Abstract

One part of telemedicine is the existence of a website-based health clinic service then written online clinic, in this online clinic patients can consult with doctors through the internet about the disease problems suffered by patients and even doctors can diagnose the patient's condition without doing anamesis and examination directly physical, but also can buy drugs directly from the online clinic with the advice of doctors who diagnose the patient concerned and the delivery of the drug was carried out by express delivery services. So it is interesting to study how the responsibility of doctors who have provided health services online if the patient receives a loss. The type of research I use is normative juridical, i.e. legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. Normative legal research is carried out on laws and regulations relating to legal protection of patients who obtain online-based health services. This research is a kind of analytical descriptive research, which describes the applicable laws and regulations or positive law related to legal theory and practice of implementing positive law in society.

Abstract

Tuntutan masyarakat atas tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dan tata pemerintahan yang bersih memaksa Aparatur Sipil Negara untuk bekerja secara professional. Tingginya harapan masyarakat atas akuntabuilitas pengelolaan keuangan negara/daerah memaksa penyelenggara negara untuk bekerja lebih baik dengan melakukan reformasi birokrasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan dengan melakukan analisa yuridis atas tugas dan fungsi Inspektorat dalam melaksanakan penyelesaian kerugian negara/daerah. Analisa yuridis yang dilakukan yaitu dengan membandingkan kaidah hukum yang berlaku dalam pengaturan kewenangan tugas dan fungsi Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan dengan Inspektorat Provinsi Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inspektorat Provinsi Jawa Timur sebagai lembaga Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah yang memiliki tugas pokok dan fungsi pengawasan dan pembinaan dalam rangka memberikan penjaminan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Abstract

The economic growth of a country so far has a goal to achieve the welfare of society in a sustainable manner. Community economic activities become a benchmark, to determine the level of welfare of a country or region. Economic development and growth cannot be separated so that it still needs to maintain the economic role in this region. In accordance with economic growth to remain on a positive trend, the necessary interactions between monetary and fiscal policies. However, both policies have different authorities. If monetary policy is more controlled by the central government, fiscal policy with fiscal decentralization has two elements from the center and the regions. The interaction between monetary and fiscal policies is believed to have a good influence on the growth in various areas of the economy of the region.Therefore in this study it was found that the stability of Monetary Policy and Fiscal Policy had a positive influence on the growth of the Tourism sector, especially in the Special Region of Yogyakarta which was the object of research. So that the impact of the growth of the tourism sector can reduce unemployment and increase public opinion in the area.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the division of labor in increasing work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office by appealing to the hioptesis that there is an influence of the division of labor on increasing work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office. The research method used is a causal comperative descriptive method. The author uses 31 respondents as samples taken from the entire population. The results showed a positive relationship between the Division of Work with Work Effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office of 0.757, so that if interpreted on a scale of values ​​can be categorized as a strong relationship. The regression equation obtained Y = 9,419 + 0.782 X which shows the effect of the division of labor on work effectiveness, which means the effectiveness of work will increase by a regression coefficient / slop (0.782) if the division of labor variables are added by one unit. The t test showed that the hypothesis was accepted to be correct, where t count 6.233> 2.04523. While the coefficient of determination is known that the division of labor only accounts for 57.3% of work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office and the remaining 42.7% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor- Faktor yang mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak dalam membayar Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor pada Samsat Kabupaten Tebo Provinsi Jambi di lihat dari variabel pengaruh kesadaran Wajib Pajak, kualitas pelayanan, sanksi perpajakan, tingkat pendidikan, kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif menyebar kuesioner kepada Wajib Pajak yang terdaftar di SAMSAT Kabupaten Tebo pada tahun 2019 sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 Wajib Pajak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran Wajib Pajak, kualitas pelayanan, tingkat pendidikan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak dan sanksi perpajakan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, serta kesadaran Wajib Pajak, kualitas pelayanan, sanksi perpajakan dan tingkat pendidikan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,2% (100% – 38,8%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Internet network users are increasing and everyone has their own busy lives. This can happen to people who usually use transportation services to travel outside the city and the internet network can be used as a liaison between the transportation and also customers. To help customers make online bookings, both door-to-door and point-to-point transportation, choosing a schedule and destination location as needed, a study is carried out, which is making a ticket reservation feature for web-based transportation agents. E-Ticketing is one of the results of the development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features where digital areas in the business are the basis of service products. However, not all transportation service companies know the basis of CRM and how to implement the actual or minimum standards that can be applied in accordance with the business strategies used in customer service.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know Marketing Mix, Costumer loyalty, and the eefect of marketing mix on customer loyalty in sari ater & Hotel Resort. The type of research is quantitive research approach, while the level of empirical research is associate research. The data derived from questionneraire were processed using SPSS software 20.0, producing values of promotion at 70.01%, location 71,28%, Price 77.0% of 1001 and the marketing mix is still less that means customer loyalty is lower 69,72% of 1269for total score which is lower, The result of multiple regression analysys using t test and F test showed that the marketing Mix have rather strong effect on the costumer Loyalty in Sari ATer & Hotel Resort. The coefficient of determination is obtained some 93,2%, while the rest 6,8% is another factors beyond the research, for example, the quality of service

Abstract

Narcotics is a serious Nation problem and must be resolved immediately by the state and government. Considering that narcotics users are increasingly difficult to overcome, and most of the users are teenagers, so analyzing a study (Case Study) is needed. This study aims to understand and analyze the results of decision No.178 / Pid Sus / 2018 / PN MR against narcotics users in the Mojokerto District Court. The method used in this study uses normative legal research methods to test so that there is a theoretical relevance to the research methods needed. The approach taken by researchers is the Normative Approach and the Concept Theory Approach. Adjusting to the scope and identification of the problems that exist in this study, researchers used Primary Legal Materials obtained directly from the object of field research on the results of decision No. 178 / Pid Sus / 2018 / PN MR in the Mojokerto District Court, law books, Law no. 35 of 2009, the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code, Secondary legal material in the form of literature and Tertiary studies as a guide and explanation of Primary and Secondary legal sources. After conducting research it was found that the decision No.178 / Pid Sus / 2018 / PN MR which was decided by the judge against narcotics users with the weight of evidence less than 1 gram should be rehabilitated instead of being convicted.

Abstract

Kekuasaan kehakiman merupakan kekuasaan yang merdeka untuk menyelenggarakan peradilan guna menegakkan hukum dan keadilan. Hakim dan Hakim Konstitusi wajib mengadili mengikuti dan memahami nilai-nilai hukumdan rasa keadilan yang hidup dalam masyarakat. Kejahatan seksual yang terjadi terhadap anak yaitu pedofilia yang dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan. Pemberian hukuman pidana tambahan berupa kebiri merupakan alternatif terakhir dan dalam pengenaannya pidana tambahan tersebut tidak menghilangkan pidana pokok. Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Mojokerto dengan nomor perkara 69/Pid.sus/2019/PN.Mjk, telah manjatuhkan hukuman 12 tahun penjara dan denda Rp 100 juta serta pidana tambahan berupa pidana kebiri kimia. kepada Moh Aris pelaku pemerkosaan 9 anak di Mojokerto.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kedudukan hukum tanah yang belum terdaftar dalam administrasi pemerintahan desa serta untuk mengetahui pula bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap subyek yang menguasai tanah yang tidak memiliki bukti kepemilikan sertifikat dan belum terdaftar di administrasi desa. dimana masih banyak masyarakat terutama masyarakat pedesaan yang menganggap bahwa bukti kepemilikan tanah cukup dengan adanya Pethok D, Girik, Pipil, Ketitir dan sejenisnya, yang mana itu tidak bisa dijadikan bukti kepemilikan hak atas tanah dan menjadi bukti yang kuat. di era saat ini itu hanya digunakan sebagai bukti bahwa pemilik hak atas tanah telah membayar pajak atas tanah tersebut. bahkan masih banyak pula masyarakat yang telah lama menguasai tanah tersebut tetapi tanahnya tidak terdaftar di dalam administrasi pemerintahan desa ditambah tidak memiliki bukti kepemilikan yang sesuai dengan PP No. 24 Tahun 1997.
