Abstract

This study aims to test and determine whether empirically through valid data, intrinsic motivation and pesantren regulations have an effect on the satisfaction of students both partially and simultaneously. The method used by researchers is a survey method with a correlational approach to the santri of Manahijusadat Islamic Boarding School in Lebak, Banten. This type of research is quantitative, therefore the data analysis technique used is statistical analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. As for the means of collecting data through a questionnaire to 100 respondents from class III MTs Manahijussadat Islamic Boarding School, interviews and documentation. The results of the research hypothesis test showed that there was a positive and significant influence of intrinsic motivation on student satisfaction with a percentage of 17.8%. Second, there is a positive and significant effect of Islamic boarding school regulations on the satisfaction of students as indicated by the percentage of influence of 25.5%. Third, there is a joint positive and significant effect of intrinsic motivation and pesantren regulations on student satisfaction by 32.6%

Abstract

Sunni-Syiah merupakan dua golongan yang seakan dihalangi oleh tembok besar yang menjadikannya tidak bisa saling menjangkau. Keduanya sama-sama memiliki hadis yang menjadi pedoman primer setelah al-Qur’an, yang dalam pembahsan ini mengambil tema hadis ilmu. Hadis nabi merupakan sesuatu yang menjadi patokan umat Islam, baik dalam pandangan syiah maupun dalam pandangan sunni. Perbedaanya disini adalah status hadis yang dapat digunakan menurut sunni maupun syiah. Pada makalah ini, penulis akan membahas tentang hadis Ilmu dalam pandangan syiah dan sunni berdasarkan dua kitab hadis masing-masing yakni kitab Ushul al-Kafi dan Shahih Muslim, yang kemudian akan diketahui perbedaan, persamaan atau titik terang dari keduanya dan akan memberikan sedikit solusi untuk mendamaikan dua kelompok besar yang tidak berhenti berseteru ini, karena setiap muslim memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan perlindungan harta dan jiwa. Serta akan diketahui bagaimana implementasinya bagi kehidupan mahasiswa (akademik)

Abstract

The existence of madrasah ibtidaiyah is equivalent to elementary school as part of basic education. The core activity of a school or madrasa is learning. Children enrolled by their parents in the madrasah ibtidaiyah are so that children can easily learn a number of important basic subjects so that children become pious children. In other words, children who learn will become adults, because they master a number of subjects, or the knowledge needed according to the curriculum to live in society, or continue to higher education. For this reason the effectiveness of learning becomes the teacher’s task, because it requires professional teachers who are able to realize successful learning, especially seen from changes in student behavior, both cognitive, affective, and psychomotor.

Abstract

This research produces a social character education concept based on the Koran, and reveals a form of character education theory called social humanism, theomorphic character education theory, which is a theory that describes the existence of education for human social characters that cannot be separated from God's guidance in Al-Qur'an, namely educating human social character such as: 1. التدارج / do gradually which continues to increase continuously, 2. تعارف / know each other; 3. تفاهم / understand each other; 4. تعاون / participate each other; 5. تكافل / support each other; 6. تسامح / tolerance; 7. تام / positive thinking and humans are given the opportunity to follow it with all the consequences in every activity of life. In addition, this study also concludes that the essence of character education in Indonesia, especially in the 2013 education curriculum (kurtilas), is to educate religious character, love for the country, intellectuality, and reveal that it contains social characters. This research is equipped with an implementation model as a medium of delivery to students which is called the "Social Piety" model. This qualitative research also uses the method of interpretation of the Koran - the method of interpretation of Al-Maudhu'i -, both methods are used to observe letters and verses of the Koran which contain social characters, then visualize them in various ways. form figures and tables

Abstract

This paper examines the wakalah contract as the cause of the shift of murabaha  financing from buying and selling transactions to service transactions. Analysis of wakalah legal norms with normative philosophical approaches, normative juridical and empirical juridical. The wakalah contract given by Islamic banks absolutely to customers to make purchases has caused murabaha  financing to shift from buying and selling transactions to service transactions, because the customer has acted for and on behalf of himself in purchasing goods from suppliers, while the money transferred by the bank sharia to customers is considered as borrowed money. A wakalah contract that does not have any effect on transactions on customers in purchasing goods from suppliers, cannot be called wakalah but has the effect of transferring money from Islamic banks to customers as service transactions

Abstract

This research aims to recognize the influence of the transformational school principal style leadership and working’s motivation to the teachers’ of senior Islamic high school state in the South Jakarta which consists of 143 people. Because of the large samples which consist of 105 people, the writer uses Slovin formula in this research and the way of data taken is based on school unit proportionally. The research variable includes the transformational school principal style leadership (X1), Working’s motivation (X2) and the discipline of teachers’ dedication (X3). Then the writer uses questionnaire to get the data. This research hypothesis is (1) there is a direct influence, the transformational school principal style leadership to the discipline of teachers’ dedication, (2) there is a direct influence between working’s motivation and the discipline of teachers’ dedication, (3) there is direct influence between the transformational school principal style leadership and working’s motivation. The each hypothesis 1,2,3 are tested by simple regression and partial correlation. However, the writer uses the analysis for the next. The writer uses the survey as his method with the data analysis inferentially. The research result which is found is the first research result concludes that there is a positive influence between the transformational school principal style leadership (X1) and the discipline of teachers’ dedication (X3), with the coefficient iv correlation is 0.639 , on α = 0.05, and the determination coefficient is 0.408. It shows that 40.8 % of the discipline of teachers’ dedication is strengthened by the transformational school principal style leadership with coefficient channel 0.344 and correlation is 0.639. The result of second hypothesis concludes that there is a positive influence between working motivation (X2) and the discipline of teachers’ dedication (X3) with the coefficient correlation is 0.529 on α = 0.05, the determination coefficient is 0.279. it shows that 27.9 % is strengthened by the working’s motivation with coefficient channel 0.529 and the correlation is 0.529. the result of third hypothesis concludes that there is a positive influence between independent variable of the transformational school principal style leadership (X1) and working’s motivation (X3) with the coefficient correlation is 0.656 the determination coefficient is 0.430. it shows that 43.0 % of the discipline of teachers’ dedication is strengthened by the transformational school principal style leadership and the working teachers’ motivation with coefficient channel is 0.656 and the correlation is 0.185. This research recommends all the school principals to improve the transformational style leadership ability in order to do their policies and to improve the teachers of Islamic senior high school state ’ motivation in the south Jakarta in order to create the good and discipline work

Abstract

The conclusion of this article is that inter-religious education in the Quran is an education that encourages all students to have an intellectual, moral, achievement and noble personality with humanity and togetherness orientation to develop the principles of democracy, equality and justice in social life and compassion for the universe on the basis of faith in God. Students are required to know the background of each religion and not see it from just one perspective, but also through the perspectives of others to avoid excessive fanaticism in religion that can be a trigger for conflict so far. The article also found two things needed in the construction of Inter-Religious Education, namely; firs! to carry out dialogue by placing each religion in an equal position. Second, develop an attitude of tolerance by providiug opportunities for each religion to urderstand each other. The method that authors use in this study is a qualitative method that is supported by research libraries. While the method of interpretation that authors use is the method of interpretation maudu'i, the authors chose this method because this method can be used as an excavator of lnter-Religious Education according to the Qur'an more comprehensively.

Abstract

Neuroscience in developing intellectual intelligence is crucial to known by all teachers. Because, nervous system structure is underlying human action in terms of cognitive, affective, and pshycomotoric. So, teachers easier in developing intelligence by using fun and interesting learning method. This research purpose is to know and to search information related to neuroscience in developing students’ intellectual intelligence at Al-Azhar Islamic Elementary School Bumi Serpong Damai. This research type is descriptive qualitative by using phenomenology method. To reach this purpose researcher has interviewed five teachers as core informant and one principal as supporting informant. Moreover, researcher also observed and study documents. The research result show that neuroscience can be developing students’ intellectual intelligence at Al-Azhar Islamic Elementary School Bumi Serong Damai. This matter indicated by students are more enthusiastic in learning, active in asking, think more divergent, and also higher learning motivation during learning process. So, students be able to learn without coercion, earnestly and learning process occur with pleasure

Abstract

Rasyd al-qiblah ada dua macam yakni rasyd al-qiblah global atau tahunan dan rasyd al-qiblah global atau tahunan dan rasyd al-qiblah lokal atau harian. Di Indonesia bagian Barat (Selatan khattulistiwa) rasyd al-qiblah harian terjadi sepanjang tahun dari 1 januari samapi 31 desember, meskipun ada perbedaan waktunya antara daerah dan antara bulan. Fokus seberapa besar pengaruh posisi matahari dan letak geografis suatu tempat dari kakbah terhadap saat terjadinya rasyd al-qiblah harian di Indonesia? Dengan tujaun untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh posisi  matahari dan letak geografis suatu tempat tehadap rasyd al-qiblah harian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel purpossifAda fenomena lain yang menarik di daerah yang letak geografisnya di sekitar khattulistiwa seperti Bukit Tinggi dan sekitarnya ketika posisi matahari berada di sekitar garis balik selatan saat rasyd al-qiblah lebih awal dibandingkan dengan daerah yang relatif jauh dari khattulistiwa seperti Bayuwangi. Demikian juga dengan daerah yang bujurnya lebih dekat dengan Mekah misalnya Indonesia Bagian Barat (WIB) sepanjang tahun terjadi rasyd al-qiblah lokal, sedangkan daerah yang bujurnya jauh dari Mekah Seperti Indonesian Bagian Tengah dan Bagian Timur; pada saat posisi matahari jauh di sekitar garik balik Utara dan Selatan tidak terjadi rasyd al-qiblah bahkan bisa mencapai kurun waktu satu bulan lebih untuk masing-masing posisi.Posisi matahari dan letak geografis dari kakbah mempengaruhi saat peristiwa rasyd al-qiblah dan pengaruh posisi matahari lebih dominan dibandingkan letak geografis karena letak geografis bersifat tetap sedangkan peristiwa rasyd al-qiblah dilokasi yang sama waktunya berbeda-beda disebabkan posisi matahari yang selalu berubah-ubah sepanjang waktu.

Abstract

This research started from the background of the lack of understanding of the class teacher regarding instilling discipline in children from an early age, namely awareness in discipline including, arriving on time, obeying class rules, tidying up toys after use, queuing and being orderly. The formulation of the problem in this paper is how the class teacher's efforts in improving the discipline of children aged 4-5 years through the method of habituation. The purpose of this study is to describe the discipline of children aged 4-5 years through the method of habituation. This writing is Classroom Action Research, which is carried out through 3 cycles with each cycle of stages being planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. This writing took place in Darunnajah Islamic Kindergarten 1. The data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the writing show: 1) The results showed an increase in discipline with the habituation method in the first cycle which was in the category of developing according to expectations amounting to 56.4%, then in the second cycle it became 83.3% and in the third cycle it reached 93.6%. 2) Children's discipline can be improved by the habituation method by providing examples to students, providing motivation, in instilling discipline carried out continuously and consistently. Besides that, it is also accompanied by clapping and songs, reading Islamic stories, accompanied by giving rewards in the form of praise and star stickers.
