Abstract

This aims to examine and analyze the factors influencing the company and to design a 4C Marketing Strategy using Google My Business with a SWOT analysis for Warung Nasi Ibu Iiis. SWOT analysis method, this research examines the internal factors (Strengths and Weaknesses) and external factors (Opportunities and Threats) that affect the business. Based on this analysis, an effective and efficient strategy utilizing Google My Business is implemented as marketing for Warung Nasi Ibu Iis, expanding the market for the business. Additionally, the results of using Google My Business are expected to enhance Warung Nasi Ibu Iis's product sales

Abstract

MSMEs Contribute to empoyment absorption, economic growth, and the distribution of development outcomes. The increasing number of MSMEs in Indonesia is partly evident in the growth of the Makeup Artist service sector. The rising enthusiasm among the public to estabilish businesses in this sector has led to intensified competition faced by Erha Makeup. To formulate business development strategies for Erha Makeup, this study employs a qualitative descriptive method, processing primary data through interviews with the owner of Erha Makeup and secondary data through relevant literatur. Additionally, SWOT analysis is used to evaluate Strengths, Weaknesses. Opportunities, and Threats, wich are then linked to the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to provide a comperhensive strategic overview of essential business competents. The result of study indicate that Erha Makeup has fulfilled all elements of the Business Model Canvas required to operate its business. However, there are still aspects that need improvement as outlined in the SWOT analysis of Erha makeup, primary strengths include professional services, high-quality products, a deep understanding of customers spesific need, and the use of social media marketinf to reach a wider market. The main Weaknesses are its reliance on seasonal demand and unstructured capital management. Significant opportunities lie in building trust through social media, while the threats stem from intense competition and the need for continuous innovation. The proposed strategies include diversifying service, fostering sustainable innovation, enhancing branding by optimizing social media, and offering loyalty or referral programs to streng then customer relationships.

Abstract

The identification results show a phenomenon at the Rambang Kapak Tengah Health Center in Prabumulih City because it only has a few rooms with facilities such as AC in the pharmacy room and the management room. This problem makes employees uncomfortable in working and decreases job satisfaction. The results of this study partially (t-test) Facilities (X1) have a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y), and Job Satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y). While simultaneously (F test) Facilities (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y), the correlation between Facilities and Employee Performance is strong, positive (unidirectional). In contrast, the correlation between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance is negative (not unidirectional). The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that Employee Performance is influenced by Facilities and Job Satisfaction followed by Employees. The rest is influenced by other variables, such as leadership, compensation, motivation, and other variables, on employee performance.Kata Kunci : Fasilitas, Kepuasan kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

The author conducted the research with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of work attitudes, emotional intelligence, and work culture individually and together on the work effectiveness of Lahat Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analysis used is a descriptive and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination. The research results showed that work attitude, emotional intelligence, and work culture had a significant influence, individually and collectively, on the work effectiveness of Lahat Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a business development strategy for Optik Damar using SWOT analysis and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method, which included observation and interviews as data collection techniques. The results show that the main strengths of Optik Damar include product quality and customer loyalty, while its weakness lies in dependence on a single supplier. Opportunities that can be leveraged include increasing public awareness of eye health and the potential of online markets, whereas the main threats come from intense competition and changing consumer trends. The analysis results led to recommendations for a new Business Model Canvas to enhance competitiveness and growth potential. The suggested strategies include diversifying suppliers, implementing technology-based innovations, and optimizing digital marketing. The implementation of these strategies is expected to support the sustainability of Optik Damar's business in the future.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of fanaticism supporters, service quality, and consumer behavior on purchasing decisions for official merchandise products of Persib Bandung. The study was conducted due to a decline in sales over the past year at the Persib store. Many factors contribute to this decline, including the perceived poor service and lack of interest in Persib Bandung merchandise, resulting in relatively low consumer purchase rates. The population in this study is consumers making purchases at the Persib store, consisting of 6,500 Persib Bandung supporters, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. The descriptive test results show that fanatical support, service quality, and consumer behavior highly influence purchasing decisions for official merchandise. Partial testing indicates that fanatic supporters and service quality have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, while consumer behavior has a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, simultaneous testing shows that all three variables have a significant positive impact, with a correlation of 0.957 and a contribution of 91.7%.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of price discounts, free shipping, and online store atmosphere on purchase intention in TikTok Shop's live streaming. The research method used is quantitative, with a sample of 100 respondents collected through Google Forms distributed on social media platforms. Using three independent variables (Price Discount, Free Shipping, and Online Store Atmosphere) and one dependent variable (Purchase Intention), the results showed that Price Discount (sig. 0.000), Free Shipping (sig. 0.034), and Online Store Atmosphere (sig. 0.000) each have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have also been proven to significantly affect purchase intention. The coefficient of determination test results show that price discounts, free shipping, and online store atmosphere can explain 76.1% of the variation in purchase intention, while other factors outside the research model explain the remaining 23.9%. These findings provide practical implications for online stores to pay attention to discount pricing strategies, provide free shipping services, and create an attractive online store atmosphere in order to increase consumer buying interest effectively.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of work environment and stress on PPNPN employees' performance at the Ministry of ATR/BPN in Bandung City. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The population of this study was 117 PPNPN employees, while the sample taken using the Slovin technique was 90 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured the variables of work environment, work stress, and employee performance. The results of the analysis show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, work stress negatively and significantly affects employee performance. Work Environment and Work Stress jointly influence (simultaneously) the Performance of PPNPN Employees at the Ministry of ATR/BPN in Bandung City. In addition, the contribution of Work Environment and Work Stress variables to Employee Performance is 25.9%. The work environment is a variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance

Abstract

This study analyses the influence of Foreign Tax Credit (FTC) Limitations and Income Shifting on the taxation strategies of multinational companies using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This study categorises findings from 20 scientific articles into three main groups: research supporting the significant influence of FTC Limitations and Income Shifting on tax strategies, research finding no strong relationship between the two, and research identifying other factors contributing to multinational companies' tax planning. The results indicate that FTC Limitations encourage companies to use Income Shifting strategies to reduce their global tax liabilities. Practices such as transfer pricing, thin capitalisation, and the use of tax havens are often used to optimise tax payments. However, some studies indicate that domestic tax policies, corporate ownership structures, and international accounting standards also play an important role in corporate tax decisions. In addition, the lack of coordination in tax policies between countries creates loopholes that allow companies to exploit tax arbitrage

Abstract

Interpersonal relationships are interactions between individuals with other individuals or groups, which involve human relationships, aimed at achieving satisfaction for both parties. The sample in this study, namely all employees of the Financial and Regional Asset Management Agency of Empat Lawang Regency, as many as 70 people will be used as samples in this study. The independent variables are Interpersonal Relationships (X1) and Job Placement (X2), while the dependent variable is Work Effectiveness (Y). The results of the study obtained (1) Interpersonal Relationships were not proven to have a direct and positive effect on Work Effectiveness at the BPKAD of Empat Lawang Regency. (2) Job Placement was proven to have a direct and positive effect on Work Effectiveness at the BPKAD of Empat Lawang Regency. (3) Coordination was proven to have a direct and positive effect on Work Effectiveness at the BPKAD of Empat Lawang Regency. (4) Interpersonal Relationships were proven to have a direct and positive effect on Coordination at the BPKAD of Empat Lawang Regency. (5) Job Placement was proven to have a direct and positive effect on Coordination at the BPKAD of Empat Lawang Regency. (6) Interpersonal Relationships were proven to have a direct and positive effect on Work Effectiveness through Coordination at the BPKAD of Empat Lawang Regency. (7) Job placement has been proven to have a direct and positive influence on work effectiveness through coordination at the BPKAD Empat Lawang Regency
