business. By using deep learning models and advanced algorithms, AI can identify patterns and relationships in complex data, thereby providing deeper insights for better decision making. The results of this study are expected to provide insight for developers and practitioners in optimizing the use of AI to manage unstructured data more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Information technology and online platforms are very important in the context of work in today's digital era. Many companies have turned to internal websites or web-based systems for various needs, such as data management, internal communications, and daily work tools. One technology that is considered to play a very important role in a company is a website. SiCepat Ekspres implemented the Proof Of Delivery website as a solution to solving problems that occur when sending goods to user receipts. This system is part of the company's digital strategy, which utilizes website-based technology to simplify operations and increase user satisfaction. The data collection methods in this thesis are observation, interviews and literature study methods with quantitative analysis methods, namely data analysis methods using statistical analysis. Satisfaction with using a website is formed because of the services provided by a system that can be adjusted to the user's wishes. One method that can be used to analyze website systems is the PIECES Framework where there are 6 indicators (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service) by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Head Office of the Operations Division, getting 60 respondents. The results of this research show that the Proof Of Delivery SiCepat website received an average score of 4.30 which shows that users are very satisfied in using the Proof Of Delivery SiCepat website as a media source of information.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology makes business organizations face major challenges in managing and securing sensitive data. The development of information technology has changed data storage systems from local media to cloud computing, enabling data access and processing via the internet. Services like Google Drive and OneDrive offer security, accessibility, and data backup, but pose challenges for business organizations, especially in terms of security of sensitive data and operational costs that increase as users grow. This research aims to design a local cloud as a private cloud to improve data management and security in the organization. With a private cloud, companies can control data access more tightly, increase privacy, and enable employees to access applications and data from various locations more safely and efficiently. The results of this research are in the form of a private cloud based on a private server which was developed as a file server with access rights based on departments, across departments, projects or work groups. This system utilizes open-source technology and is equipped with an encrypted Virtual Private Network (VPN) to support remote work models (Work From Home, WFH) and work flexibility from anywhere (Work From Anywhere, WFA). With this solution, organizations can increase operational efficiency, reduce the risk of data leaks, optimize more affordable technology resources, and maintain full control of sensitive company data.
