Employee turnover in Indonesia has a fairly high rate and some of this is due to technology. On the other hand, 66% of companies are switching to digital transformation. This causes the employee turnover rate to increase. Most companies will experience an increase in employee turnover if there is technostress in their workforce. This research aims to examine the moderating effect of technostress on the relationship between technology mastery and employee turnover. The research model was built based on the employee perspective. Primary data was collected through questionnaires given to 151 workers or employees in Semarang City. Hypothesis testing is carried out using linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The research results show that there is a negative relationship between technology mastery and employee turnover, as well as the moderating role of technostress which influences the influence of technology mastery on employee turnover. This research helps company owners and human resource management to reduce employee turnover rates and can be used as a consideration for company evaluation to reduce technostress. To the best of the researchers' knowledge, this study has never been explored before. This research shows how these three variables act synergistically in a model.

The discovery of plastic as a material that is useful for human life, providing comfort and convenience has now turned into a threat to society and suffering because plastic has also become a habitat with the human ecosystem. Plastic is made by humans, but plastic can live far longer than humans which gives them the privilege of living. Because this material cannot be destroyed by itself, it is very important to find possible ways to destroy, or even reuse, plastic bottle waste. Steps that can be taken are recycling by turning plastic bottle waste into raw materials that are useful for other sectors of the economy. This paper shows the fact that it is important to recycling plastic waste, especially plastic bottles, and the party that is motivated to recycle plastic bottles into bottles that can be reused, namely PT. Calista Prima Piranti Indah is located in Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia.

Research regarding the implementation of Indonesia Health Insurance patient services in hospitals has been conducted in previous studies. However case study research regarding challenges, opportunities and strategies for implementing Health Insurance services in class C hospitals has been overlooked. This research aims to determine the challenges, opportunities and strategies carried out by Hospital X, a class C hospital, in serving Health Insurance patients so that it succeeds in optimizing its financial performance. Payment using the package system rates imposed by BPJS is both challenge and opportunity for hospitals that serve Health Insurance patients because this system is different from the fee for services payment system that is usually applied in hospitals. This research used a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with 8 participants at Hospital X. The data was analysed using the theory of institutional logics and institutional work. This research found the role of actors in the process of institutionalizing the Health Insurance system at hospital X as a reference for others hospital actors in assuring quality and cost control policies that can improve hospital financial performance.

Fair value is part of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) which attract attention of researchers due to its controversial issues. Studies investigating factors influencing opportunistic behaviour through fair value figures in developing countries are limited. This study aims to investigate the effect of company fundamental factors on fair value. This research applies multiple regression of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The fundamental factors, as independent variables are return on equity (ROE), ratio of operating expense on operating income (OEOI), capital adequacy ratio (CAR) and the proportion of female directors. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is fair value through modelling calculation i.e. fair value level 3 inputs. This study found that only OEOI significant influence fair value level 3 inputs. Meanwhile, ROE, CAR, and the proportion of females in the board of directors does not significant influence on fair value level 3 inputs. The study implications Indonesian banking industries should prioritize fair value disclosure, especially at level 3, as it provides crucial information about a company's performance and condition, potentially enabling investors to evaluate its performance.

This research aims to find out how can the closed loop is implemented at the Natural Color Batik Siputri and what are the benefits possibly obtained. The research is a qualitative. Interviews were conducted with the owner of Siputri Natural Color Batik and was followed with a direct observation at the production site. The research focused on the coloring process. The batik dyeing process produces liquid and wastes which are processed for watering plants. The research results show that SMEs can implement the closed-loop concept. In Natural Color Batik SME, the closed loop can provide benefits for SMEs by guaranteeing the availability of dye raw materials in the expected quality and quantity. Implementing a closed loop can minimize production costs. The implementation of closed-loop on Siputri Natural Color Batik cannot yet be done comprehensively. Three of the five plants used for dying the batik were not cultivated by the firm. This is due to difficulties in finding seeds and the size of the plants which are quite large. Siputri Natural Color Batik is an example of an SME that can implement a closed loop.

This study aims to determine the effect of green human resource management (GHRM) on environmental performance mediated by employee environmental knowledge. This study uses a quantitative approach with three independent variables: green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance management and appraisal, and the dependent variable, environmental performance, with the mediating variable of employee environmental knowledge. Data were collected using a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability before being distributed and analyzed using the SmartPLS3 application. The sample comprised all Gembira Loka Zoo (GL Zoo) employees, totaling 100 respondents. The technique used in non-probability sampling is purposive sampling. The results showed that green training and development directly affect environmental performance, and employee environmental knowledge fully mediates the effect of green performance management and appraisal on environmental performance.
