Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' problem-solving abilities in solving problems on vocational mathematics problems. There are 4 indicators for problem solving abilities, namely identifying data adequacy to solve problems, creating a mathematical model of a problem, choosing and implementing a problem solving strategy, and re-examining the results of the answers that have been made. The research subjects were 30 class XII students of SMK Plus Pakuhaji-Tangerang and the test instruments were math numeration questions at SMK Plus and interview tests. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Based on the research results, it was found that the highest error rate was at the indicator stage for making a mathematical model, namely 50.71% and included in the very high criteria, on other indicators students got quite high criteria. It can be concluded that there are still many students who have difficulty in making mathematical models in the problems presented while in identifying problems the average student is quite able to identify problems but cannot be said to be good or very good because problem solving questions are new things given to students

Abstract

This study aims to produce a Vocational Mathematics numeracy literacy instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability, as well as through a systematic analysis of the instrument using a test of discrimination and index of difficulty. This type of research is development research with the Wilson model and the Oriondo and Antonio models. Methods of data collection using interviews, expert validation sheets, questionnaires and numeracy literacy tests. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The research results obtained were: 1) the expert's assessment stated that this numeracy literacy instrument was an appropriate instrument to use; 2) the readability test shows that this numeracy literacy instrument is in the "good" category, 3) the validity test shows that this instrument is valid; 4) this numeracy literacy instrument is a reliable instrument with a reliability value of ????????>????????????????????????; 5) has a good interpretation of discriminating power with conclusions that can be used without revision; 6) Average item difficulty index. So that the resulting instrument is a feasible instrument used to measure students' numeracy literacy

Abstract

A portfolio is a combination of assets with a desired rate of return as well as risks that can be minimized by spreading risks across different assets. The LQ45 index contains 45 companies whose shares have a market capitalization and a high level of liquidity. The population used in this study is 7 banking stocks that are on the LQ45 index. This study aims to develop an optimal portfolio using the Markowitz Method and the Single Index Model, then compare the results of the two. The combination of stocks produced using the Markowitz method consists of 2 BMRI and BBNI stocks with a portfolio return rate of 0.0247 and a risk of 0.0033. While the combination of stocks produced using the Single Index Model consists of 5 stocks, namely BMRI, BRIS, BBRI, BBNI, and BBCA stocks with a portfolio return rate of 0.019 and a portfolio risk of 0.0018. So a good model to use is the Single Index Model because the risk is smaller than using the Markowitz method

Abstract

Problem based learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang saat ini banyak digunakan disemua kalangan. seperti Bapak/ibu guru, dosen maupun penelitian mahasiswa. Untuk itu, peneliti memilih problem-based learning sebagai bahasan dari penelitian systematic literature riview ini. Penelitian SLR ini menggunakan penyeleksian artikel dengan kriteria inklusi dengan pendekatan PICOS (Population, Intervention, Comparaion, Outcomes, Study design) dan dari 60 artikel yang didapatkan diseleksi sebanyak 30 artikel yang masuk kedalam kriteria inklusi. Setelah diseleksi dan dianalisis didapatkan bahwa problem-based learning berbantuan media pembelajaran sangat efektif digunakan serta meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the difficulties of teachers and students in teaching and learning material on the properties of quadrilateral. Based on these difficulties the researcher designed learning activities based on Kata Sepat which would be used to help students understand the material properties of quadrilaterals. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The instruments used were interviews and observations. The results of the study showed that teachers and students experienced difficulties in learning and teaching quadrilateral characteristics, so scaffolding was needed in the form of a learning design based on Kata Sepat

Abstract

Mathematical problems sometimes require different ways and different points of view in the process of solving them. This study aims to get an overview of the ability to think creatively by considering the category of mathematical disposition. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive type. Respondents in this study consisted of three students of eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 1 Larangan who were taken by purposive sampling technique based on the results of a mathematical disposition questionnaire. The ability to think creatively is based on the results of tests and interviews on trigonometry material. The results of tests and interviews showed that there were differences in students' creative thinking abilities among them with the result high, medium and low mathematical dispositions. The respondent who has a high disposition can fulfill the indicators of originality, flexibility, fluency and elaboration. The respondent with medium dispositions can fulfill indicators of flexibility and elaboration. Whereas for the respondent with low dispositions they cannot meet the indicators of the ability to think creatively mathematically. Abstract

Malaria is a disease transmitted through mosquitoes; malaria is still one of the endemic diseases in Eastern Indonesia. This study aims to determine the factors that affect malaria status. The independent variables used were region, gender, insect repellent, sowing larvicide powder, draining the bathtub, and mosquito nets. The data comes from the Basic Health Research Report (Riskesdas) 2018. The analysis method used is binomial regression / binary logistics. Based on research states that together all independent variables have a significant effect on a person's malaria status. Partially, the chances of rural status, male sex, not using insect repellent, not using larvicide powder, not draining bathtubs, and not wearing mosquito nets are greater than other categories of malaria status. Therefore, self-awareness of individuals and communities is needed in striving for cleanliness and personal health

Abstract

The train is one of the alternative transportations for the community to carry out their activities in terms of work and tourism for long distances. One of the public transportation companies, namely, PT. Indonesian Commuter Train (KCI) is trusted as a provider of Electric Rail Trains (ERT) in order to optimally meet the needs of the community. The number of ERT passengers has an influence in planning the capacity of the train. For this reason, it is necessary to know the number of KRL passengers for the future. In this study we have forecasted the number of KRL passengers using the Nonhomogeneous Poisson process, where the intensity function is determined by a simple linear regression method. The results of forecasting the number of Jabodetabek ERT passengers using the Nonhomogeneous Poisson process, show that the number of Jabodetabek ERT passengers in November 2021 to April 2022 has decreased. The results of this forecasting fall into the fairly accurate category with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 28%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of interactive teaching materials based on articulate storyline 3 and students' responses to the developed teaching materials.The method used is Research & Development (R&D) with the Plomp model, which consists of preliminary investigation; design; realisation/construction; test, evaluation, and revision; and implementation. This research produced interactive teaching materials in the form of an application with the name ZetaZoo Story -Himpunan-. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews and questionnaires. The data were obtained from two media experts, two material experts, and seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 8 Tasikmalaya. Teaching materials validated by experts are measured based on technical quality as well as content quality and objectives. The results of the validation of teaching materials by media experts through technical quality assessment state that interactive teaching materials are included in the very feasible category. In addition, the material quality assessment by material experts states that interactive teaching materials are included in the very feasible category. Instructional quality assessment is obtained through the implementation of teaching materials to students and gets an average percentage of 80% in the good category. Based on these results, the interactive teaching materials for set materials that have been developed get a good response from students

Abstract

Based on the results of observations by researchers at Hang Tuah 1 High School Jakarta, several problems were found in the mathematics learning process, namely the E-LKPD had not been used by teachers at Hang Tuah 1 High School Jakarta. Thus, researchers are encouraged to fulfill research with the following topics: Effects of Using Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD) on Mathematics Learning Outcomes. This study used quantitative research with experimental techniques with the aim of knowing the effect of using Electronic Student Worksheets on mathematics learning outcomes at Hang Tuah 1 High School Jakarta. There were 78 students, including 39 students from class X-3 and 39 students from class X-5 who were used as samples of this study. Class X-3 as an experimental class is taught using the Electronic Student Worksheet. In contrast, class X-5 as the control class was taught using Student Worksheets and was used as a research sample. The results of this study's data analysis show t.count = 4.501615253 > t.table = 1.66515, which means that there is an influence on the Electronic Student Worksheets regarding relevant mathematics learning outcomes. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of Electronic Student Worksheets has a positive and significant effect on mathematics learning outcomes
