Abstract

Students and female students of the Public Administration Study Program have never had technical skills in the form of public service practicum, so this service aims to make students and female students majoring in administration have public leader skills as servant leadership so that this ability can be utilized when entering the world of work. This method uses role-playing techniques in the form of sociodrama and psychodrama involving 25 students and female students majoring in public administration. The results achieved in this service are that some students like this practicum activity and get some learning from the ethics and procedures for serving and handling clients, customers and the community. Some of the students and female students still do not fully understand to manage the administrative files that have been completed, but on the other hand, the practice of communication and the procedures for delivering are quite good. recommendations for lecturers, especially those in charge of public service management, need to provide technical practicum skills so that students and female students have provisions and skills that support their work after graduating from college.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas sangat dibutuhkan di lingkungan sekolah sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan dan pengajaran. Tujuan sosialisasi ini dilakukan sebagai upaya membantu civitas akademika di lingkungan MAN 2 Bungo Kota Jambi agar lebih mudah dalam melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas. Banyak instruktur yang masih bermasalah dengan PTK, terbukti dari observasi yang dilakukan di MAN 2 Bungo. Salah satu tantangan umum adalah pendidik kurang memiliki latar belakang pengetahuan yang diperlukan untuk mengumpulkan, mengolah, dan menganalisis data statistik yang relevan, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk menyusun PTK, strategi, model, dan pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan. Maka, solusi yang diusulkan oleh tim pelaksana pengabdian masyarakat, yang memerlukan pengarahan kepada para pendidik tentang bagaimana mempersiapkan PTK dengan benar, sangat penting jika masalah tersebut ingin diatasi dan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah ingin ditingkatkan. Sosialisasi ini diikuti sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa para peserta menyatakan minat dan sangat membutuhkan kehadiran pelatihan yang telah diberikan oleh Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat FTK UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi karena melalui pelatihan penelitian tindakan kelas ini para guru mendapat ilmu baru. Dalam hal ini, pelaksana memberikan tugas kepada setiap peserta untuk membuat karya ilmiah berupa tulisan PTK sederhana sesuai dengan kerangka tulisan yang telah disampaikan.

Abstract

Monday, November 21, 2022 an earthquake occurred in the Cianjur area with a magnitude of Mw 5.6 which affected all aspects, one of which was the economic aspect. One of the affected villages is Kp. Seuseupan RT. 05 RW. 01 Desa Wangunjaya Kecamatan Cugenang. The impact of the earthquake, especially in causing damage to kitchen equipment. The damage disrupts the function of family food procurement. This community services aims to support the restoration of kitchen functions. One form of Tridharma that is caried out is Community Service. The target of this PKM is to divide kitchen equipment consisting of 1 bucket, 1 pot or pan & silk, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, sanitary napkins and 1 lunch box for 130 heads of household, and 1 tarpaulin for RT 05 rw 01 Kp Seuseupan Wangunjaya Village district Cugenang. The distribution was carried out by residents and led by the head of the RT. This Community Service encourages the independence of families of victims of the Cianjur disaster in providing family consumption. Cooking utensils can also be used to start small businesses such as selling food and drink thereby increasing family income. The implementation method is by first collecting data and distributing aid directly as well as counseling to mothers who are victims of the disaster. Community Service runs smoothly and the distribution and counseling provided are in accordance with the data held at the time of data collection.

Abstract

The issue of early marriage and stunting is currently a national issue because it is related to the quality of human resources in the future, so there is a need for handling and prevention efforts. The purpose of this community service activity is to prevent early marriage and convergence to prevent stunting in adolescents. Socialization and counseling on the risks of early marriage and convergence for stunting prevention were carried out in Karampi Village, Langgudu District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The community service program process is carried out consisting of 3 stages which include the data collection stage, the socialization and education stage, as well as the reflection and evaluation stage. The community service sample includes 63.46% female participants and 36.53% male participants. Data analysis used a paired sample t test to determine the level of public understanding before (pretest) and after (posttest) socialization and counseling. The results of community service show that the level of understanding after outreach and counseling on the risks of early marriage is around 85.96% and the convergence for stunting prevention is around 89.81%.

Abstract

Penatarsewu is a village in Tanggulangin sub-district, Sidoarjo district. Penatarsewu village is known as the smoke village. The geographical location of Penatarsewu village is densely populated, located quite far from the city center about 12.9 KM. The development of technology and education that is increasingly advanced is expected to help residents to use the facilities as well as possible. For this reason, we UMSIDA KKN-T Group 27 students provide assistance and innovate to help develop the level of understanding of education to the community, especially for minors. The innovation strategy provided is by opening a "Smart House" program whose contents help underage children to learn the science of education both formal and non-formal education. Apart from the learning program, we as students also provide additional facilities at AISIYAH Kindergarten in the form of a "Library Corner". With the library corner, it is hoped that it can foster a new enthusiasm for minors to prefer reading books, both learning books and story books that can provide new knowledge and experiences for children. So that this service is one of the platforms that aims to help educate the younger generation of Penatasewu village in improving the quality and quantity of education for minors through formal education programs in kindergarten and non-formal education in the learning forum "Rumah Pintar".

Abstract

This training aims to increase the understanding of members and management of KWT Sewagati Gamping, Sleman Yogyakarta regarding orderly administration, bookkeeping and simple financial management. Before the community service activities were carried out, KWT Sewagati did not yet have good records of activity administration, finance, bookkeeping and simple financial management. The method of service is training and mentoring. The training activities were held on July 9 2023 by presenting 15 management and members of the KWT Sewagati group. After the training activities, assistance was also provided to KWT Sewagati management in terms of financial and activity records. Evaluation of activities is carried out using pre-test and post-test as well as monitoring activities. After the training and mentoring there was an increase in participants' understanding of the orderly administration of activities to 84%, the level of participants' understanding of orderly financial administration increased to 82%. The increase in participants' understanding of business financial management was 80% and the participants' understanding of simple financial bookkeeping increased to 80%. Overall the activity was successful because it exceeded the target of the Service Team, where the target success rate was at least 70%. Currently KWT Sewagati already has an activity administration and financial administration book, and has implemented it in group activities.

Abstract

Berbagai permasalahan terkait obat dapat dikarenakan masyarakat kurang paham tentang penggunaan dan penanganan obat dengan benar, Masalah penyalahgunaan obat-obatan di masyarakat merupakan faktor yang perlu menjadi perhatian terutama daerah pedesaan dengan fasilitas kesehatan terbatas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan melalui Program Gerakan Keluarga Sadar Obat: DAGUSIBU sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat Desa Komangaan untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan mereka secara mandiri. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi. Diskusi dilakukan dengan metode tanya jawab terkait materi serta konseling berdasarkan masalah setiap anggota terkait penggunaan obat. materi selain disajikan melalui presentasi juga diberikan melalui leaflet terkait carra pengelolaan obat yang baik (DAGUSIBU) Hasil yang diperoleh Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertambahnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai DAGUSIBU berdasarkan pretest yang telah dilakukan dan kegiatan PKM ini berjalan dengan baik, Serta tercapainya target yang diharapkan dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penggunaan obat yang baik dan benar dengan edukasi DAGUSIBU obat

Abstract

Strategi komunikasi yang dapat dilakukan kepada calon konsumen agar produk tersampaikan secara tepat sasaran adalah dengan promosi sehingga banyak pihak tertarik. Desain Interaktif dan Praktis dari aplikasi Canva merupakan salah satunya. Platform desain online ini menawarkan berbagai alat untuk presentasi, resume, poster, brosur, booklet, grafik, infografis, banner, dan lain sebagainya. Canva juga memiliki beberapa kelebihan diantaranya desain yang beragam dan menarik, sehingga Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dapat menentukan dan meningkatkan kreativitas konten promosi yang digunakan. Berdasarkan observasi, Owner sudah membuat branding dan packaging produk namun belum memiliki keterampilan desain yang dapat memberikan informasi produk karena belum memenuhi teori komunikasi penjualan. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan adalah mengadakan pelatihan aplikasi Canva. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk desain grafis sehingga mampu menjembatani pengguna agar mudah dalam mendesain dengan berbagai jenis materi kreatif secara online. Inti kegiatan pelatihan untuk menghasilkan banyak gagasan kemudian menghasilkan desain baru yang menjadi keunikan setiap produk UMKM Indah Akrilik dengan mengembangkan gagasan produk. Akhir kegiatan menghasilkan fluency, flexibility, originality, dan elaboratif yang berinovasi terkait logo, desain kemasan, katalog, sampul media promosi yang lebih menarik dengan kombinasi warna yang tidak terlihat kontras.

Abstract

Technological advances have led to an increase in the need for information and communication flows, as currently developing smartphones. Social media is an application that can connect one individual to another using the internet. The use of the internet has both positive and negative impacts, one of the negative impacts is the ease with which acts of sexual harassment occur. The average victim is a woman. Based on data in Karanganyar Regency for 2021, it is known that there are still cases of sexual harassment of female victims. This service activity was carried out at Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Karanganyar High School for male and female students of class X by providing material about sexual fading on social media. The purpose of this community service activity is to build students' self-awareness about sexual harassment on social media, such as forms of social media sexual harassment, its causes, and how to prevent it.

Abstract

Financial reports as a form of obligation for an organization in the form of accountability, as is the case for local governments. The purpose of this community service activity is a form of contribution from the world of academia to the government in the form of technical guidance as an effort to increase understanding of the preparation of financial reports on the application of Government Accounting Standards (SAP) to the financial reports of the Meranti Islands District Government. The method of implementing this activity is through lectures accompanied by questions and answers, followed by exercises and practices related to the preparation of local government financial reports. The implementation of community service starts from the planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. Participants in this community service activity were attended by all government accounting staff of the Meranti Islands Regency and related officials. The results of this implementation show that the accounting staff of Kep.Meranti Regency have been able to prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards. The implementation of this technical guidance is an important activity for every government, as an effort to increase the ability of accountants to prepare quality financial reports according to standards.
