Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. The sampling technique in this research uses the Cluster Sampling technique by taking samples from 217 employees of the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. The research method used is associative research using primary data obtained from the results of questionnaire answers. This research shows that simultaneously and partially, there is a positive and significant influence of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. The three variables, leadership, work motivation, and work discipline, were able to contribute to explaining changes that occurred in employee performance by 83.3%, providing practical implications for hospital administrators and professionals in the field of human resources

Abstract

This research's background was the declining performance of teachers at the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation from 2019 to 2022. The aims of this research were (1) to see the effect of competence, motivation, and work environment on the teacher's performance of the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation (2) to see the effect of competence on the teacher's performance of the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation (3) to see the effect of motivation on the teacher's performance of the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation (4) to see the effect of the work environment on the teacher's performance of the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation. This research was a causality associative research using a quantitative approach.  The population used in this research were MTs, MA, SMPIT, and SMAIT Raudhatul Ulum teachers who had the status of Foundation Permanent Teachers (GTY) at the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation, totaling 122 people.  The 94 sample was taken using the Slovin formula in the degree of error; the maximum error rate was 5% (0.05). The analytical model used was multiple linear regression analysis with a confidence level of 95% and a significance level of 5% (0.05).  The results of this research indicate that (1) simultaneously, there was an effect of competence, motivation, and work environment on the teacher's performance of the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation, (2) there was an effect of work competence on the teacher's performance of Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation (3) partially there was not the effect of motivation on the teachers' performance of the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation (4) partially there was not the effect of the work environment on the teachers performance of the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of building quality, facilities, and housing location in determining the level of occupant satisfaction. Using quantitative methods with SEM-Smart PLS analysis techniques, this study analyzes primary and secondary data collected from residents of several housing complexes. The analysis results indicate that housing location significantly affects occupant satisfaction, while building quality and facilities do not show a statistically significant effect. These findings underline the importance of selecting a strategic location in housing development to improve occupant satisfaction. This study suggests that developers pay more attention to the location aspect in housing planning and development to achieve optimal levels of occupant satisfaction. Thus, the results of this study can be a reference for stakeholders in developing policies and strategies to improve housing quality

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial literacy (X1) and financial management (X2) on financial performance. The sample was taken from 60 respondents using purposive and convience samples. The analysis techniques used are data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires to MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in the Pontianak City area. The research results show that variable financial literacy (X1) and financial management (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance (Y) of MSMEs in the Pontianak City area.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work experience, work welfare, and workload, individually and collectively, on employees' work productivity in the PT Unit Maintenance Department. Satria Bahana Sarana. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity tests, reliability tests, and normality tests. The descriptive and inferential analysis used statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination. Mohamad Rabain Regional Hospital employees. The research method used in this study is quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality testing is done using validity tests, reliability tests, and normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity tests, reliability tests and normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial simultaneous tests and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that leadership, education, work planning, and supervision have a significant influence, individually and collectively, on the work performance of employees of the Empat Lawang Regency DPRD Secretariat

Abstract

This study aims to map asset and liability management (ALMA) strategies in Islamic banking through a bibliometric approach using VOSviewer software and literature review methods. By analyzing 151 publications from 2004 to 2024, this study explores key themes in ALMA such as profitability, liquidity, and risk, and their relationship with indicators such as economic value added (EVA) and return on equity (ROE). The findings show a progression from a siloed approach towards a more comprehensive strategic integration to enhance the competitiveness of Islamic banks. The results also identify research gaps, such as the lack of comparative studies between Islamic and conventional banks, limited studies on new Islamic financial instruments such as sukuk, and the lack of utilization of digital technology in supporting ALMA strategies. This study makes an important contribution to the academic literature and industry practice, with recommendations to focus on the integration of technological innovation and shariahbased product diversification in the management of ALMA. This study uses secondary data that is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to provide deeper insights.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and business innovation using bibliometric methods. The results reveal that research trends in this field continue to grow, with a primary focus on AI applications in operational efficiency, business strategy, and product development. The study also identifies gaps in exploring the specific impact of AI on certain types of innovation and the lack of cross-disciplinary collaboration. These findings emphasize the relevance of this topic for future research, particularly in supporting technology-based business development.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial competence plays an important role in the success of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial competence on the development of women-owned MSMEs in Bandung City. Using a descriptive quantitative method with a purposive sampling approach, this study involved 40 respondents who were women MSME owners in Bandung. The results show that entrepreneurial competence has a significant positive effect on the development of MSMEs, especially in the aspects of organizing and strategic commitment. This study provides important implications for the development of MSMEs through more targeted entrepreneurship training and policy support.
