Abstract

Perkembangan trend batik tidak lepas dari perkembangan trend asesoris, karena tampilan batik menjadi lebih elegan dengan didukung asesoris. Motif batik dan desain asesoris terus berkembang seiring dengan kreatifitas pikiran manusia serta perubahan selera pasar. Batik Jumputan Lukis yang dikembangkan UKM Ujung Galuh Surabaya juga mengalami fenomena ini. Selama lima tahun UKM mengembangkan motif batik jumputan dengan teknik lukis dengan hasil batik dengan warna yang kuat. Pada awalnya minat cukup bagus, namun setelah lima tahun penjualan tidak berkembang. Hal yang sama dialami oleh UKM Vitrie yang membuat asesoris bros dan kalung dengan materi  utama batu dan borci. Banyaknya pesaing yang mengunakan jenis batu lain, tulang, kayu, perca, logam dan mutiara membuat UKM ini kalah bersaing. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk mensinergikan teknik eco-print untuk mengembangkan kreasi motif batik jumputan lukis dengan paduan asesori dengan teknik sospeso dari perca kain eco-print. Eco-print dibuat dengan mengaplikasikan langsung sayuran dan bunga segar pada kain kemudian diproses dengan penguat warna. Sedangkan asesoris sospeso dibuat dari  perca batik eco-print dengan mengambil motif sayuran dan bunganya yang dirangkai dengan bantuan plastik atau pemanasan. Sinergi motif ini memberikan kreasi batik dan asesoris yang elegan dan menarik minat pasar. Produk kedua UKM ini dalam empat  bulan terakhir telah mengikuti pameran produk tingkat nasional dan mulai diminati pasar menengah-atas dengan kenaikan penjualan 10% dibandingkan rata-rata empat tahun sebelumnya. Kenaikan Mensinergikan batik dengan warna alam yang lembut dengan aksen asesoris sospeso yang menguatkan tampilan batik menjadi energy untuk meningkatkan produktifitas UKM batik dan asesoris.     Kata Kunci:     Penurunan penjualan, sinergi,  pewarnaan alam, eco print, asesoris, sospeso

Abstract

This community service was aimed to give understanding to Paguyuban Perias Ponorogo as an entrepreneurship group in goods and service sector of cosmetics accessory equipment about the importance of contract law of sale and purchase in business as proper contract will give legal security to the parties and can be used as legal basis for the parties. It is expected that those entrepreneurs can apply it in their business in order to get their rights law with the strong basis that can support the finance of their business. The study was conducted at Kota Ponorogo on 2 October 2017. The method that was used was giving material about contract law of sale and purchase, discussing the problems related to the previous sale and purchase agreement in Paguyupan Perias Ponorogo and training to make letter of sale and purchase agreement properly. The result of the activity shows that Paguyuban Perias Ponorogo did not know and understand about contract law of sale and purchase and the importance of letter of sale and purchase agreement in business as the agreement that they had done previously was still orally. Keywords: Contract law of sale and purchase, Letter of Sale and Purchase Agreement

Abstract

SPR Lembu Lestari is one of 50 SPR established by the Ministry of Agriculture. Its potential of natural resources and human resources should be able to increase revenues for the community. One of the important things in economic activity is marketing that aims to introduce a wide range of business activities in order to increase revenue. Facebook Ads is one of the techniques used for internet marketing. In this activity, the business that will be promoted is Eduwisata Kampung Ternak Pacitan. Facebook Ads technique used is to use the technique Near Me, so that the promotion reaches people around the location of SPR Lembu Lestari. The result during the promotional in a week has reached 3,866 people and increased interaction with the surrounding community. Keywords: facebook ads, marketing, revenue

Abstract

Rose (Rosa hybrida L.) is classified as the genus Rosa and is an ornamental flower plant in the form of herbs with thorny stems. Roses have many types, one of which is a type of sowing roses that are widely grown in Tapak Village, Panekan Subdistrict. Sowing roses can be used as a support for daily economic needs by residents in Tapak Village. In addition, rose plants can be used as conservation plants, if planted on a bench terrace on sloping land. The Panekan area is an area declared by the Magetan Regency Government as an area prone to landslides. Until now the terraces of sloping land in Tapak Village are often not utilized with terrace reinforcing plants, so land degradation is increasing and expanding, mainly due to the high level of soil erosion, especially in sloping areas. Utilization of conservation techniques with rose plants on sloping lands prone to erosion can reduce degradation of soil fertility. Therefore it is necessary to provide assistance for: 1) planting a terrace with rose plants; 2) supply of rose seeds and non-dependence on synthetic chemical fertilizers. Community service activities are held from October to December 2018. Each partner farmer is given training and is facilitated to supply sowing roses and compost plus for nurseries. The method of activity uses a group approach, field meeting, farmer course. The mentoring activity was carried out with a pattern of rural appraisal Participatory, namely working with members of farmer groups in Tapak Village. The results of the mentoring activities were carried out to increase the income of sowing rose farmers and reduce degradation on sloping land. Keywords—: sowing roses, terrace, degradation, Tapak Village

Abstract

The Community Service activities that will be carried out in the 2019/2020 academic year are aimed at developing Jatinangor community awareness, especially students and housewives, to manage waste in the principle of Zero Waste. The methods to be used are counseling, poster distribution, and recycling socialization. Based on situational analysis, it is known that the Jatinangor sub-district is a vast educational area, experiencing very rapid progress as indicated by the high frequency of physical development. However, the economic improvement experienced by this region was not matched by good governance, including the household waste management system. The participation of local governments and educational institutions cannot be said to be adequate. The high level of waste production and negative behaviors regarding the relationship with cultural behavior. To overcome this, a more serious and intensive educational effort is needed to change the mentality of individuals and the community of Jatinangor, in order to minimize the production of personal and household waste by applying the Zero Waste principle through 5 R: “Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rot” in everyday life.

Abstract

The development of Madiun City increase in various fields included at infrastructure public. Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Madiun city organized  a technical assistance  for all stakeholder in planning road in Madiun city. The stakeholder is technical staff of road division of Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Madiun city and technical staff of engineering consultant. Aim of this technical assistance to develop their abilities in road design in order to improve output of Detail engineering and Design. The material of technical assistance such as the design of flexible pavement, the design of drainage, and design of sheet pile. In this technical assistance, Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Madiun city joined with Engineering Faculty of Merdeka University of Madiun.  The tutor of this technical assistance some lectures of Civil Engineering University of Merdeka Madiun.

Abstract

 Batik is a picture art that is poured in a piece of cloth that is one of the Indonesian nation's identity that is recognized as World heritage. Unesco has set Batik as a Masterpieces of the Oral and the Intangible Heritage of Humanity on October 2, 2009. In Indonesia, Batik has expanded and penetrated the market share as the development of fashion in the world. Motives that exist in the market is also various types and apparently. Among others: Batik Mega Mendung, Batik Parang Rusak, Batik Kawung, etc. Which makes each type of batik has a different aesthetic value is different its uniqueness.. Dyeing techniques also vary from dyeing techniques, connective techniques, jumputan techniques etc.. Seeing this opportunity encourages the emergence of the idea of making Batik, but replace the use of the night with Leaf Betel. Leaf Betel  itself is only used as medicine or herbal medicine by the surrounding community. With this idea, in addition to raising the economic value of Leaf Betel, the original legacy of Indonesia can also be preserved. Starting from drawing sketches on mori cloth, then burst the Batik motif with Scratches Ginger Leaf Betel on it using Nails. After this step is passed, continued the coloring, for staining time required about 1-2 hours for 1x1 meter sized fabric. The results are sold in the form of batik cloth, and marketed through social media, and sold directly in the area of Madiun and surrounding areas.

Abstract

Hydroponic training activities were held in the village of Ngadirejo Magetan. Activity participants were PKH members in the village. PKH (Program Keluarga Harapan) or in international is similar with Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) is a program from government to help poor families .All participants were enthusiastic in participating in the training. Armed with hydroponic cultivation skills, it is expected that the community can use plastic bottle waste for planting media. in addition, this activity can also generate income for the community, especially housewives.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) become one of the supporters of national economic resilience. One of the obstacles to the development of SME Candi Mas is not yet taken care of or the existence of Certificate of Household Food Production Industry (SPP-IRT). Therefore, it is necessary to assist the handling of Licensing of SPP-IRT in SME Candi Mas Bancong village, Wonoasri sub-district, Madiun district. The timing of this community service is from May to October 2017. The results are: 1) The completion of counseling and facilitation of licensing arrangement of SPP-IRT. 2) Provision of Temporary Permit on Household Food Production Certification (SPPIRT) Number: 094/2326 / 402.102 / 2017 on June 9, 2017 for Mas Candi Company, product coverage: brem products, pecel sambel, one cake, and tempe chips Madiun District Health Office on June 9, 2017. 3) The obtaining of Food Safety Counseling Certificate Number: 914/351/17 was given to Fekodin (Owner of SME Candi Mas) from Madiun District Health Office on October 31, 2017. 4) Obtaining Certificate Household Food Production (SPPIRT) Number: 2153519010914 - 22 for IRT Candi Mas from Madiun Regency Health Office, product range: brem products, pecel sambel, one cake, and tempe chips, on 31 October 2017.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as a predominantly Muslim country. The law of inheritance of Islam occupies a very important place in Islamic Law. The verses of the Qur'an govern the law of inheritance clearly and in detail. This is understandable because the inheritance problem must be experienced by everyone and it is easy to cause disputes between heirs. The method used in this activity is the counseling to the community and discussion. The result of the discussion can be concluded that: Group of heirs by sex there are 25 people consisting of 15 men and 10 women. Sections of the heirs according to Islamic Law, that is, one gets 1/2 of the inheritance, 2/3 of the estate, 1/3 of the estate, 1/4 of the estate, 1/6 of the estate, 1 / 8 of the estate, Acquires all inheritance, inheritance is equally divided, obtaining the remainder, depending on the position of the heirs.
