Abstract

 GRADUATES RECEPTION QUALITYANALYSIS OF THE POTENTIAL ECONOMIC STUDIES SYARI’AH IN STAIN KUDUS VIEWED FROM THE PERSPECTIVE STAKEHOLDER. The first aim of  this study was to determine the potential reception of  graduates quality in Shariah Economic Studiesof  STAINKudus in the world of  work. Second, to determine the motivations and needs of  stakeholders on the acceptance of  the quality of  graduates in Economics   Shariah STAIN Kudus.And third, to determine what factors which are supporting and inhibiting the absorption of graduates of the Department of Shariah Economics STAIN Kudus in working world. The theory that was developed as a basis for the analysis is the pyramid theory of  motivation and needs of  Abraham Maslow. By using qualitative research approach, the analysis and discussion of this study are:First, the potential acceptance of  Shariah Economy graduates in the working world, especially in the banking and financial institutions Shari’ah is still very large and potentially growing along with the rapid growth in the number of  banking and financial institutions Shari’ah in Indonesia. Second, motivation and needs of  stakeholders for the graduates reception of Shariah Economic STAIN Kudus is because it is the only college in the state of  religion around the Pantura area having Shariah Economic Studies Program and easily accessible. In addition, in order to establish a more synergistic relationship with the STAIN kudus then either the shari’a banking and financial institutions are willing to accept graduates of  Shariah Economic Studies Program as employees, of course, with the various criteria established in the job requirements.Keywords:Potential,  Quality  Admissions,  Graduates, Economic Shariah, Stakeholder.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, untuk mengetahui potensi penerimaan kualitas alumni Program Studi Ekonomi Syari’ah STAIN Kudus di dunia kerja. Kedua, untuk mengetahui motivasi dan kebutuhan stakeholder terhadap penerimaan kualitas alumni. Dan ketiga, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat penyerapan alumni Ekonomi Syari’ah Jurusan Syari’ah STAIN Kudus di dunia kerja. Teori yang dikembangkan sebagai dasar analisis adalah teori piramida motivasi dan kebutuhan dari Abraham Maslow. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, hasil analisis dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini adalah:Pertama, potensi penerimaan lulusan Ekonomi Syari’ah di dunia kerja, terutama di lingkungan perbankan syari’ah dan lembaga keuangan syari’ah masih sangat besar dan potensial seiring dengan semakin berkembang pesatnya pertumbuhan jumlah perbankan syari’ah dan lembaga keuangan syari’ah di Indonesia. Kedua, motivasi dan kebutuhan stakeholder terhadap penerimaan alumni Ekonomi Syari’ah STAIN Kudus adalah karena STAIN Kudus merupakan satu-satunya perguruan tinggi agama negeri di sekitar wilayah Pantura yang memiliki Program Studi Ekonomi Syari’ah dan mudah diakses. Selain itu, untuk menjalin hubungan yang lebih bersifat sinergis dengan STAIN Kudus, maka baik perbankan syari’ah maupun lembaga keuangan syari’ah bersedia menerima alumni Program Studi Ekonomi Syari’ah sebagai karyawan, tentunya dengan berbagai kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dalam persyaratan kerja. Abstract

The development of the Indonesian economy is inseparable from the rapid development of the banking sector, including Islamic banking. This will cause competition between banks to be even tighter to increase competitiveness in various sectors, including the level of profitability. However, the profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks is still low, which is below the standard set by Bank Indonesia of 1.5%. This study aims to describe the description of murabahah financing and profitability, as well as verify the effect of murabahah financing on profitability in sharia commercial banks in Indonesia. Profitability is measured using Return On Assets (ROA) and murabahah financing measured by net murabahah financing on the financial statements of each bank. The research method used is descriptive and verification method. The number of samples used in this study were 72 observational data from 9 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia during the period 2010-2017. The results of this study murabahah financing have a positive and significant effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia

Abstract

Psychology and human personality: qur’anic and islamic education perspective. One of the goals of Islamic education is to maintain and shape the human personality so that he becomes a plenary man who can maximize his role and duties as a servant devoted to Allah swt. and became the khali>fah of Allah swt. on earth. For this purpose, it is necessary to formulate the human personality that will guide and guide Islamic education in carrying out its educative role. By tracing the verses of the Qur’an that speak about humans and examine them philosophically, this paper intends to reveal a comprehensive picture of the human personality according to the Qur’an and Islamic education. Through the study it was concluded that man has two sides, namely: (1) relating to personality and spiritual aspect; (2) relating to the physical as well as the physical and physical aspects. This comprehensive human personality requires the movement and the area of Islamic education to touch all aspects of man. It not only touches the cognitive aspects, but also the affective, and psychomotor aspects. Abstract

CORELATION BETWEEN ISLAM AND ECONOMY. This paper aims to identifies about the correlation between economic and Islam. Islam is the perfect religion that governs all things in life, including the economy. This is evident with the concept of  well-being which is described in the al-Quran and Sunnah. Basically the goal of every human life is to prosper, although humans make sense of  well- being with a different perspective. Most understand economics assume that welfare is the welfare of  earthly material. But to make sense of well-being with the term al-Falah, is meaning holistic wellbeing and balance between material and spiritual dimensions. al-Quran and Sunnah have taught that the human being will be achieved if  living in balance between material and spiritual. This is because human life does not just stop in the life of this world, but there is still a second life that will be faced by humanity in the hereafter, and well-being will be achieved with the truth is that people can balance the needs of the world and the hereafter, and that is what is taught in Islamic economics.Keywords: Islam, Economy, Prosperity.Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelasakn tentang korelasi antara ekonomi  dan  Islam.  Islam  adalah  agama  yang  sempurna  yang mengatur segala hal dalam kehidupan ini, termasuk juga ekonomi. Hal ini terbukti dengan konsep kesejahteraan yang dipaparkan dalam al-Quran dan Sunnah. Pada dasarnya tujuan hidup setiap manusia adalah untuk mencapai kesejahteraan, meskipun manusia memaknai kesejahteraan dengan perspektif  yang berbeda-beda. Sebagian besar paham ekonomi menganggap bahwa kesejahteraan adalah kesejahteraan material duniawi. Namun Islam memaknai kesejahteraan dengan istilah  Falah  yang  berarti  kesejahteraan  holistik  dan  seimbang antara dimensi material dan spiritual. Al-Quran dan Sunnah telah mengajarkan bahwa kesejahteraan akan tercapai jika manusia menjalani hidup secara seimbang antara material dan spiritualnya. Ini karena kehidupan manusia tidak hanya berhenti di dalam kehidupan dunia saja, namun masih ada kehidupan kedua yang akan dihadapi manusia di akhirat kelak, dan kesejahteraan akan tercapai dengan sesunguhnya jika manusia dapat menyeimbangkan keperluan dunia dan akhirat, dan itulah yang diajarkan dalam ekonomi Islam.Kata Kunci: Islam, Ekonomi, Kesejahteraan.

Abstract

Abstract The objectives of this research are to see the pattern of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training lecturers in doing community service, the urgency of the lecturers to choose the pattern of community service as done so far, and the obstacle of community service. This research employed qualitative field method. The subjects of this research were the lecturers of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training of IAIN Surakarta. Meanwhile, the research informants were the officials in Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training environment whose leading sector was community services and the community around the lecturers who did community services. Research data was gathered through interview methods, observation and documentation. Data triangulation was done to validate the data. Data obtained from these methods were analyzed interactively. Patterns that can be used in doing community service in Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training and IAIN Surakarta is the pattern of Czuba, which is divided into 5 areas of community services. They are: engage contacts with individuals, groups and organizations thus can benefit the expertise of the university, contribute to the spiritual growth of the society, offering teaching services and research services, expertise exchange, providing access to facilities and / or programs, as well as special services related to the charter, vision, mission, goals and objectives of the university.Keywords: Community service; Academically Based Community Services (ABCS) pattern;  non Academically Based Community Services (non ABCS) Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran pola pengabdian para dosen FITK di lingkungan masyarakatnya, urgensi para dosen memilih pola pengabdian seperti yang dilakukan selama ini, dan kendala pengabdian pada masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualititatif lapangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dosen Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN Surakarta. Sedangkan informan penelitian adalah pejabat di lingkungan FITK yang leading sectornya adalah pengabdian masyarakat dan warga masyarakat sekitar dosen tersebut melakukan pengabdian.Data penelitian akan dikumpulkan melalui metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Data yang diperoleh dari beberapa metode tersebut akan dianalisis secara interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pola yang dipakai dalam pengabdian masyarakat di FITK dan IAIN Surakarta dengan pola Czuba, yang membagi menjadi 5 bidang pengabdian masyarakat yaitu:  Terlibat kontak dengan individu, kelompok dan organisasi sehingga bisa berbagi manfaat dan dan  keahlian yang dimiliki universitas, berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan rohani masyarakat, penawaran layanan fungsi pengajaran, dan penelitian, pertukaran keahlian, penyediaan akses ke fasilitas dan/atau program, serta layanan khusus yang berkaitan dengan piagam, visi, misi, tujuan dan sasaran universitas.Kata Kunci: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat; pengabdian masyarakat berbasis akademik; pengabdian masyarakat berbasis non akademik.

Abstract

THE ROLE OF THE JAM’IYYAH IJTIMA’IYYAH IN THE FORMATION OF TRADITIONS. Nahdlotul Ulama is a religious social organization which follow the ahlus sunnah wal jama’ah, by preserving the society tradition. The Mitung Dinatradition is a tradition of Islam that has been acculturated by indigenous traditions. Mitung dinatradition is a multi colored diversity of NU which has been grown. Technically, the tradition of mitung dina sometimes brings its own burden for the families left behind. Then, it becomes a separate discussion for the jam’iyyah board, to make changes to the tradition became more ease. Based on the results of the research, it can be inferred that the jam’iyyah NU subsection Kedung Banteng has committed changes to the ritual mitung dinaor ngajekno in village Kedung Banteng Subdistrict Karangayar Demak regency

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Metode Yanbu’a Dalam Meningkatkan Kefasihan Membaca Al-Qur’an Di Pondok Pesantren Darul Rachman Kajan Krandon Kudus. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: pertama, Implementasi metode Yanbu’a di Pondok Pesantren Darur Rachman sesuai dengan Visi dan Misi Pondok Pesantren yaitu, Terciptanya santri yang sholeh dan alim dalam masalah diniyyah serta intelek dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman serta dengan misi Menempa santri dalam hal penguasaan diniyyah. Kedua, faktor pendukung keberhasilan implementasi metode Yanbu`a adanya dukungan dari pihak pondok pesantren dalam menerapkan metode Yanbu’a; faktor Keinginan serta motivasi santri untuk bisa dan menguasai bacaan Al-Qur’an secara baik dan benar; lingkungan yang menunjang terlaksananya penerapan metode Yanbu’a di pondok pesantren Darul Rachman. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu pihak pesantren ketika menerima santri baru tidak ada seleksi atau tes baca Al-Qur’an untuk menjadi tolak ukur apakah santri baru itu layak masuk atau bisa diterima atau tidak; kurangnya kegiatan tadarus rutin yang bertujuan sebagai sarana santri dalam mendalami dan memperlancar bacaan Al-Qur’an; faktor dari pribadi santri yang belajar Al-Qur’an tanpa diawasi oleh ustad atau guru yang kompeten; dan santri kurang memiliki kesadaran  bahwa untuk bisa membaca Al-Qur’an merupakan kewajiban bagi seorang muslim. AbstractThis study aims to determine the implementation of the Yanbu'a method in increasing fluency in reading the Qur'an at the Darul Rachman Kajan Krandon Kudus Islamic boarding school. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are: first, the implementation of the Yanbu'a method at Darur Rachman Islamic Boarding School in accordance with the Vision and Mission of the Islamic Boarding School, namely, the creation of sholeh and pious santri in the problem of diniyyah and intellect and adaptive to the times and with the mission of forging students in terms of Diniyyah mastery. Second, the supporting factors for the successful implementation of the Yanbu`a method are the support from the boarding schools in implementing the Yanbu'a method; the desire and motivation factor of the students to be able to and master the recitation of the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly; an environment that supports the implementation of the Yanbu'a method in Darul Rachman Islamic boarding school. The inhibiting factor is that when the pesantren accepts new students, there is no selection or reading test of the Al-Qur'an to become a benchmark for whether new students are eligible to enter or can be accepted or not; the lack of routine tadarus activities which aim as a means for students to deepen and expedite the reading of the Al-Qur'an; the personal factor of the santri who learns the Qur'an without being supervised by a cleric or a competent teacher; and students lack the awareness that being able to read the Al-Qur'an is an obligation for a Muslim.

Abstract

REKONSTRUKSI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM BERBASIS PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER: DARI KONSEP MENUJU INTERNALISASI NILAI-NILAI AL-QURANAbstractThis paper examined the reconstruction of Islamic education which is still facing various problems. Educational outcomes also still do not meet the expected of Islamic education goals. Beside of that, the classroom learning also has not been able to produce the young generation which has personalities that reflect a value of Muslim character. The process of Islamic education now is still focused and concentrated on the achievements of cognitively only without caring out the affective aspect which has a strong provision to socialize with the community. The implementation of Islamic education itself is still in the level of concept, not on the internalization of the Qur'an values which is the true basis of its. Furthermore, when we talking about the formation of morals related to the educational goals, especially Islamic education. As for the increasingly worrisome problem is the rise of cases of moral decadence.  Some cases about the degradation of the human beings dignity which has flourished in society even in the world of education were undertaken by learners, such as the destruction of Islamic values, the outbreak of bullying cases, and the rising of immoral cases. This phenomenon seems to re-question of Islamic education role in the shaping of the learner's character. Therefore, it is necessary to reconstruct the Islamic education based on character formation with the concept of internalization of Al-Quran values. The results of this paper explained that there were 3 things that can be done in reconstructing Islamic education-based on the character formation with the concept of internalization of Al-Quran values were: first, educators must make personal recognition with learners. Second, all parties involved in educational institutions should present themselves as role models for learners. Third, in applying the education based on Al-Quran there are 4 stages that have to imply first that are: the learning experience, reflection, action, and evaluation. Keywords: Islamic Education, Character Building,Quranic Values

Abstract

Mohammed Arkoun is a contemporary Muslim philosopher who has tried to offer several methods of interpreting al-Qur'an text so that it can produce an objective meaning.  In the understanding of the researcher, Arkoun offers three stages in exracting the meaning of the al-Qur'an text. Namely, first: take a linguistic approach. Second, understand the language of mystical structures. Third, the reach and boundaries of traditional exegesis. One of the themes studied by Arkoun was the pilgrimage. In Arkoun's view, the hajj ritual was different from other Muslim philosophers. He tries to understand the pilgrimage by looking all of the aspects and complements involved so that it can substantially redefine the pilgrimage itself. Arkoun does not only read verses related to Hajj as a mandatory and absolute commands from the almighty. With all the complexities of these components of worship, it should have an important meaning that Muslim philosopher in general have not heard so far. The meaning of Hajj in Arkoun's view is that Hajj is just not a departure from one place to another, but an act of transference of the soul from a bad soul to be better soul, from bad customs and habits to good customs and habits, as well as becomig the soul is more obedient and obedient to God.
