Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit, Operating Cash Flow (AKO), Investing Cash Flow (AKI), and Financing Cash Flow (AKP) on Stock Prices of the chemical sector listed on the BEI for the 2016-2020 period with a population of 12 companies and 45 samples for 5 years. The data analysis in this study is a statistical analysis by collecting data through the data testing stage, namely: Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity, Auto-correlation Test, Regression Analysis Method, and Hypothesis Testing Test (partial and simultaneous) using the SPSS 25 software. The results of this study show that Net Income and Investing Cash Flow (AKI) have a significant effect on Stock Prices, meanwhile, Operating Cash Flow (AKO), and Financing Cash Flow (AKP) have no significant effect on Stock Prices. Net Profit, Operating Cash Flow (AKO), Investing Cash Flow (AKI) and Financing Cash Flow (AKP) simultaneously have significant effects on Stock Prices. Abstract

This study aims to determine working capital management as measured by Working Capital Turnover, Cash Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover, and Inventory Turnover to assess Return on Investment (ROI) at PT Gudang Garam, Tbk during the 2016–2020 period. This study uses quantitative methods. The results of Working Capital Turnover indicate that the calculation of Working Capital at PT Gudang Garam, Tbk is in "not good" condition. The results of Cash Turnover show that the calculation of cash flow at PT Gudang Garam, Tbk is in "good" condition. The results of Accounts Receivable Turnover indicate that the calculation of receivables at PT Gudang Garam, Tbk is in "good" condition. The results of Inventory Turnover indicate that the inventory at PT Gudang Garam, Tbk is in "not good" condition. The results of the Return on Investment Turnover show that the calculation of Return on Investment at PT Gudang Garam, Tbk is in "not good" condition. Based on the conclusions from the results of the research, the researchers have suggestions for further improving the effectiveness of the company's overall operations. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and product innovation on consumer purchasing decisions on MS GLOW beauty products in the city of Palembang. The method used in this study are coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS22 software program for Windows. The results of the t-test show that there is a partial influence between the variables of product quality and product innovation on purchasing decisions, and the F-test shows a significant effect on the variables of product innovation simultaneously on consumer purchase decisions on MS Glow Beauty products in Palembang. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Production Cost and Sales Cost on the Net Profit of companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The method in this study is the quantitative method. The population in this study includes 26 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Six companies were selected as the research sample. The data in this study is the secondary data obtained from audited annual reports and reported to the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data analysis techniques in this study are classical hypothesis tests, i.e. normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results obtained from this study indicated that Production Costs have no significant influence on the Net Profit, while Sales Costs have a significant effect on the Net Profit, and at the same time, Production Costs and Sales Costs affect profits simultaneously. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of trust to repurchase intention with e-satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses an online survey designed to collect data from the millennial generation who have made at least two purchases at Tokopedia. A total of 113 responses were considered valid, for data analysis using the SEM-PLS approach. Overall, the findings show that there is no direct significant relationship between trust and repurchase intention. In an indirect relationship, trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through e-satisfaction. This finding reveals that trust is an important factor in creating e-satisfaction with online shopping and consequently increases the repurchase intention at Tokopedia. Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of the Chatime-Sasa Co-branding on Chatime's Brand Equity. The method in this study is a quantitative method of the causal type. The authors use a non-probability sampling type that is purposive sampling. The current target sample of the study is 100 respondents. Based on the results of the study, the Co-branding variable has a significant positive influence on Brand Equity. Chatime-Sasa's Co-branding influences Chatime's Brand Equity by 45,4% and another 54,6% is influenced by other variables outside of Co-branding. The benefit of the current research is to provide ideas and input on Chatime-Sasa Co-branding activities toward Chatime Brand Equity which can then be used as a branding strategy in the future. Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance based on the value of the ratio of liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk, in improving financial performance by calculating the liquidity ratio with the current ratio and quick ratio, while the solvency ratio is the indicator of debt to assets and debt to equity ratio, the indicators of activity ratio are total assets turnover and inventory turnover, and indicators of profitability ratios are the return on investment and the return on equity. The secondary data was obtained by indirect data collection techniques that are documentation and literature study in the form of financial reports of PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) uses qualitative data analysis methods. The results of the analysis show that the liquidity ratio with the current ratio and the quick ratio in 2016-2020 does not meet industry standards. The solvency ratio in the debt to asset ratio in 2016-2020 does not meet industry standards. The activity ratio on total asset turnover in 2016-2020 meets industry standards and on inventory turnover in 20160-2020 meets industry standards. Finally, the ratio of profitability to return on investment in 2016-2020 does not meet industry standards. Keywords: Liquidity Ratio; Solvency; Activity; Profitability

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of product variations, taste, and purchasing decisions at Kedai Seblak Prabumulih. This is a survey research with two independent variables of product variation, taste, and the dependent variable of purchasing decision. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents at Kedai Seblak Prabumulih. The obtained data was applied to the classical assumption test consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing consisting of t-test and F-test. The result showed that partially there was a significant effect between the product variation and the taste on purchasing decisions. There is a significant influence between product variations and taste simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Kedai Seblak Prabumulih. Keywords : Product Variation; Taste; Purchase Decision

Abstract

Marketing management is the most important job for tourism destination managers in increasing competitive advantage and maintaining market conditions (supply and demand). Marketing has an important role in increasing the number of tourist visits through the packaging of tourism products that have their uniqueness compared to similar tourism products owned by competitors. This study aims to build tourism destination branding through Positioning, Differentiation, and Branding marketing strategies. Through a case study method with a qualitative approach, this research explores the marketing management of tourist destinations through Positioning, Differentiation, and Branding (PDB) in building a competitive advantage for the Wae Bobok ecotourism destination. This study presents an analysis of the potential of tourist destinations and an analysis of the internal and external environment, which are then combined to determine the Positioning, Differentiation, and Branding of the Wae Bobok ecotourism destination. This study has limited perspectives from consumers or visitors. Therefore, further research is needed to measure the profile, behavior, expectations, and satisfaction of visitors to build a comprehensive destination marketing strategy. Abstract

This study was conducted to find out the role of BSI Mobile Banking services as a means of convenience in transactions in the era of society 5.0. The method in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The object of this research is the people of Pelem village who use BSI Mobile Banking services. This study used primary and secondary data from observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of testing the validity of the data findings in this study uses triangulation. The results of the study stated that the level of knowledge of the Pelem village community regarding BSI Mobile Banking was good. The decision of the Pelem village community to choose the BSI Mobile Banking feature was on the transfer and payment features which were considered very helpful and could be accessed easily. The benefits felt by the community with the presence of BSI Mobile Banking services are very practical and save time. Keywords: BSI Mobile Banking; Easy Transaction; Society 5.0
