Abstract

This research examines the influence of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) on the Price to Book Ratio with the research object of the textile and garment industry on the IDX in 2020-2022. The total population of this industry is 19 companies, and researchers used a saturated sampling technique so that a member of the population became the sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS statistical program. The research results show that return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) have a significant influence on price-to-book value (PBV). Meanwhile, partial Return on Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) have a significant influence on Price to Book Value (PBV).

Abstract

Unemployment is one of the main problems that is very influential and is also affected by several factors that are interrelated with each other and have a close relationship with the unemployment rate; this is because the working population contributes to the production of goods and services. Based on data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, it was found that in the 2018-2021 period, there was a positive relationship between economic growth and open unemployment, and there were doubts due to the rejection of previous research results, so it is possible to analyze the level of open unemployment in Banjar Regency in terms of the rate of economic growth in 2017-2022 using the Okun's Law theory approach. This research uses a quantitative method with time series analysis using simple linear regression analysis to obtain Okun's coefficient. The results found that economic growth has no significant negative effect on the unemployment rate. In addition, the insignificant value of Okun's coefficient indicates a negatively unresponsive unemployment rate in Kabupaten Banjar, and there is an insignificant negative relationship between economic growth and the open unemployment rate. Therefore, Okun's law theory is proven not to apply in the economy of Kabupaten Banjar.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of resistance to change in the digitalization of pharmacy services on the intention to use the K24Klik application. The low intention to use the K24Klik application is caused by resistance to change, which is influenced by technological anxiety, security, and dispositional resistance. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to people who had never used the K24Klik application with a total sample size of 189—hypothesis testing using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with path analysis method. The results of this study show that security and dispositional resistance affect resistance to change, and technology anxiety has no effect on resistance to change, causing low intention to use the K24Klik application.

Abstract

This research tests and analyzes the influence of brand image, product quality, and brand ambassador simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions to determine the dominant variables that influence purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative data with primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires using Google Forms. This research used a sample of 200 respondents with the criteria of having purchased. It used Nike shoes, having seen Kevin Durant as a brand ambassador, aged > 17 years, residing in the Jabodetabek area. The collected questionnaires will be measured using the three-box method and tested for suitability using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression test. Based on the analysis results, it is known that the variables brand image, product quality, and brand ambassador simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the results show that brand image is the most dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for the Nike company to strengthen the brand image of its products. A strong brand image can increase the program’s success in attracting or re-engaging new consumers.

Abstract

Kusuma Electronic Shop is a retail business selling various electronic devices, such as speakers, electrical components, lamps, etc. Kusuma electronic shop is here to make it easier for consumers to find electronic needs. The various conveniences offered by Kusuma electronic shop support product display and completeness in purchasing decisions. This study aimed to examine the effect of product display and product completeness partially and simultaneously on buying decisions. This research was a quantitative study with variables of product display, product completeness, and buying decisions. To collect the data, questionnaires were distributed to 80 respondents who were consumers of Kusuma electronic stores, using incidental sampling techniques. The data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that product display positively and significantly affects purchasing decisions. In contrast, product completeness positively and significantly affects buying decisions. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing showed that product display and completeness positively and significantly impact buying decisions. In multiple regression analysis, product completeness results have a more dominant influence on purchasing decisions at the Kusuma electronics store. Kusuma electronics store is expected to improve product arrangement and add product types and brands to diversify the product range. Kusuma must maintain and continue to improve product arrangement and product availability

Abstract

Pangkalpinang City, as the capital of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, has presented several icons of various nuances. However, of all the icons in Pangkalpinang City, the Ketem Remangok monument icon is not much sought after by the public. So, the problem formulation in this research is as follows: 1) How does the facility (X1) partially influence the brand image (Y) at the Ketem Remangok Monument, Pangkalpinang City? 2) How does satisfaction (X2) partially influence Brand Image (Y) at the Ketem Remangok Monument, Pangkalpinang City? and 3) How do facilities (X1) and satisfaction (X2) influence the Brand Image (Y) simultaneously at the Ketem Remangok Monument, Pangkalpinang City? This research is quantitative, and the sampling technique used in this research is accidental sampling. The sample in this study was 83 respondents who were visitors to the Ketem Remangok Monument, Pangkalpinang City. Data analysis techniques use Validity, Reliability, and Hypothesis Testing (t-Test and F-Test). The variable indicators X1 are public facilities, interior design, exterior design, and cleanliness. The indicator variable X2 is memory, privilege, and pleasure. Meanwhile, the indicators for variable Y are beliefs, impressions, decisions, and actions. In the validity test, all items were declared valid, and the research instrument items were also declared reliable in the reliability test. The result is that there is a positive and significant influence between the facility variable and the brand image variable partially. There is also a positive and significant influence between the satisfaction and partial brand image variables. The F test shows that the facility and satisfaction variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the brand image variable. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant favorable influence from the facility and satisfaction variables partially or simultaneously on the development of product identity (Brand Image) at the Ketem Remangok Monument, Pangkalpinang City

Abstract

The emergence of so many social media has had an excellent impact, one of which is on the tourism sector. By making it easy to access information on social media related to all travel activities. This research aims to see how much influence social media promotion (X1) and tourist attractions (X2) have on the decision to visit (Y) at the Sweet Green Orange Garden, Pematang Kuing Village, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all tourists (period October 2022 - September 2023) of the sweet green orange garden, totaling 7750 visitors. The data was obtained from a Likert scale questionnaire and distributed directly in hardcopy paper containing the questionnaire. The sample for this research comprised 99 samples taken using the Slovin formula, and the sample collection technique used was non-probability sampling in the form of accidental sampling. This research data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. This research shows that the social media promotion variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, and the tourist attraction variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit. Meanwhile, the variables of social media promotion and tourist attraction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit the Sweet Green Orange Garden, Pematang Kuing Village, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency, with an R Square value of 0,414 or 41,4%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the probability of success in testing the quality of e-commerce services. The variables in this research consider the quality of e-commerce services and customer satisfaction, which are then grouped again based on dimensions. The dimensions of e-commerce services are product availability, delivery, and information and complaints. A binomial distribution is used to estimate the indicators in that dimension. Indicators in this dimension include product availability, delivery time, price and reliability, product quality and condition, customer complaints and return policies, and information quality. Success and samples were taken with n equal to 14 respondents as one representative of each study program. The population N is modeled using a binomial distribution by conducting n experiments. Each trial has two possible outcomes, namely success or failure. The probabilities of success and failure are expressed jointly by p and 1-p. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this research are p (strongly agree) = 0.191, p (agree) = 0.466, p (somewhat agree) = 0.269, p (disagree) = 0.046 and p (strongly disagree) = 0.027. Strongly agree, agree, and so on, state the respondent's answer to the statement about Shopee's service quality. The probability of success will increase when the sample size is smaller than a considerable probability value based on trials with varying n and x values.

Abstract

The warehouse management system manages every activity in the warehouse, from the receiving process to delivery. One of the problems that occurred in the PT. Warehouse. Fastrata Distribution Indonesia, namely processing data on incoming and outgoing goods, is still manual. This problem can result in a mismatch between the data and the goods in the warehouse. This research aims to find out information about the stock management system at PT. Fastrata Indonesian Distribution. Qualitative descriptive research is the method used. The research results show that PT. Fastrata Distribution Indonesia uses the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system. However, the goods dispensing system still uses manual checks by user checkers. This manual check issuance system is still not practical, so it is recommended that companies use a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Abstract

Currently, selling herbal products has become an alternative for the public due to their low price, known efficacious compositions, and availability in several marketplaces without needing a doctor's prescription. This research aims to explain the digital marketing mechanism for selling herbal products at PT Ebliethos Digital Indonesia. The study was conducted to understand the impact of digital marketing on sales of herbal products at PT Ebliethos Digital Indonesia. The research method used in this case study is descriptive qualitative, describing the discussion based on the problem formulation in research, drawing from scientific studies sourced from company data, books, journals, and other scientific media. The research results indicate that digital marketing is the best alternative for companies; it helps reach a broader target market, ensures safer product sales, and reduces expenses and operational costs. This safety and cost-effectiveness of digital marketing in selling herbal products positively impacts the company, leading to an increase in turnover from year to year
