Abstract

Community service is a real effort to make a positive contribution to society at the local level. This community service activity is focused on Lamabelawa Village, East Flores Regency, and lasts for two months, starting from 26 April 2023 to 29 June 2023. This journal article aims to document and analyze the results of increasing household food security by utilizing sorghum as an alternative food ingredient. . The method used includes the stages of preparation, implementation, and completion. The results of this service show a significant positive impact on the community in Lamabelawa Village, especially the curious hillside farmer group. The results of the activity showed an increase in community knowledge about sorghum cultivation and processing. The solutions offered have a positive impact on improving the welfare and availability of food in Lamabelawa Village. By optimizing sorghum, it is hoped that the community will become more independent in meeting food needs and increase household food security in the region.

Abstract

Introducing depression and introducing depression treatment to adult women or housewives is one of the steps that can be taken as an effort to prevent violence against children. Violence against children can be carried out by people who are supposed to protect them, namely one of them is the mother. The mother here is in the group of adult women. Mothers who abuse their children do so because they experience psychological pressure. Violence against children can be prevented if people around them also know about depression and are able to provide assistance in handling it. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of groups of adult women and/or housewives about depression and its treatment so that there is no violence in children due to depressed mothers. Depression is a mental health problem that often arises and requires early detection for treatment so that it does not cause other problems such as violence against other people, especially children who should be protected. The method used is the implementation of health education interventions through health counseling and training on how to deal with depression in adult women. The result of this service activity is an increase in knowledge about depression to be good 59% and quite good 41% as well as the ability to recognize one's own condition and be able to treat depression and provide help to other women who are experiencing depression. So that in the future there will be no more violence against children by people who are supposed to protect and fellow women help other women.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi berupa pelatihan Microsoft Office seperti Word, Excel dan Power Point untuk mengembangkan softskill mahasiswa dalam persiapan mencari kerja atau untuk menyelesaikan tugas belajar saat mahasiswa melanjutkan studi ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Pelatihan dasar Microsoft Office merupakan platform untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sistem elektronik, sehingga pelatihan yang ditawarkan memungkinkan siswa untuk memperdalam keterampilan komputer mereka. Manfaat dari langkah-langkah yang diambil, seperti B. Peningkatan efisiensi dan produktivita. Melalui pelatihan ini, siswa belajar teknik yang efektif untuk menggunakan Microsoft Office. siswa akan mempelajari cara mengoptimalkan penggunaan alat ini untuk meningkatkan produktivitas seperti membuat format dokumen surat dengan yang tepat, menggunakan rumus dan fungsi di Excel serta membuat presentasi yang menarik dengan PowerPoint.

Abstract

At the moment, Pos Coffee still uses a conventional system for food or drink orders, where servers use pen and paper to jot down customer orders. This service system has become less effective and efficient due to an increasing number of customers. Additionally, the pantry area is not well-organized regarding the management of food ordering queues, making it difficult to process orders efficiently. Furthermore, daily and monthly financial reporting processes are still done conventionally, leading to numerous errors, duplicated data, difficulty in searching and storing the growing volume of data, and frequent delays in providing accountability reports to superiors. Based on these issues, there is a need to develop a digital-based application called Point Of Sale (POS). Point of Sale (POS) is a system that facilitates transactions, including the use of cash register machines connected to cloud computing, ensuring that all store transactions are well recorded. The purpose of this community service at Pos Coffee is to train staff and employees of Kopikuni to effectively and correctly implement the digital-based POS application, especially within the environment of Pos Coffee.

Abstract

Desa merupakan salah satu yang dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat melalui tercapainya kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa.   Pelatihan pemasaran digital melalui paket wisata merupakan inisiatif yang penting untuk memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan destinasi pariwisata dengan menggunakan strategi digital.   Pelatihan ini mencakup topik-topik seperti penggunaan media sosial, pemasaran konten, pengelolaan kampanye iklan digital, dan proses penghitungan harga paket wisata. Program ini peserta diberikan pengetahuan mendalam dan contoh nyata tentang bagaimana pemasaran digital telah berhasil dalam meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga menyediakan sesi praktek di mana peserta dapat langsung mencoba menggunakan alat-alat pemasaran digital seperti media sosial, dan praktik penghitungan paket wisata sesuai dengan kondisi di daya tarik wisata. Dengan peningkatan keterampilan pemasaran digital, pelaku pariwisata di Kota Semarang dapat meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya tarik destinasi mereka, menarik lebih banyak wisatawan, dan menghasilkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Keberhasilan pelatihan ini, terjalin dengan kerjasama kemitraan dengan pemerintah daerah, asosiasi pariwisata, dan pelaku industri pariwisata di Semarang. Kolaborasi ini memperkuat pelatihan dan memastikan adanya dukungan dan sinergi yang lebih besar dalam upaya pemasaran digital destinasi wisata di Kota Semarang.

Abstract

Community service is a real effort to make a positive contribution to society at the local level. In the context of East Flores Regency, Watoone Village is the focus of this community service activity. Service for 8 weeks from 26 April 2023 to 29 June 2023. This journal article documents and analyzes the results of the provision of village facilities through the installation of RT/RW and Dusun nameplates in Watoone Village. The methods used include surveys, observations, and interviews with the community. The results of this dedication show a significant positive impact on Watoone Village, which in turn has an impact on increasing awareness and active community participation in village development. This service is carried out with the aim of improving the quality of life and increasing regional identity for the people in Watoone Village.

Abstract

Compost is organic material (organic waste) that has undergone a weathering process due to interactions between microorganisms (decomposing bacteria) working in it. Processing of livestock manure can be done by using livestock manure as manure. Pal IX Village, Sei Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency, most of the people in this village live as rice and fruit vegetable farmers and there are some residents who raise cattle. The soil in this area is dominated by alluvial (tidal) soil which has chemical properties that are unfavorable for plant cultivation. This PKM aims to transfer the technology for making compost based on cow manure in Pal IX Village, Sei Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency and to increase the ability of farmers to make compost and provide composting training. The implementation method is carried out by counseling presentations and direct manufacture of compost fertilizer. farmers are very enthusiastic and participate from the beginning of the activity to completion of this PKM activity.

Abstract

This service aims to assist Youth Branch XIV Cabang Bethel in carrying out the Science and Technology Work Program which is beneficial for the development of member start-up businesses as well as providing motivation and innovation that can be used as a Business Opportunity for youth in general. Ranting XIV of the Cabang Bethel consists of 50 Branch Members including 15 administrators and 4 Trustees. The existing Science and Technology Work Program at the Branch requires the Branch to make a new breakthrough that is useful for the existing and not yet existing Startup Businesses. On the other side, the average AMGPM Ranting XIV Bethel youth member has a Tiktok account but does not understand the use and benefits of affiliate marketing in this application. Of the 35 participants who attended, 10 of them had pilot businesses in the form of goods and services. However, in its development it has not yet achieved the desired profit, so development for the sake of development is needed. The method used in this activity is in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers and the practice of becoming a Tiktok affiliate. The training begins with the theory and practice of affiliate registration on the Tiktok application and how to publish content for sale. This training tends to invite participants to market products without production costs. Based on the results of the evaluation, the TIM found that: 1) Participants were motivated to take advantage of affiliate marketing on the TikTok application to develop businesses, as well as start new businesses. This can be seen from the number of participants who registered accounts to become Tiktok application affiliators, as many as 23 of the 35 participants who attended, using Smartphones and Laptops assisted by TIM. 2) This training helps realize the Bethel Branch XIV Science and Technology Work Program which is beneficial to its members.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 telah mempercepat transformasi digital pada layanan publik. Pemerintah terus mempertahankan pendekatan digital dalam layanan publik, karena telah terbukti memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat. Hal ini juga dilakukan oleh Universitas Negeri Malang. Pandemi covid-19 telah membawa perubahan layanan keuangan mahasiswa dari layanan manual menjadi layanan digital yang tetap dipertahankan sampai saat ini. Kegiatan ini dalam rangka pengimplementasian transformasi digital dalam layanan keuangan mahasiswa pasca pandemi covid-19. Metode pelaksanaan kagiatan meliputi beberapa tahapan antara lain observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan pendampingan implementasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa Universitas Negeri Malang melakukan transformasi layanan keuangan secara maunal menjadi layanan berbasis digital dalam layanan keuangan mahasiswa, dengan mengembangkan beberapa sistem informasi yaitu aplikasi Qontak, monitoring payment, sistem informasi piutang, siakad admin, dan sipetang. Ditinjau dari 5 (lima) dimensi model SERVQUAL, kualitas layanan digital yang diberikan telah memenuhi kelima dimensi tersebut yaitu reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, dan responsiveness. Abstract

In the world of education there are several components needed so that existing activities can run well. Namely by making scientific work both lecturers and students. Scientific work that is made must of course be in accordance with established rules so that it is recognized by the academic section which can later be used by other people who cite data such as students who will carry out the preparation of a thesis or people who want to adopt a policy or rule in the development of an institution. their company. So to make a scientific paper must pay attention to the rules in writing. For example, making scientific work must use good and correct language so that it can be more easily understood by readers or people who will cite the scientific work. In fact, there are many obstacles in the making of a scientific paper, namely the writing of each paragraph that is not continuous, the wrong way to do citations of other people's work and not being able to make references to the scientific work. The method used is lectures, and direct practice of operating Mendeley applications. The purpose of carrying out this Community Service activity is to help students understand writing references properly according to predetermined rules and be able to make citations correctly using the Mendeley application.
