Abstract

ABSTRAKDi abad 21 ini, banyak model pembelajaran yang dapat menjadi referensi guru untuk meningkatkan kreativitas maupun tanggungjawab siswa. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan adalah problem-based learning dimana siswa dituntut untuk memecahkan masalah, bekerja sama dan bertanggungjawab sampai akhir pelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model problem-based learning untuk meningkatkan keterampilah abad ke-21 siswa di SMPN 1 Kedungpring, Lamongan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan signifikan prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas VIII C pada mata pelajaran PPKn dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran problem-based learning. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan sebanyak 80 %  peserta didik berhasil lulus uji kompetensi.  Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran problem-based learning mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar para peserta didik. ABSTRACTThere are many learning models available in the twenty-first century that teachers can use to increase creativity and student responsibility. Problem-based learning is one of the learning models that can be used in which students are required to solve problems, collaborate, and be responsible until the end of the lesson. This study aimed to determine the efficacy of learning by using a problem-based learning model to improve students' 21st-century skills at SMPN 1 Kedungpring, Lamongan. The descriptive quantitative method was used in the research. This study collected data through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The study finding revealed a significant increase in the learning achievement of class VIII C students in Civics subjects when a problem-based learning model was used. It is demonstrated by the fact that up to 80% of students passed the competency test. This study concluded that learning using problem-based learning models could improve student achievement.

Abstract

Tingkat perkembangan suatu bangsa juga ditentukan oleh unsur-unsur kemajuan dan perkembangan suatu pendidikan Pandemi covid menjadikan dampak yang besar pada sistem pendidikan dimana banyak siswa yang tidak bisa menerima materi pembelajaran dengan baik karena pandemi.banyak siswa yang mengeluh pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh bapak ibu guru cenderung monoton dan membosankan. Selain itu peneliti  juga menapat informasi bahwa banyak guru yang kesulitan untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif pada masa pandemi. Ristiwa ini adalah akibat dari Pandemi Covid 19 Menjadikan Peralihan Pembelajaran dari tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran daring dari rumah, hal ini menjadikan faktor dimana pentingnya teknologi yang berperan aktif dalam memberikan inovasi dan kreatifitas penyampain materi  Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian  yang dilakukan peneliti dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : 1)penggunaan media powtoon sangat membantu meningkatkan efektitas pembelajaran daring pada pembelajaran IPS, powtoon menjadi salah satu media pembelajran yang mampu memberikan kemudahan bagi peserta didik/ siswa dalam lebih memperhatikan materi yang telah dismpaikan karena sangat menarik perhatian siswa dalam memahami materi karena mudah dipahami dan diingat, yang tidak selalu berfokus pada media buku saja. 2) hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru dan siswa SMPN 1 Sambit Ponorogo adalah belum terbiasa beradaptasi dengan pembelajaran daring dengan penerapan system, apalagi kebijakan sekolah yang menggunakan banyak aplikasi maupun media pembelajaran, dan masih banyak sekali siswa yang mengeluh kuota internet, sinyal yang tidak stabil. ABSTRACTThe level of development of a nation is also determined by the elements of progress and development of an education The covid pandemic has had a big impact on the education system where many students cannot receive learning materials properly because of the pandemic. Many students complain that the learning provided by the teachers tends to be monotonous and boring. In addition, researchers also received information that many teachers had difficulty creating effective learning during the pandemic. This incident is the result of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Making the Learning Switch from face-to-face to online learning from home, this is a factor where technology plays an active role in providing innovation and creativity in delivering material. This research was carried out through a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. From the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded as follows: 1) the use of powtoon media is very helpful in increasing the effectiveness of online learning in social studies learning, powtoon is one of the learning media that is able to provide convenience for students / students in paying more attention to the material that has been conveyed because it is very attract students' attention in understanding the material because it is easy to understand and remember, which does not always focus on the media of books only. 2) the obstacles faced by teachers and students of SMPN 1 Sambit Ponorogo are that they are not used to adapting to online learning by implementing the system, especially school policies that use many applications and learning media, and there are still many students who complain about internet quotas, unstable signals.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan sejarah reog, perlengkapan dan busana reog, serta peran reog sebagai media dalam penyebaran agama Islam di Ponorogo. Proses penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik studi literatur yang berasal dari buku dan internet. Reog Ponorogo memiliki nilai moral yang tinggi untuk mendorong sikap hidup cinta tanah air, yang di dalamnya terdapat ajaran yakni, tenang, ketekunan, ketangguhan, siaga, mampu mengantisipasi, perhatian, terampil, trengginas (lincah), dicintai, penyayang, responsif, sasmito (peka), dihormati, penuh wibawa. Setelah reog disempurnakan oleh Batoro Katong, maka pengikut Bethoro Katong semakin banyak. Hal ini membuat Batoro Katong, Kyai Ageng Mirah dan Patih Selo Aji semakin ada cara dalam mengembangkan Islam di Ponorogo kala itu. Makna dari alat musik dan busana pun juga  diterjemahkan oleh Batoro katong, seperti udeng, penadhon, kolor (usus-usus). Selain itu, terdapat pula alat musik lainnya seperti terompet, kenong, kempul, saron, slenthem, gender, gambang, siter, kempul, kenong dan gong. Dalam kesenian Reog di dalamnya mengandung makna nilai moral seperti dakwah kepada manusia atau penguasa atau pejabat agar tidak terlalu terpengaruh oleh istrinya sehingga lalai dengan tanggung jawab. Nilai moral selanjutnya adalah larangan zina karena zina adalah perbuatan keji dan terkutuk. Bagi masyarakat yang menonton kesenian reog, hal ini bisa menjadi tontonan sekaligus tuntunan agar mengambil hikmah dibalik kesenian tersebut. Dapat disimpulkan dalam penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan antara seni reog dengan perkembangan Islam di Ponorogo. ABSTRACT This research aimed to describe the history of reog, reog equipment, clothing, and the role of reog as a medium in spreading Islam in Ponorogo. The research uses techniques derived from books and the internet for literature study. Reog Ponorogo has high moral values to encourage a love of the homeland, which include teachings such as calm, perseverance, toughness, alertness, ability to anticipate, caring, skilled, trengginas (agile), loved, compassionate, responsive, sasmito (sensitive), respected, and full of authority. Batoro Katong's fan base increased exponentially after he perfected reog. It made Batoro Katong, Kyai Ageng Mirah, and Patih Selo Aji increasingly find ways to develop Islam in Ponorogo. The meaning of musical instruments and clothing was translated by Batoro Katong, such as udeng, penadhon, and kolor (intestines). In addition, there are also other musical instruments such as trumpet, kenong, kempul, saron, slenthem, gender, xylophone, siter, kempul, kenong, and gong. The art of reog contains the meaning of moral values, such as preaching to humans, rulers, or officials so that they are not too influenced by their wives and are negligent with responsibilities. The prohibition of adultery is the next moral value because adultery is a vile and cursed act. For those who observe the art of reog, this can be both a spectacle and a guide to the wisdom behind the art. This study concludes that there is a connection between reog art and the development of Islam in Ponorogo.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang penanaman nilai-nilai demokrasi melalui pembelajaran IPS sub pokok pluralitas di kelas VIII SMP Islam Terpadu Nuurusshidiiq Kota Cirebon. Selain itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai demokrasi, cara penanaman nilai-nilai demokrasi, faktor pendorong dan penghambat nilai-nilai demokrasi, serta mengintegrasikan strategi nilai-nilai demokrasi dalam sistem pendidikan, terutama pada aspek pembelajaran di kelas VIII SMP Islam Terpadu Nuurusshidiiq Kota Cirebon. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan metode study kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai demokrasi telah ditanamkan dengan baik dalam pembelajaran IPS. Nilai-nilai demokrasi yang dikembangkan dengan baik diantaranya nilai toleransi, nilai kebebasan berkelompok, nilai kebebasan berpendapat, kerjasama dengan sesama, percaya diri. Cara penanaman nilai-nilai demokrasi dengan menggunakan metode diskusi, tanya jawab, ceramah, di luar kelas dan demonstrasi. Faktor pendorong penanaman nilai-nilai demokrasi melalui pembelajaran IPS adalah pendidik, sarana prasarana, dan budaya di sekolah. Faktor penghambat dalam penanaman nilai-nilai demokrasi melalui pembelajaran IPS adalah alokasi waktu dan kurangnya motivasi dalam diri siswa.  ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the cultivation of democratic values through social studies learning, the sub-subject of plurality in class VIII of SMP Islam Terpadu Nuurusshidiiq, Cirebon City. In addition, this study aims to determine democratic values, how to instill democratic values, driving and inhibiting factors for democratic values, and integrate the strategy of democratic values in the education system, especially in the aspects of learning in class VIII of SMP Islam Terpadu Nuurusshidiiq Cirebon City. This study's data collection uses a qualitative and case study approach. This study used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that democratic values had been well instilled in social studies learning. Well-developed democratic values include the value of tolerance, the value of freedom of the group, the value of freedom of opinion, cooperation with others, and self-confidence. How to instill democratic values by using the methods of discussion, question and answer, lectures, outside the classroom, and demonstrations. The driving factors for cultivating democratic values through social studies learning are educators, infrastructure, and school culture. The inhibiting factor in cultivating democratic values through social studies learning is the allocation of time and the lack of motivation in students.

Abstract

Media digital terus berkembang diberbagai aspek kehidupan khususnya pada pendidikan. Guru dituntut untuk memberikan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan saat ini untuk membuat siswa dapat beradaptasi dengan media digital yang berkembang. Pengembangan suatu media pembelajaran sangat berguna agar  siswa dapat lebih memahami pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui kelayakan media komik digital dalam pembelajaran PKN siswa kelas VI, (2) mendeskripsikan hasil penggunaan media komik digital pada pembelajaran PKN, 3) menguji besarnya peningkatan pemahaman siswa kelas VI pada penggunaan komik digital. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yaitu Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate.  Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SDN Cimalaka III. Instrumen yang digunakan menggunakan angket validasi dan soal pretest-posttest. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan, 1) kelayakan komik digital diperoleh dari persentase hasil validasi oleh ahli media sebesar 83,3% dan ahli materi sebesar 90% , 2) Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata antara pretest dan post test, dimana hasil post test sebesar 84,23 lebih baik daripada hasil pretest sebesar 74,43 , 3) Peningkatan pemahaman yang terjadi setelah pembelajaran PKN dengan menggunakan Komik Digital adalah sebesar 38,47%

Abstract

Earthquake disasters occur suddenly without being able to be predicted by humans. By knowing that earthquakes cannot yet be scientifically predicted, efforts should be made to reduce the risk of the consequences of the earthquake. The cause of the large number of victims of earthquake disasters due to lack of knowledge and earthquake disaster preparedness. Therefore, it is important to socialize and simulate earthquake mitigation early to minimize the risk of becoming a victim through disaster education in schools. Education is an effective vehicle for building student behavior in the face of disasters. Knowledge possessed by students can influence the attitude of earthquake disaster preparedness. This research is a practical research with limitation of the problem through the provision of material and training in earthquake disaster mitigation simulation. The results showed that: 1) The material presented was interesting, there was very significant knowledge about the types of disasters, disaster symbols, and preparedness procedures before, when they occurred, and after the earthquake disaster; 2) Adding knowledge and skills in self-rescue in the event of an earthquake; 3) Practicing reflexes in taking steps to save themselves when an earthquake suddenly occurs, 4) Increasing earthquake preparedness for elementary school students and teachers.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the modernization of fishing gear and its influence on the Prigi Bay fishermen in Trenggalek Regency in 1982-2006. In the 1982-2006 temporal, Prigi Bay fishermen underwent several developments in fishing gear changes. Those who first used traditional fishing gear and then used more modern fishing gear. There are also fishermen who continue to use traditional fishing gear because of capital constraints.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of sustainable behavior towards Environmental students of SMA Negeri 3 Ponorogo as a national adiwiyata as a form of EfSD. This research was designed as a quantitative descriptive study. The study was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Ponorogo. The subjects were students are in SMA N 3 Ponorogo. The data collection technique that researchers used in this study was a questionnaire. The instrument in this study was the NEP questionnaire. Data analysis in this study was carried out using qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the questionnaire are known that students' readiness of sustainable behavior on each indicator has shown good results. The limits to growth component shows the results of an understanding of the limitations of the earth in providing natural resources that students have mastered. The anti-anthropocentrism component shows that no student has a high ego towards the environment. The balance of nature component shows students have no potential to damage nature in the future. In the anti-exemptionalism component students can already be responsible for the environment. The eco-crisis component shows that students can already understand about the environmental damage mostly caused by humans.

Abstract

Ijen caldera complex is a volcano that has a 7 km diameter elliptical caldera which only leaving a northern caldera wall curving towards the southward. Ijen crater as a youngest volcano and still active today stratigraphically composed of lava flow, pyroclastic flow sediments, and pyroclastic fallout. Threats that arise if an eruption occur is pyroclastic flow, pyroclastic fallout, lava flow, lahar flow, and water of ijen crater. The existance of vulcanic activity of Ijen crater impact positively to the society which live around the Ijen mountain region. Their economy rest on sulphur mining and the soil fertility which is used to potato, cabbage and coffee crop cultivation. If this happen it could be a serious threat for the environment, include the population settled around volcano and along the river upstream in the lake of this crater and is a catastrophe. The disaster can be huge because water volume of large enough crater lake and very acidic, besides the result of explotion such as hot clouds, phreatic eruption in the form of lava eruption is also possible to happen.

Abstract

The research was done at SMAN 1 Cepiring in 2020. The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the level of student learning activities in the cooperative model of geography learning in SMAN 1 Cepiring in 2020, 2) To find out how much influence the learning activities of students in the cooperative model on geography learning outcomes at SMAN 1 Cepiring in 2020. Population in this study were all students of class X SMAN 1 Cepiring consisting of six classes in the academic year 2019/2020. The sampling technique uses a random sample by using a lottery (random sampling) because the class is considered homogeneous and the selected class X-1 and X-2. The variables measured were student learning activities in cooperative learning models and geography learning outcomes. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis of percentages and multiple regression analysis. The results obtained by the description that the activities of students in the cooperative learning model in the high category. Whereas for testing the hypothesis through multiple regression analysis the results obtained are that there is a significant influence between student learning activities in the cooperative learning model of learning outcomes in geography, in this case the effect is in the high category.
