Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effects of Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Assets Growth (AG) on the debt-to-equity ratio (DER) of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk from 2014 to 2023. The research employed descriptive and verification methods using a quantitative approach. Data was collected through documentation, utilizing secondary data from quarterly financial reports. The study used purposive sampling. Results of partial hypothesis testing (t-test) revealed that the Current Ratio (CR) had a significant positive effect on the debt-to-equity ratio (DER). In contrast, Return on Assets (ROA) and Assets Growth (AG) had positive but non-significant effects on DER. Simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-Test) showed that CR, ROA, and AG significantly impacted DER at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, accounting for 50.9% of its variation. The remaining 49.1% was attributed to other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

Managing volunteer labor is a critical and strategic process for ensuring the success of any organization that focuses on increasing volunteer labor to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to study the balance between work and life and discipline in the upkeep and repair of the Bandung city region. The method of analysis employed is a quantitative approach using descriptive verifiable. This sample is being drawn utilizing a primary random sampling method with 100 participants chosen based on Slovin's rumor. Using a scale of about five buttons, the questionnaire's measurement. The findings reveal that work-life balance and work ethic have a favorable and noteworthy effect on the output of caregivers in the Dinas Permahan and Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Bandung simultaneously, contributing 0.443 at or 44.3%, while other variables negatively impact 55.7% of the work

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the project financial management system at CV. Diana Concern. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the type of research being a case study. The data collection technique uses a triangulation process which is carried out by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that CV. Diana Concern, which is the object of this research, carries out financial management system activities, especially in project operations, not yet fully using financial system procedures which are the basis for internal control, so it requires improvements to the existing financial system. Where all financial activities are completely handed over to representatives from the subcontractors in each project. Transaction activities that are not recorded on time by ignoring forms or documents accompanying the transaction, as well as implementation orders that are not professionally organized, can cause financial reporting to be inaccurate, not timely and accountable

Abstract

Organizations can change their management patterns through transformational leadership to improve optimal performance, especially when facing increasingly complex competition. Human resources, with their unique ideas and mindsets, are an important key in implementing the organization's vision, goals, and objectives. Employees play a vital role in achieving organizational success through their contributions. Employee performance is an important indicator that organizations must consider. Leaders play a major role in creating a positive work environment, and transformational leadership is one of the most popular styles, especially in the digital age. With secondary data collected from relevant articles, this journal uses a literature review method to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. Research findings show that transformational leadership style significantly affects employee performance. Employees who actively participate feel more motivated, confident, and committed to following the organization's philosophy, ideology, and vision. Interesting changes more easily influence them and show high dedication while realizing their potential. Employees who are inspired by transformational leadership tend to work harder, improve performance, and display helpful behaviors, which ultimately support organizational growth.

Abstract

This study aims to describe financial behavior, financial literacy, lifestyle, and locus of control and analyze the influence of financial literacy, lifestyle, and locus of control on the financial behavior of students using Paylater in Bandung. Using a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach, a sample of 100 respondents was taken through accidental sampling, with data collected via questionnaires. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. Descriptive results show that the financial behavior, financial literacy, lifestyle, and locus of control of pay later users in Bandung are categorized as high. Partially, financial literacy and locus of control have a significant positive influence on financial behavior, while style has a positive but not significant influence. Simultaneously, these three variables influence financial behavior positively and significantly, with a correlation of 0.742 and a contribution of 55%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe investment decisions, financial attitude, financial knowledge, and financial self-efficacy, as well as to analyze the influence of financial attitude, financial knowledge, and financial self-efficacy on the investment decisions of students at Universitas Indonesia Membangun. Utilizing a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach, a sample of 96 respondents was selected through purposive sampling, with data collected via questionnaires. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. Descriptive results indicate that the investment decisions, financial attitude, financial knowledge, and financial self-efficacy of Universitas Indonesia Membangun students are categorized as high. Partially, financial attitude, financial knowledge, and financial self-efficacy positively and significantly affect investment decisions. Simultaneously, these three variables have a positive and significant influence on investment decisions, with a correlation of 0.821 and a contribution of 67.4%.

Abstract

Termination of Employment (PHK), recession, and global economic growth accelerate market disruption. Companies strive to get new customers and gain greater profits than their competitors. In addition, they are very excited to attract prospective workers who have expertise in the field they are proficient in. According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bandung City, the Open Unemployment Rate in 2023 is 8.83%. Vocational school graduates contribute the largest portion of the Gen Z unemployment rate. Thus, this research seeks to determine whether there is an influence of employer branding, company reputation, social media information on the intention to apply for a job in Gen Z. This research uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques through questionnaires and the samples used consist of 100 Gen Z respondents of vocational school graduates using cluster sampling techniques. The Likert scale is a multiple linear regression distribution and analysis used to process data. Partially employer branding has a positive effect on the intention to apply, while the company's reputation and social media information have no effect on the intention to apply.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of work procedures, authority, work performance assessment, and performance evaluation individually and together on the work performance of employees of the Lahat Regency Regional Secretariat. The research method used in this study is quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality tests were conducted using validity, reliability, and normality tests. The descriptive and inferential analysis used statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination. The study results show that work procedures significantly affect the work performance of employees of the Lahat Regency Regional Secretariat. Authority has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Lahat Regency Regional Secretariat. Work performance assessment has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Lahat Regency Regional Secretariat. Performance evaluation has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Lahat Regency Regional Secretariat. Work procedures, authority, work performance assessment, and performance evaluation significantly affect the work performance of the Lahat Regency Regional Secretariat employees

Abstract

This research aims to analyze business development strategies at Wink Beauty Studio using the SWOT Analysis and Business Model Canvas approaches. This approach aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the company's internal and external conditions and formulate the right strategy for business development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The collected data were analyzed using a SWOT matrix to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the company. The results of the SWOT analysis were then mapped into the nine elements of the Business Model Canvas, which include customer segments, value propositions, distribution channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structures. The research findings show that Wink Beauty Studio has several key strengths, such as superior service quality and customer loyalty, but also faces challenges, such as intense competition and limited resources. Development opportunities lie in the growing beauty trend and the potential of the digital market. By capitalizing on internal strengths and external opportunities, the company can develop more effective strategies to expand market reach and increase profitability. This research is expected to contribute to the management of Wink Beauty Studio in formulating the right strategic steps and become a reference for other beauty business actors in developing their businesses.
