Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab dan kontribusi perusahaan terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat. Faktor-faktor apa saja yang memotivasi perusahaan untuk melakukan pengungkapan CSR, yaitu untuk memperoleh pengakuan atas pengolahan limbah, faktor persaingan, strategi, dan faktor keuangan untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas. Perusahaan melakukan pengungkapan CSR untuk menarik perhatian publik dan pemegang saham. Namun untuk melaksanakan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), perusahaan akan mengeluarkan biaya yang besar, dan itu akan menjadi biaya yang dapat mengurangi pendapatan perusahaan. Perusahaan dengan melakukan CSR, citra perusahaan akan semakin baik, dan loyalitas konsumen akan semakin tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan CSR berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu mixed antara kualitatif dengan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan Teknik analisis data Importance-Performance Analysis untuk mengetahui index kepuasan pelanggan dari pelayanan Pemancingan dan Resto Jowo Deles Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan metode accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada strategi kualitas produk seperti melakukan survei produk-produk tambahan potensial, uji coba produk potensial, penambahan produk potensial, inovasi produk. Sedangkan pada strategi kualitas layanan yaitu kenyamanan tempat menjadi perhatian penting oleh konsumen, kecepatan para pramusaji dalam mengerti kebutuhan konsumen sehingga memudahkan konsumen serta konsumen akan merasa nyaman dengan layanan yang diberikan. Selain itu, konsumen juga menginginkan fasilitas seperti kemudahan dalam bertransaksi seperti penggunaan mesin EDC, layanan digital seperti Gopay, OVO, Dana, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect between variables in predicting the intention to continue using e-satisfaction as an intervening variable. The variables in this study include continuance intention, e-satisfaction, online informative motivation, and online service. Data collection techniques have been carried out by distributing online questionnaires to 100 respondents using the Akulaku application. The analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS 25.0 software. The results show that electronic satisfaction has a positive effect on user intention to continue and as a mediating variable satisfaction also mediates the relationship between online informative motivation and online services on sustainability intentions. This research also adds to the limitations and suggestions for Akulaku and for further research

Abstract

This study has tested the HRIS (human resource information system) variables and the performance of employees at PT. Kabana Textile Industries. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach, processing data using the SPSS application, data collection techniques using questionnaires and research instruments with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique is through validity, reliability and multiple regression analysis with 125 employees as respondents. The results of the validity and reliability test showed that the application of the HRIS variable, job satisfaction and employee performance variables was valid and reliable. There is a significant relationship between the HRIS variable and the employee performance variable with a positive coefficient value of 0.515. The results showed that the HRIS variable was able to support the improvement of employee performance in. Employee performance is considered good with employees who have responsibility for the work given by the leadership.

Abstract

Advances in mobile technology have grown rapidly to support daily activities. This makes banks required to innovate by changing services to digital-based ones. This study aims to determine how lifestyle and perceived ease of use can affect the decision to use Mobile Banking which is mediated by user attitudes. This type of research is quantitative research. The object of research used in this study were students using Mobile Banking in Malang City as many as 85 respondents. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling technique. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis with the help of SPSS software. The variables to be studied are lifestyle (X1), perceived ease of use (X2), user attitudes (Z), and decisions to use Mobile Banking (Y). The results showed that lifestyle partially had a positive effect on user attitudes, partially perceived ease of use had a positive effect on user attitudes, lifestyle partially had a positive effect on decisions to use Mobile Banking, perceived ease of use had no effect on decisions to use Mobile Banking, and the attitude of the user partially has a positive effect on the decision to use Mobile Banking.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to recommend influence structural assurance and perceived reputation to accounting information systems and testing the effect of moderation of trust on structural assurance and perceived reputation towards accounting information systems. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires, the number of samples obtained was 289 respondents with the population of MSMEs in DKI Jakarta. The data processing method in this study uses software smart PLS used for validity testing and reliability testing and hypothesis testing. From the test results the hypothesis proves that there is a significant effect of structural assurance to accounting information systems, there is a significant influence of perceived reputation towards accounting information systems, the absence of a significant influence of trust in accounting information systems, the absence of a significant influence of moderation of trust over structural assurance , and the absence of a significant influence of moderation of trust in perceived reputation .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ada atau tidaknya perbedaan Rasio Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Net Profit Margin, Return On Inverstment serta Return On Equity dan Rasio Aktivitas yang diukur dengan Total Asset Turn Over pada PT.Indocement,Tbk dengan PT.Solusi Bangun Indonesia,Tbk. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparatif. Metode pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan Pusposive Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berupa laporan keuangan dari PT.Indocement,Tbk dengan PT.Solusi Bangun Indonesia,Tbk selama 8 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Analisis data yang digunakan berupa uji – t Dua sampel Independent. Hasil analisis untuk Net Profit Margin yaitu Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan Net Profit Margin antara PT.Indocement,Tbk dengan PT.Solusi Bangun Indonesia,Tbk. Hasil Analisis untuk Return On Investment adalah Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan Return On Investment antara PT.Indocement,Tbk dengan PT.Solusi Bangun Indonesia,Tbk. Hasil Analisis untuk Return On Equity yaitu Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan Return On Equity antara PT.Indocement,Tbk dengan PT.Solusi Bangun Indonesia,Tbk. Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most important parts that can influence company development. Factors that affect employee performance involve the role of motivation and conditions in the environment. In this case, comfort is needed to be given to employees when carrying out the work and the responsibilities they have. The article, each employee has a different performance - different, so there is a motivation that can affect employee performance improvement. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through interviews and observations made to company employees. The results prove that factors such as bonuses, facilities and career levels owned by employees have an influence on employee performance. Bonuses are part of the motivation that companies can provide to influence karaywan performance while career facilities and levels are work environment factors that can help improve employee performance.

Abstract

Regulations that Indonesia has adopted to reduce the incidence of COVID-19 have a positive impact on the Indonesian state. The decline in the incidence of COVID-19 proves that Indonesia has succeeded in starting the stage of the COVID-19 Pandemic leading to the endemic of Covid-19. One result of the Covid-19 pandemic was a change in the pattern of work activities, which was originally in the office turned into long-distance (Work From Home). Workers do not go to the office on duty and adequately coordinate with the internet network. . At the same time, the problem of the coronavirus began to subside with the vaccination program, and some industries began to pull their employees back into the office. This subject raises pros and cons so that it also affects motivation in work. This research uses a qualitative approach which is a descriptive research method, and my personal instrument researchers, inductive data analysis, descriptive in nature, prioritizing the way to results. The results of the study emphasize meaning rather than abstraction; the information obtained leads to qualitative information. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive study. The descriptive study lists a target of research in a detailed or profound way. This research is carried out by gathering information Information combined through the library study approach, books, journals, and other data information.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to place risk preference as a moderating variable on taxpayer revenue and subjective norm on taxpayer awareness. The research population is personal taxpayer. Data were collected by distributing questionnaries via google forms. The result show that tax revenues and risk preferences have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer awareness, while subjective norms have no effecton taxpayer awareness. Tax revenue have effect on taxpayer awareness moderater by risk preference, while subjective norms has no effect on taxpayer awareness moderated by risk preference
