Abstract

PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk has recently faced challenges with declining stock prices. The company's performance, as gauged by financial ratios such as CR, DER, and NPM, significantly influences stock prices, as investors tend to favor companies with strong financial ratios. This study, which aims to determine the impact of corporate responsibility, dividend payout ratio, and net profit margin on the share price of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk from 2010 to 2023, employs a robust quantitative approach and descriptive verification techniques. The research uses secondary data from annual financial reports and a selective sampling strategy. The analysis includes the evaluation of the coefficient of determination, regression analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, and descriptive statistics, both individually and collectively. The findings suggest that the subsequent variables have a statistically significant influence on stock prices: There was no statistically significant effect for Corporate Responsibility; there was a large effect for Debt to Equity Ratio; there was a significant effect for Net Profit Margin; and there was a statistically significant effect for the sum of the effects of CR, DER, and NPM.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Assets (ROA) on stock prices of consumer goods sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2023. The approach used is quantitative with verification and descriptive methodology. Secondary data is taken from financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and related company websites. The purposive sampling technique produced a sample of 10 companies out of 36 companies. Data was collected through documentation and literature review, then analyzed using descriptive and verification analysis. The results of the t-test show that CR has a significant effect on stock prices. DER significantly affects stock prices, and ROA has no significant impact on stock prices. The F test confirms the significant regression model. These findings indicate that stock prices are more influenced by the company's capital structure (DER) and liquidity (CR) than asset utilization efficiency (ROA). These results provide valuable insights for investors and company managers about the financial factors that must be considered in stock pricing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the current ratio (CR), debt-to-asset ratio (DAR), and total asset turnover (TATO) on the return on assets (ROA) of PT IndoFarma (INAF) Tbk for the period 2014-2023. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods. Secondary data from the company's annual financial statements accessed through the company's official website were analyzed using purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results showed that partial hypothesis testing (t-test) showed that CR has a significant effect and DAR hurts ROA, while TATO has no significant impact on ROA. The simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test) shows that CR, DAR, and TATO together have a substantial effect on the ROA of PT IndoFarma (INAF) Tbk during the 2014-2023 period. These results provide insight into the financial and management performance of PT Indo Farma (INAF) Tbk, which can inform decision-making and strategic planning for companies and similar companies in the industry, empowering them with actionable insights.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of social entrepreneurship in Ruang Tilas' used goods pick-up and management service using qualitative and descriptive methods, with data from interviews and academic sources. SWOT and TOWS analysis show that Ruang Tilas has strengths in business innovation, brand awareness, strong partnerships, and opportunities from increasing environmental awareness and government support, but faces challenges of limited resources, technology, competition, and regulatory changes. The right strategy allows Ruang Tilas to leverage strengths and opportunities to overcome weaknesses and threats, such as expanding services, running educational campaigns, obtaining government funding support, seeking strategic partnerships, and investing in technology. The Business Model Canvas shows Ruang Tilas' focus on environmentally friendly services with revenue from picking up and selling recycled goods, supported by fleets, staff, and strategic partnerships so that it can provide a sustainable positive impact on the environment and society.

Abstract

The author conducted the research to know and analyze the influence of leadership, work procedures, rewards, punishment, environment, and training individually and collectively on the work performance of Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. The research method used in this study is quantitative, using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, and normality test. The descriptive and inferential analysis used statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test, and the coefficient of determination. The research results showed that leadership significantly affected the work performance of Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. Work Procedures significantly affect the work performance of Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. Rewards significantly affect the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency. Punishment significantly affects the work performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of Muara Enim Regency. The environment significantly affects the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim District Revenue Agency. Training significantly affects the work performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of Muara Enim Regency. Leadership, work procedures, rewards, punishment, environment, and training significantly affect the work performance of Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees.

Abstract

One exciting innovation relevant to the research context is the current K-Pop phenomenon that has penetrated the field of intercultural business communication and involves transactions from two or more countries. Because of that, this research aims to find out how intercultural business communication occurs in the context of global business among K-Pop fans. The informant in this study is one of the K-Pop merchandise warehouse service providers in Indonesia. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection methods were obtained through interviews with informants. The results of this study show the importance of culture in business communication adaptation to overcome cultural differences in global business and also admit the challenges faced, such as language differences, business norms, and technological barriers

Abstract

Human resources are important assets that can be trained and developed to achieve company goals effectively. Employees who are highly engaged in their work have the potential to make more excellent contributions. Therefore, companies with high levels of Employee Engagement will experience increased productivity and efficiency. This study aims to identify factors influencing employee engagement, focusing on work-life balance and job satisfaction as intervening variables at CV Multi Agro Sarana. A questionnaire was used on 56 employees, and data was analyzed using Path Analysis. The results showed that work-life balance positively and significantly influences job satisfaction and employee engagement. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on employee engagement. This analysis indicates that the level of job satisfaction is a direct and indirect factor in the influence of Work-Life Balance on the level of employee engagement. Therefore, it can be concluded that improving Work-Life Balance can increase Employee Engagement, ultimately maximizing employee potential at CV Multi Agro Sarana and increasing company profits

Abstract

Performance is the attempt made by a worker to fulfill a duty assigned by the organization. Performance is a critical factor in determining a company's success since, without it, the business will struggle to meet its goals. This study investigates how work discipline, cooperation, and communication affect output. 56 workers from a single company in Sumedang City, West Java, Indonesia, made up the sample. Respondents are given questionnaires as part of a quantitative approach. Tests for validity and reliability were used to evaluate the study instrument. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The study's results demonstrated that discipline, teamwork, and communication all significantly and favorably affect worker performance

Abstract

The approaches used in quantitative research are verification and descriptive. This research was conducted at CV Geopasi Trisuci with a sample of 35 employees. The results of the study indicate that (1) the competency variable has a partial negative effect on employee performance; (2) the work motivation and work discipline variables have a positive effect on employee performance; (3) the competency, work motivation, and work discipline variables have a partial effect on employee performance; and (4) the competency, motivation, and work discipline variables have an effect on employee performance of 65.6%, while other variables not included in this study are 34.4%

Abstract

This research aims to describe job satisfaction, leadership style, and work discipline and analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employees' job satisfaction at CV Gudang Fashion 26. The research employs a quantitative method with descriptive and verification approaches. The sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique involving 50 CV Gudang Fashion 26 employees, and data was collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis includes multiple linear regression, partial and simultaneous tests, and the coefficient of determination. Descriptive analysis shows a job satisfaction score of 893, a leadership style score of 876, and a work discipline score of 908, all in the high category. The results indicate that leadership style does not influence job satisfaction, while work discipline does. Simultaneously, leadership style and work discipline influence job satisfaction, with a contribution of 62.6%.
