Abstract

PT X Indonesia is one of the Korean Foreign Manufacturing Companies (PMA) that produce injection molding. December 2022 PT X Indonesia received customer complaints from PT. Y  because of defects in products such as: gas burn, white spot, weld line, bending, short shoot, bubbles, flashing, silver, wrong color, and contamination. Flashing is a type of defect that the largest number of ratios reaches 10% while the defect restriction of the customer is 2% so the company and the authors choose the theme of improvement in 2018 is the improvement of molding design to reduce flashing defects in plastic products. The method used in the proposed improvement of molding design is the taguchi method by making 4 point suggestion that is the level 1 slot dimension: Hight 70mm taper 15 °, level 2: Hight 70mm taper 10 °, level 3: High 70mm taper 5 °; insert level 1 dimension: 70mm taper insert 1 °, level 2: 70mm taper deepness insert 2 °, level 3: 70mm taper deepth insert 3 °; clamping tolerance force level 1: + 5%, level 2: + 8%, level 3: + 10% and parting line line length 1: 10mm, level 2: 20mm, level 3: 30mm. The proposed best molding design improvements are in Slast dimensions: Hight 70 mm taper 15 °, Insert: 70mm taper deepness 2 °, clamping force tolerance + 10%, Parting Line Length: 30mm. The smallest flashing flaw was found to be 0.1% in confirmatory experimental conditions, much smaller than the specified target defects of 2%. Cost reduction cost obtained by PT ART Mold Indonesia with the proposed repair on Molding design that is Rp 115.600.000,00 per 1 molding. The cost savings incurred by customers of PT ART Mold Indonesia is worth Rp 784.080.000,00 per year

Abstract

The aim of this research is to model the number of airplane passengers at Soelkarno-Hatta airport using a model hybrid SARIMA-FTSMC. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of data on the number of airplane passengers at Soekarno-Hatta airport from January 2010 to May 2023 which was obtained via the websitebps.go.id. After analyzing the data, the best model was obtained in the SARIMA model, namely SARIMA(1,1,1)(0,1,1)12. Then based on the residual value from the processed data SARIMA will be modeled using the FTSMC model. Next, the residual value of SARIMA(1,1,1)(0,1,1)12 which has been modeled using the FTSMC model is added to the modeling value from SARIMA (1,1,1)(0,1,1)12 known as a modelhybrid SARIMA-FTSMC, with the aim of obtaining a higher level of accuracy or smaller error compared to the SARIMA model. After that, the accuracy level of the model is calculatedhybrid SARIMA-FTSMC uses MAD, MSE, and MAPE. In this research, the level of accuracy of the model was very good, this was shown by the MAPE value being less than 20%.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company that engaged in the footwear manufacturing industry. In the production process, one of tool that required is cutting dies to form the desired designs or patterns. The production process that uses cutting dies is carried out in the moldshop section. Cutting dies are made from sheet plates that are cut to size, then processed to form a pattern or design that will be used in the main production section. Several departments were placed not in accordance with the production process flow, causing delays in the delivery of cutting dies. This also causes longer material handling time and there is irregular material flow such as cross material flow and alternating flow which also results in queuing processes. For this problem, it is necessary to design a layout to produce a shorter total distance and better production flow using the BLOCPLAN Algorithm and CORELAP Algorithm methods. From the design results, the proposed layout of the BLOCPLAN Algorithm was obtained which was able to produce a total distance of 2385.5 meters per day, whereas if using the CORELAP Algorithm it was 1514.63 meters per day. Therefore, it is recommended to use the layout from the CORELAP Algorithm calculation so that it can produce an efficiency of 20.60%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to 1). Knowing that there are differences in students' mathematical communication abilities with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by GeoGebra Software and conventional learning models. 2) Find out which learning model is better between the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by GeoGebra Software and the conventional learning model for students' mathematical communication abilities. 3) To determine the influence of student activity on students' mathematical communication skills who use the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model assisted by GeoGebra Software. 4) To find out whether students' mathematical communication skills who use the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by GeoGebra Software achieve individual or classical mastery. The research method used in this research is the Quasi Experimental method. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The instruments for collecting data in this research are Pre-test and Post-test. . The population of this study were class XI students of SMAN 1 Wedung. The N-Gain test is the data analysis technique used in this research. The results of this research show that the N-Gain score in the experimental class (PBL method assisted by GeoGebra) is 62%. Meanwhile, the N-Gain score in the control class (conventional method) was 54%. In other words, it can be concluded that the mathematical communication skills of students who received PBL learning assisted by GeoGebra were significantly more effective than students who received learning using the conventional method

Abstract

This research is prompted by the low numeracy skills in multiplication lesson with evidence of student learning outcomes that are still much below average. From this problem, the researcher used the counting funnel media on the numeracy skills of second-grade students of SD Negeri near of district Kelapa. This study aimed to determine the effect of using funnel counting media on students' counting skills in class II SD Negeri near of district Kelapa. This research is experimental research, namely quasi-experimental design, with a nonequivalent control design. The data collecting technique was a test. The data collection in this study is in the form of written essay questions. The sampling technique was a saturated sampling with a total sample of 42 students divided between the experimental class of 21 students and the control class of 21 students. The results of this study indicate that from the results of data analysis, the average value of the experimental class is 79.286 and the average value of the control class is 61.429. From the results of the hypothesis test, it was obtained that tcount is greater than ttable (5.546 > 2.021), that indicates the Ha was accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the counting funnel media on the numeracy skills of second-grade students of SD Negeri near of district Kelapa

Abstract

This research is useful to see the results of the binary regression model and provide an overview of the factors that influence student learning difficulties in the statistics material at SMK KB. This study uses a type of quantitative research with survey methods. The population was taken from data from class XII students of Gema Bhakti 1 Jasinga Vocational School with the samples used, namely class XII A and class XII B. The collection of research data was obtained using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The questionnaire contains independent variables (X) in the form of factors that influence learning difficulties in statistical material with independent variables: (X1) independent learning, (X2) learning motivation, (X3) family environment, (X4) school environment, (X5 ) learning facilities and for the variable (Y) the average test scores in statistics. The data analysis technique is a binary logistic regression method. After the analysis showed that the learning motivation factor (X2) in statistical material had a significant effect on students' learning difficulties at SMK KB. Whereas (X1) learning independence, (X3) family environment, (X4) school environment, and (X5) learning facilities in the learning difficulties of students of Gema Bhakti 1 Jasinga Vocational School on statistics material has no significant effect

Abstract

Ľhe achievement of an education is very dependent on how teaching and learning takes place which requires an increase in the competitiveness of the nation in order to be able to compete in global competition. Where during the pandemic now the learning process is carried out online. Multimedia that is often used by educators is e-learning, zoom, meet, classroom and other applications that use computers / laptops or the like that facilitate the learning process in order to be able to improve students' thinking patterns. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe, it shows that students' creativity has problems when the learning process is carried out online. Ľeachers are limited in seeing students' creative abilities because the access used only uses group wa, this is triggered because currently Indonesia is hit by the Covid 19 pandemic which requires teachers to learn online. A person's ability to be successful in navigating his life should be determined by his thinking skills, especially in an effort to solve the life problems he faces. One of the efforts that teachers can do to improve students 'thinking skills is to innovate learning strategies in the learning process that aims to empower students' thinking skills. adapted to the characteristics and environment of students. Ľhe general objective of this study was to determine the extent to which students' creativity through multimedia-based Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning. Ľhis type of research  is  an  experiment.  Ľhis  research  is  an  experimental  study  with  a  pre-test-post-test  control group design. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the increase in the creativity of students who get multimedia-based PBL learning is better than students who receive conventional learning. Ľhis is evident from the resulting value that the N-Gain of mathematical creativity with a value of t = 1.839 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.035. Because doing a one-tailed (1-tailed) hypothesis test, the sig. (2-tailed) must be divided into two Sig values. (1-tailed). Because the Sig. (1-tailed) <significance level (α = 0.05), then Ho is rejected

Abstract

This study discusses Logistic Equations using the Adam Bashforth Moulton method to predict population growth, which is then solved first with the Runge Kutta method of order-4 to obtain the initial solution then using Adam Bashforth as a predictor and Adam Moulton as a corrector. The logistical equation for population growth with a carrying capacity in Indonesia is K=1,000,000,000 with a step size of h=1, with a growth rate of 1%. Logistics numerical numerical solution with population growth at t=2027 with a step size of h=1 is 274,250,443 people

Alfina Dwi Puspita. 19504056. The Influence of the Student Team Achievement Division Type Cooperative Learning Model on Learning Results of Two-Variable Linear Equation Systems. Thesis. Mathematics Department. Faculty of Mathematics, Natural and Earth Sciences. Manado State University. Tondano. 2023. This research aims to examine student learning outcomes in the Student Team Achievement Division type learning model and conventional learning models at SMP Negeri 1 Airmadidi.  This research method is Quasi Experiment research and the research design uses a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Data collection using pretest and posttest. This research was attended by 25 students from class VIIIG as the control class and VIIIH as the experimental class. Sampling was taken by random sampling. The data analysis techniques used are prerequisite testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that there are differences in learning outcomes using the Student Team Achievement Division learning model which are higher than conventional learning models

Abstract

The distribution of duck eggs is carried out in several retail stores in Medan, where road conditions, vehicle conditions and travel times are uncertain which results in uncertain costs. This problem can be solved using a fuzzy model that aims to minimize costs and minimize delivery time. This research was conducted at CV. Bebek Berkah Farm by discussing the Optimization of Egg Distribution using the FMOCIRP model. Completion of this model is done by using Winqsb software. Based on the results of calculations, the FMOCIRP model can save with an initial cost of 114,000 to Rp.84.500, and delivery time to 239 minutes from 277 minutes previously, where the optimal solution is a distribution route that provides minimum costs and time
