This paper will explain the institutionalization of political parties through the policy of structuring the Gerindra Party legislative candidates in the 2019 legislative elections in Banyumas Regency. The Banyumas Regency Gerindra Party was chosen as the research locus with the consideration that the Gerindra Party's vote acquisition in the 2019 election was very significant as a newcomer party. The method used in this research is a case study with a purposive sampling technique. Data collected by documentation studies, interviews, and observations. Research informants included DPC Gerindra Party officials in Banyumas Regency and legislative candidates who failed or succeeded in the 2019 legislative elections. The data were analyzed interactively and validated through source triangulation. The results of this study, first; the arrangement of legislative candidates in the 2019 election was carried out by the Gerindra Party with a local wisdom approach as a strategy to avoid 'party elite bias' so that the candidates proposed were candidates with high electability and community support. Target cadres include women activists, cadres of NU, Muhammadiyah, Al Ersyad organizations, village heads and community leaders and are placed in the constituency where they live. With this strategy of structuring cadres based on local wisdom, the Gerindra Party can choose potential cadres who have the support of a stronger mass base. So that the Gerindra Party's seat acquisition can be stable to this day..

Abstract The national project for the construction of the Bener Dam has become controversial among environmental activists. The main cause is the mining of andesite stone as the main material for dam construction in Wadas Village. The mining is believed to damage the ecosystem and destroy the springs, which are the main source of the people's rice fields there. The conflict heated up when the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, issued a Location Determination Permit (IPL) for andesite mining, which included the Wadas area in it. Ganjar is considered a leader who is not pro-environmental preservation. The Wadas community uses social media as a means of resistance against government policies. After Ganjar Pranowo was appointed as a presidential candidate by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP), the issue of environmental damage was believed to be one of his political opponents weapons to damage the image of the Governor of Central Java. This study seeks to examine the negative sentiments that occur regarding the issue of environmental damage in Wadas a week after Ganjar Pranowo was declared a presidential candidate in 2024. This study uses a mix method with analysis from netlytic.org as the main material to see the response to the Wadas issue centered on Social Network Analysis (SNA) and the digital movement of Opinion. Keywords: Ganjar Pranowo, Twitter, Wadas Issues Abstrak Proyek nasional pembangunan Bendungan Bener menjadi pro kontra di kalangan pegiat lingkungan. Penyebab utamanya adalah penambangan batu andesit sebagai bahan utama material pembangunan bendungan yang dilakukan di Desa Wadas. Penambangan tersebut diyakini akan merusak ekosistem dan menghancurkan mata air yang menjadi sumber utama sawah-sawah masyarakat di sana. Konflik semakin memanas ketika Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ganjar Pranowo mengeluarkan Izin Penetapan Lokasi (IPL) penambangan batu andesit yang memasukan daerah Wadas di dalamnya. Ganjar dianggap sebagai pemimpin yang tidak pro terhadap pelestarian lingkungan. Masyarakat Wadas menggunakan media sosial sebagai alat perlawanan terhadap kebijakan pemerintah. Pasca ditetapkanya Ganjar Pranowo menjadi calon presiden oleh Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDIP), isu kerusakan lingkungan diyakini menjadi salah satu senjata lawan politiknya untuk merusak citra sang Gubernur Jawa Tengah tersebut. Penelitian ini berusaha mengkaji sentimen negatif yang terjadi terkait isu kerusakan lingkungan di Wadas seminggu setelah Ganjar Pranowo ditetapkan sebagai kandidat presiden 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan mix method dengan analisis dari netlytic.org sebagai bahan utama melihat respon isu Wadas dengan berpusat pada Social Network Analysis (SNA) dan Digital Movement of Opinion. Abstract A video criticizing the damaged road conditions in Lampung has gone viral after being uploaded on social media. This infrastructure case has become a trending topic on the Twitter platform since April 2023. Not only in Lampung, people in other areas have also expressed their disappointment through various citizen protests. This problem prompted President Jokowi to directly review the condition of the damaged roads in Lampung and decide quickly to resolve the problem. The damaged road became a hot topic of conversation on Twitter. This research was conducted to analyze the sentiments of Twitter users towards opinions related to damaged roads and to analyze the social networks that are formed to find out the actors who play a role in spreading information. Research using descriptive and quantitative methods The process of crawling data on Twitter uses Netlytic.org and then analyzing the system level, as well as text analysis, through the keyword extractor and manual categories at Netlytic.org. The results of the study show that the main actors in the #jalanrusak communication network on Twitter are mainstream media accounts. This shows the position of the mainstream media as channeling aspirations and protecting people's rights, as well as its function as a tool of government control. Although some mainstream media also use it to spread political issues. Considering that 2023 is a political year ahead of the 2024 elections, This moment is considered strategic to attack the government and the ruling party. On the other hand, the president's quick response is seen as part of his self-image, which also has an impact on the image of the presidential candidate in his party. The sentiments of Twitter users in the discussion of #jalanrusak are more negative.

ABSTRAK Kaesang Pangarep putra kedua presiden joko widodo akhirnya terjun ke panggung politik sebagai calon walikota depok. Video pernyataan tersebut diunggahnya sendiri dari channel pribadi Kaesang Pangarep. Hal tersebut memberikan berbagai respon dari warganet diberbagai media sosial, salah satunya Twitter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui siapa saja aktor yang terlibat dalam pembentukan jaringan komunikasi terkait informasi Kaesang Pangarep yang mencalonkan diri sebagai depok1, juga mengetahui persepsi pengguna twitter berupa cuitan respon terkait kabar yang beredar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Mix Method, yaitu menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil statistik menunjukan perhitungan jaringan komunikasi denngan sampel 10000 tweet, aktor (nodes) yang berperan sebanyak 5404, dan jaringan (edges) sebanyak 6456 ditambang dengan laman netlytic.org dan gephi software. Metode kualitatif digunakan demi memperoleh gambaran jaringan sosial dan struktur jaringan dengan analisis teks untuk mendapatkan pola pesan yang terdapat di dalam jaringan komunikasi. Hasil yang diperoleh terdapat sentralisasi aktor, dan sentimen dalam opini digital.

The advancement of internet technology, one of its benefits is being used for entertainment, such as video games and online games. In some online games, there are various teams competing against each other to achieve specific goals. Not all online games have good in-game voice communication, and some lack this feature, like the online game Point Blank. The issue faced by Point Blank players is t he difficulty in finding suitable and practical means of interaction. This research aims to analyze the application of Discord in maintaining communication patterns within the Kaizen Team Organization in an Online First Person Shooter (FPS) game. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Based on the conducted research, Discord communication media utilized by the Kaizen Team Organization is considered effective during Point Blank gameplay. The communication process helps facilitate message delivery. The results of this research indicate that the suitable and effective communication for the Kaizen Team involves the communication patterns of All-Channel, Wheel, and Y. Furthermore, two different types of organizational communication implementation were found within the Kaizen team, namely informal communication and formal communication.

BUMDes Singa Barong Kebarongan merupakan program pemerintah guna membantu perekonomian masyarakat Desa Kebarongan dan mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat agar masyarakat Desa Kebarongan dapat hidup secara layak. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran modal sosial sebagai motor penggerak dalam pengelolaan BUMDes Singa Barong Kebarongan di Desa Kebarongan Kecamatan Kemranjen Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah BUMDes Singa Barong Kebarongan. Sedangkan subjek informan dari penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Perangkat Desa, Pengurus BUMDes, dan Masyarakat yang mengetahui tentang BUMDes. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial berupa kepercayaan, norma dan jaringan sosial dalam pengelolaan BUMDes Singa Barong Kebarongan dapat dikatakan cukup baik sehingga BUMDes mampu berkontribusi dalam pembangunan desa khususnya dalam bidang ekomi. Penerapan modal sosial dalam pengelolaan BUMDes Singa Barong Kebarongan dikatakan berhasil menjadikan BUMDes Singa Barong Kebarongan sebagai kategori BUMDes yang berkembang.

Abstract. TikTok is one of the social networking applications and is popular in the world including Indonesia. The emergence of TikTok is the phenomenon that attracts the most attention from various groups, especially Generation Z. Users of this application are dominated by teenagers, namely students and college students, where users use it to express themselves, release boredom, find the information or knowledge, and/or just watch videos as entertainment. The popularity of TikTok has made the boundaries between privacy and public space blurred, allowing for differences in behavior among teenagers. This research aims to find out how Generation Z’s self-representation through TikTok social media. This research uses the concept of self-representation that refers to Erving Goffman’s Dramaturgy Theory. This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting observations and interviews with 4 informants. The results of this study indicate that the four informants perform self-representation through the TikTok application by building the desired self-image and maintaining the authenticity displayed between social media and daily life, which is not much different.

The problem is punk kids are always considered negative and underestimated by society. This study aims to find out how punk children perceive their self-concept in media. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The data sources obtained by researchers used data collection, such as interviews with punk child informants, observation and documentation. The results of the study found that there were several factors for punk children, namely from family factors and friendship factors. This punk kid always gets negative comments about him. However, all the punk kids did was stay silent and didn't care about what was being commented on. This punk kid perceives his self-concept image in online media with its pros and cons. Punk kids see their self-concept as negative because there are people who wear punk-worthy attributes or appearances, but these people don't know what punk really means and often commit crimes. Therefore, punk is always labeled negatively even though it is not punk who does it. And also punk kids who think positively because one of the punk kids has seen his self-concept in a movie and in that movie he has high solidarity with social concerns.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan beberapa jenis ragam bahasa dalam komunikasi politik bermedia oleh seorang politikus yang akan menjadi calon wakil presiden Indonesia pada pilpres 2024. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi partisipatif dengan mengamati reaksi dari cuitan serta interaksi antara Gibran Rakabuming dengan sesama pengguna di platform media X. Hasilnya ditemukan bahwa dalam kesehariannya, politikus Gibran Rakabuming menggunakan beberapa jenis ragam bahasa dan cenderung menggunakan ragam bahasa formal yang memiliki keterbacaan yang tinggi. Penggunaan beberapa jenis ragam bahasa yang dilakukan oleh Gibran Rakabuming berhasil membangun citra positif dan menjadi lebih dekat dengan masyarakat karena dinilai komunikatif serta informasi yang disampaikan mudah diterima oleh masyarakat.

The increasing public need for the internet has made companies compete in providing internet service provider products. One of the internet service provider products with many users in Indonesia is IndiHome, which is a product of PT Telkomsel. Despite being the largest internet service provider, it does not necessarily make IndiHome the only internet service that people are interested in, so it takes integrated marketing communication (IMC) or integrated marketing communication to retain consumers and offer products that are of interest to potential consumers. This is what is being done by PT Telkomsel Sumbagteng Region in the Pekanbaru City area in an effort to increase IndiHome consumers. This research uses the descriptive-qualitative method by collecting data through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the marketing communication carried out by PT Telkomsel Sumbagteng Region includes advertising through print media, electronic media, and digital media; sales promotion through event activities such as bazaars and giving prizes; public relations by establishing good relations with consumers and partnerships; personal selling through door-to-door and open car product offerings; and direct marketing through the use of media such as websites, WhatsApp, and telephone in offering products to consumers.
