Abstract

Informasi sudah menjadi suatu kebutuhan utama bagi warga negara, namun fenomenanya ialah tidak semua informasi yang beredar di masyarakat ialah fakta, bisa jadi baru opini, atau bahkan suatu informasi yang tidak benar. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung memberikan dampak positif dan negatif di masyarakat. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses pendidikan karakter berbasis Pancasila di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan dan termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter berbasis Pancasila di era digital di HMP Demokratia PPKn FKIP UNS, Surakarta dilakukan dengan kegiatan peningkatan literasi mahasiswa melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti seminar, FGD, dan kelas kebangsaan. Adapun proses mereduksi informasi hoax dilakukan dengan cara cross check information, dan pendidikan karakter yang dilakukan melalui diskusi publik dengan dewan dosen. Literasi warga negara dalam hal berkewarganegaraan umumnya di dunia nyata, khususnya di dunia maya, sangat perlu diperhatikan. Salah satu cara membangun literasi kewarganegaraan tersebut melakukan reaktualisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila baik dalam kehidupan nyata maupun kehidupan maya yang pada saat ini sudah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan warganegara. Kemampuan literasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan diperlukan masyarakat dalam rangka menghadapi kemajuan era digital saat ini. Dengan literasi saja tidak cukup, untuk itu negara perlu memperkuat dengan nilai-nilai yang sudah dibangun sejak lama yaitu nilai-nilai Pancasila. Negara perlu memastikan bahwa nilai-nilai tersebut dipraktikkan untuk mencegah hal-hal yang dapat merugikan masyarakat pada umumnya.Kata kunci:  Reduksi, Informasi Hoax, Pendidikan Karakter Pancasila.

Abstract

The aims of this research were: (1) to identify the strategies of Segaran Village Goverment to fulfill the children’s right in order to be children proper village, (2) the reveal the obstacles of Segaran Village Government to fulfill the children’s right in order to be children proper village, (3) to find out the solutions to handle the obstacles of fulfilling the children’s rights in order to be children proper village by Segaran Village Government. This research applied a descriptive qualitative research. The sources of the data were informants, events, and documents. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling technique. The data were obtained through interview, observation, and document analysis.  The researcher triangulated the data obtained and the method used in order to have the valid data. On the other hand, the data were analyzed using interactive model, i.e.: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data display, and (4) drawing conclusion. Meanwhile, the research was done through some procedures, namely: (1) pre-research, (2) data collection, (3) data analysis, and (4) research report writing.According to the results of the research, it can be summed up that: (1) the strategies of Segaran Village Goverment to fulfill the children’s right in order to be children proper village are by activating BKB cadres, cooperating with some village institutions, upgrading the village infrastructure, enhancing society awarness, applying sekolah sungai programs, applying jemput bola strategy, giving the birth certificate, and allocating the fund estimation of children proper village, (2) the obstacles of the government were the lack of the society awarness about the significance of children proper programs, the lack of the society participation, and the obstruction of the fund estimation, thus, the  implementation of some programs were not done well. In addtition, some obstacles come from the dense of the society bussiness, the lack of communnication of the society and the government, and the inferiority of the society to respond the programs. The last conclusion deals with the soulution of the problems. The solution applied by the government was continous approaching to the society and arranging the priority according to its importance level. Additionally, the society keep increasing their participation to be actively involved and be open minded, critical, and smart to implement the programs of the governments.  Keywords: strategies,Segaran Village government, children right, children proper village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Relevansi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match yang digunakan guru pada kompetensi dasar menelaah Pancasila sebagai dasar negara dan Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup bangsa; 2) Kendala yang ditemukan guru dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match yang digunakan guru pada kompetensi dasar menelaah Pancasila sebagai dasar negara dan Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup bangsa.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengujian validitas data menggunakan triangulasi data dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif.Simpulan hasil penelitian: 1) Model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru pada kompetensi dasar menelaah Pancasila sebagai dasar negara dan Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup bangsa adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match, model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru “relevan marginal” apabila digunakan pada kompetensi dasar menelaah Pancasila sebagai dasar negara dan Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup bangsa dikarenakan hanya memenuhi dua persyaratan untuk dapat dikatakan relevan , 2) Kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match pada kompetensi dasar menelaah Pancasila sebagai dasar negara dan Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup bangsa menurut guru yaitu memerlukan banyak waktu pada pembentukan kelompok dan pelaksanaannya serta sulit membuat siswa berkonsentrasi karena ketakutan siswa jika terkena hukuman, sedangkan kendalanya menurut siswa yaitu takut apabila terkena hukuman ketika salah menjawab. Kata Kunci: Relevansi, pembelajaran, kooperatif tipe make a match.

Abstract

The objectives of research were (1) to find out the forms of modelling in Personality Competency of Civic Education teacher in SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban, and (2) to find out the implication of Civic Education teacher’s modelling to creating the students’ discipline character in SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban. This research employed a qualitative research approach, with descriptive qualitative research type. Data source derived from informant, place, event, and document. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling one. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, and document analysis. Data validation was carried out using data and method triangulations. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model of analysis.  Considering the result of research, the following conclusions could be drawn. (1) The forms of role model in personality competency of Civic Education teacher were as follows: The personality of a disciplined teacher, democratic, patient, tolerant, broad-insight teacher personalities. (2) The implication of Civic Education teachers to the creation of students’ discipline character was as follows: the students could receive and imitate one of Civic Education teachers’  modelling, indicated with their coming early to classroom when the lesson began, students completing school attribute and uniform, students attending the lesson in the classroom and no truancy, students always attending flag ceremony, and maintaining the cleanliness at school. However, role model is the most decisive factor in creating the students’ discipline; it could be seen from the students showing the discipline character only in the classroom Civic Education teachers class VII while the other teacher’s class had not shown the discipline character yet.    Keywords: Personality Competency, Civic Education, Modelling, Discipline                                      Chara

Abstract

This research has aims to know: 1) employee’s, entrepreneur’s, and government’s perception about proper payment, 2) Government’s role, labor offices and industrial, strives for proper payment, 3) problem and government’s problem solve to strive proper payment.This research used qualitative research method with purposive sampling technique. Data collecting technique which is used are observation, interview and documentation. Trustworthiness of the Data which is used is source of the data triangulation and triangulation method. The data analysis of the research used interactive analysis method.The results of the research show that: 1) there are some of differences perception between employee, entrepreneur, and government on proper payment. Employees have a hunch that proper payment is payment which appropriate with their requirement. According to entrepreneur’s point of view, proper payment is payment which is agreed by both of employees and entrepreneur. Whereas, according to government’s proper payment is payment which appropriate with requirement based on KHL calculation. 2) Surakarta Labor Offices and industrial’s role about minimum payment are; a) payment minimum calculation, b) suggesting to Regent or Mayor, c) doing monitoring, d) giving punishment. Whereas in the principal structure and payment scale; a) giving training and socialization, b) doing monitoring, c) giving punishment. 3) problems ; a) entrepreneur’s less understanding  about structure and payment scale, b)there is entrepreneur which is burdened and do not arrange the structure and payment scale. Problem solutions; a) giving socialization and training to entrepreneur, b) giving administration punishment to the entrepreneur which do not arrange the structure and payment scale.  Keywords: authority, payment, employees, labor offices and industrial.

Abstract

Tulisan ini beranjak dari pencermatan destruksi lingkungan yang berbentuk kekeringan, banjir, penurunan muka air tanah yang terus mengalami peningkatan, kualitas penurunan air tanah,  kebutuhan air yang meningkat, kebakaran hutan yang terus berlangsung. Air merupakan salah satu sumber daya alam yang sangat dibutuhkan seluruh makluk hidup. Krisis air memaksa manusia untuk meredefinisi ulang implementasi konsep keadilan antar generasi dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya alam. Krisis air memaksa munculnya sebuah gerakan masyarakat secara ” pentahelijk” untuk menemukan alternatif sumber air bagi kebutuhan hidup. Gerakan itu disebut dengan Gerakan Memanen  Hujan yang sudah eksis dan berkembang diberbagai daerah di Indonesia. Tujuan tulisan : Membangun sense of belonging masyarakat melalui pemanenan air hujan  dalam telaah ecologi citizenship. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan  adalah penelusuran data kepustakaan , yang didukung dengan dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Sumber data adalah Pendiri dan pengurus Komunitas Pemanenan Air Hujan ”Banyu Bening” di Sleman. Pembahasan : Gerakan memanen air hujan  merupakan  kegiatan untuk menampung  air hujan, memanfaatakan secara maksimal,meresapkan kedalam tanah dan mengalirkannya kembali. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu alternatif dalam mitigasi lingkungan, dalam telaah  Ecological Citizenship diistilahkan dengan “memikirkan kewarganegaraan dengan cara-cara agak baru” yang dikaitkan dengan hak dan kewajiban warga negara dalam mencapai lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat. Kata kunci:  rekonstruksi, air hujan, ecologi.

Abstract

This study is titled the method of planting social value in santri at the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School RW 02, Sidorejo sub-district, Salatiga city in 2018. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with 45 research subjects as kyai and santri. Data was collected by observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that the method of planting social values used was the Sorogan and Bandongan methods. The embedded social values include discipline, empathy, respect, caring, and tolerance. The implementation of the social values of santri in community activities is to become a TPA worker, a large study committee and mutual cooperation. Keywords:  social values, santri, islamic boarding schools, community activities

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) Describe the learning models used by the teachers on Citizenship Education subject. 2) Explain the relevance of the learning models used with the basic competencies in Citizenship Education subject. According to the results of the study, there are two conclusions. The first one is the teachers use a few learning models in Citizenship Education. The first model is the class based-passive cognitive pedagogies model. The teacher has planned the subject as stated in the lesson plan (RPP). This model emphasizes traditional learning about how the teacher provides initial definitions, principles, and concepts of learning materials and provides examples of problem-solving exercises in the form of lectures, demonstrations, question and answer, and assignments. The second model is the application of the model used by the teacher, namely lectures. The second conclusion is, the learning model used by the teachers in Wikarya Vocational School is not yet relevant to the basic competencies in the school. This can be seen from a number of facts, namely: a) the plan for implementing learning that has been prepared by the teacher does not fully reflect the circumstances during the learning process. b) The teachers do not apply everything contained in the lesson plan and the teachers still use the traditional learning models which is the lecture model. c) On average more than 70% of students have low minimum completeness criteria. d) Attitudes and behaviors of the students in the school show the lack of achievement of basic competencies to be achieved. In addition to the facts mentioned above, the unsuccessful learning model applied by the teachers at Karanganyar Wikarya Vocational School in maintaining a conducive atmosphere during the learning process makes the students feel bored and not concerned with the importance of the lesson. Then, it results in failure to achieve the expected basic competencies. Keywords : learning model, teacher, basic competence

Abstract

Secara tegas, di antara tujuan awal penyelenggaraan pendidikan nasional selain membentuk peserta didik menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa adalah membentuk manusia berakhlak mulia. Dalam konteks demikian, pendidikan kebangsaan yang dititipkan melalui pembelajaran PPKn dapat diselenggarakan dengan bersandar pada nilai-nilai budi/akhlak/ kebajikan utama warga negara. Hal itu sebagai ikhtiar untuk menjaga dan merawat rajutan kebangsaan Indonesia yang bersatu di atas dasar falsafah Pancasila dan dasar konstitusional UUD 1945. Menjadikan adab sebagai basis penguatan wawasan kebangsaan memerlukan komitmen dari seluruh komunitas akademik PPKn. Diperlukan kajian-kajian akademis pedagogis untuk praxis penyelenggaraan pendidikan kebangsaan yang berkemajuan agar misi pendidikan kebangsaan melalui PPKn menjadi bidang kajian yang kuat dan berkontribusi besar bagi penguatan akhlak utama warga negara demi terwujudnya cita-cita dan tujuan Indonesia berkemajuan. Kata kunci: pendidikan kebangsaan, PPKn, Indonesia berkemajuan, adab, akhlak, ta’dib, tarbiyah, ta’lim

Abstract

The results of research are as follows: (1) the implementation of the reinforcement of nationalism attitudes through Civic Education learning on Secondary School at Singapore Piaget Academy of Solo Raya has run well through the phases of planning, implementation, and assesment as indicated in the learning process that the indicators of nationalism attitudes are always implanted to the learners’ minds, which includes: (a) Indonesian language, (b) knowledge of nationality, (c) domestic product consumption, (d) professionalism, (e) upholding unity and integrity, (g) giving priority to the public interest, (h) building of sense of brotherhood, and (i) participation; and (2) the constraints include substantial and technical ones. The former consist of the students’ low interest and the teacher’s low pedagogical competency.
