Abstract

Communication is a basic need inherent in humans as a social beings. So also ethics in communicating is the main capital of a person in the worl of association. Strenghtening ethics in communication is very important in adolescents because in order to grow a goog personality and generation of dignified penwrus. Counseling to strenghten communication ethics is carried out over a period of representatives of adolescents in Madiun District in 15 Subdistricts. In this material it is expected that adolescents will be able to strengthen their personal and character in communicating with others and can be used as a form of adolescent character.

Abstract

The current generation of millenials born between 1980 and 2000 is a generation that has its own characteristics, they were born when digital technology has become known and used by all levels of society. However, the millennial generation tends not to care about the environment or social conditions. They are more preoccupied with digital technology (mostly gadgets) in their hands. To achieve this, to reduce their tendency with digital technology, especially gadgets, socialization of gadget negative effects on adolescents and parents should be held, with the hope that teenagers and parents will be aware of the negative effects of digital technology, especially gadgets, and parents can control their children. their children use gadgets. Dissemination activities were carried out in Kare Village, Kare Subdistrict, Madiun District and the activities were held at the Kare Village Office. From the results of the socialization it is known that the socialization participants can understand the negative effects of gadgets and how to handle children who are addicted to gadgets.

Abstract

KKN is a form of education by providing learning experiences to students to live in the midst of society, structured through several stages including preparation, briefing, observation until the evaluation stage. Preparation is the initial stage before KKN is implemented, the preparation is done so that the activities can be done in a structured and directed according to plan. Village Sirapan, Madiun District, Madiun Regency is one of the many villages that became the goal of KKN Universitas Merdeka Madiun. Implementation of KKN is done through socialization or counseling, training and mentoring. Socialization is done by giving counseling about BUMDes to empower the community also given the training of processed food made from tempe as well as the utilization of vacant land for vegetable and toga crops as well as training the making of MOL (Micro Organism Local) as organic fertilizer.

Abstract

Abstract— Communication skills for Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis- Tourism Awareness Groups) are important because they are related to best services for visitors and to ensure the continuity of tourism visitation..Communication skills are not only related with manner, but also related with how to build a cooperation with other parties, tourism marketing, and tourism branding in mass media. The training will be divided into several materials, namely communication skills in general terms, public speaking, mass media marketing and branding, and lobbying-negotiating for cooperation building with other parties. The purpose is that the members of the Pokdarwis have good communication skills so they can support the development of Watu Rumpuk tourist destinations and conduct profitable cooperation with various national tourism bureaus so as to increase the number of visits and in turn improve the welfare of rural communities. Keywords—: communication, Pokdarwis, Watu Rumpuk, Mendak.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling and dissemination of the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) with all formal legal aspects and the development of BUM Desa empowerment. Including Mendak Village, Dagangan Subdistrict, Madiun Regency, which has the potential of superior products in the form of fruit plants and natural tourism potential such as Watu Rumpuk tourist destinations. The implementation of community service is carried out by using methods of counseling or legal communication both directly and indirectly.Referring to the laws and regulations the establishment of BUM Desa as a village economic institution must have a strong legal basis. Where the BUM Desa privilege is located in 1) the formation of sufficient Perdes, 2) the highest authority in the hands of the Musdes, 3) ownership of at least 60% of the village government. These three things are to maintain the sovereignty of the establishment and management of BUM Desa in the hands of the villagers. There are three factors that influence the success of BUM Desa. First, natural resources owned. The second factor is funding capital for financing. Third, the factor of Human Resources (HR).

Abstract

This service aims to provide an understanding of juvenile delinquency problems. By using legal counseling methods. Location of community service in Ngujung Village, Maospati Subdistrict, Magetan District. Based on the results of the discussion show that adolescence is a period where an individual experiences a transition from one stage to the next and experiences changes in both emotions, body, interests, behavioral patterns, and also full of problems. While Juvenile delinquency (juvenile delinquency) is malicious behavior, or crime / delinquency of young people is a social pathology in children and adolescents caused by a form of social neglect, so they develop deviant forms of behavior. For this reason, efforts to prevent juvenile delinquency can be done, among others: (1) Parents must pay more attention, supervision, and affection to children and parents must open two-way communication (listening and open) to children, (2) Giving limits on freedom, (3) Providing religious education to adolescents, (4) Teaching adolescents not to be easily influenced by negative relationships, (5) Providing positive activities to adolescents so that adolescents are busy and do not have time to do things negative things and (6) Providing knowledge about laws that regulate juvenile delinquency and sanctions.

Abstract

Abstract—Indonesian Batik by UNESCO has been designated as Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. since October 2, 2009. In each area batik craft is a regional superior product. At this time the development of batik began to be popular with all circles because it has characteristics, distinctive features and variety. Batik Songsong is a batik with distinctive features made by batik craftsmens in the village of Sewulan, Dagangan District, Madiun Regency. Mentoring for batik craftsmens was carried out from October to December 2018 in 6 (six) batik craftman  in the village of Sewulan. In general batik craftsmens do not understand the use of the internet to trade online so far how to market goods in conventional or offline ways. Batik craftsmen are taught learning online by using Facebook and Instagram social media applications. Batik Craftsmens were introduced and taught how to use Facebook and Instagram applications via smartphones and laptops to trade so that the produced batik Songsong produced were widely known and could achieve increased income. In order for the use of Facebook and Instagram applications to succeed, then batik crafmans need to be monitored continuously. Keywords—:  Characteristics, E-Commerce, Batik Songsong, Sewulan Village.

Abstract

Opak Gambir, or better known as the "semprong cake" community, is one of the leading commodities in the City of Small and Medium Enterprises (IKM) of Kediri. This community service program is a processed business "Opak Gambir" which is made from tapioca flour which is one of the household industries in Kediri City. The purpose of this community service program is as an effort to overcome the problems faced by partners with the following stages: 1) Making a semi-automatic production machine does not need to flip through the Opak Gambir dough and there are many molds in the machine. At present the production that is carried out still uses manual labor so that in producing it is still less efficient it requires a long time and a lot of costs, 2) Providing training and assistance to find out the efficiency of the production used. The result of this service program was to produce a semi-automatic Opak Gambir machine with an electric dynamo for production efficiency so that the business would get optimal profits. Keywords—: Production Machines; Opak Gambir; Production Efficiency.

Abstract

Persons with disabilities are part of citizens who have the same rights and obligations as those who do not have disabilities. But often their existence is less recognized by the community. Lack of access to education, employment and so on makes it difficult for people with disabilities to live a life like normal society in general.According to Law of Republic Indonesia Number 8 of 2016, persons with disabilities are those who experience physical, intellectual, mental, and / or sensory limitations for a long period of time who interact with the environment can experience obstacles and difficulties to participate fully and effectively with citizens. others are based on equal rights. One of the efforts so that persons with disabilities get the rights and obligations in the state is empowered. One form of empowerment is providing various skills training.The community service activities in Simbatan Magetan aim to find out the process of implementing various skills and assistance. Starting from how the implementation of skills training, such as what empowerment is done, how the level of success, as well as what becomes an obstacle in the empowerment process so that it can be independent.These skills training activities are endeavored to provide changes to persons with disabilities, those who were previously helpless became empowered, independent, brave, able to socialize well, even earn income from the skills they made, even though there were several obstacles faced. Keywords—: empowerment; persons with disabilities; independence.

Abstract

LazisMu adalah salah satu organisasi nirlaba yang berkegiatan dalam pengumpulan zakat, infak dan sedekah dari masyarakat. Sebagai salah satu bentuk pertanggungjawabannya adalah dengan memberikan laporan pertanggungjawaban, namun dalam hal pembuatan laporan pertanggungjawaban selama ini adalah tidak adanya tenaga terampil yang mampu menyusun laporan pertanggungjawaban dan keuangan yang sesuai dengan pedoman yang ada. Sebagai bentuk solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi LazisMu, maka perlu diadakan kegiatan pelatihan akuntansi yang berbasis teknologi. Pengenalan akuntansi umum dan khusus, yaitu PSAK 109 serta berlanjut dengan mengadakan pelatihan akuntansi dengan basis software akuntansi. Dalam pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan metode kelas, yang akan diberikan materi tentang akuntansi dan pemahaman akuntansi berbasis teknologi. Selanjutnya akan dilakukan review atas laporan keuangan yang selama ini dibuat dan dibuatkan solusi pemecahannya dalam pelatihan. Setelah dilakukan review maka dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan secara data untuk pembuatan laporan keuangan berbasis teknologi, yaitu dengan mengimplementasikan software accounting yang telah dibuat. Kegiatan ini tidak berhenti setelah diadakan pelatihan, namun dilakukan monitoring dan pendampingan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan dengan implementasi software accounting. Hasil yang dicapai dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini adalah tercapainya peningkatan kapasitas SDM di LazisMu dalam mengelola keuangan dan pertanggungjawabannya.
