Abstract

Abstract— This community service is done by the author in order to carry out one of the tasks of Tridharma as a lecturer, by helping develop Watu Bayang Tourism in Klangon Village, Saradan District, Madiun Regency. The method I use is to provide information to the Klangon village community about the development strategy in increasing tourist attraction, conducting technology training to the community in promoting Watu Bayang tourism through social media and coordinating with village governments, local governments and communities in managing tourism villages in Klangon Village. The result was obtained a strategy to develop the potential of Watu Bayang tourism area so that it could lift the shadow rock tourism area and improve the economy of the Klangon village community. Keywords—: Strategy; Attraction; Tourism.

Abstract

Abstract— The number of MSMEs in Indonesia as of 2016 was 57,895,721 units with a contribution of GDP of 60.34% and absorbing employment of 96.99% with the dominance of micro-enterprises at 98.77% (Barnas, 2016). Behind its large contribution to GDP, MSMEs can be a pillar of a strong economy, but face a pile of obstacles. The problems faced in general and nationally are still around the low quality and standardization of products, low capability and quality of human resources, low ability to improve access to finance, less and minimal product innovation touched by technology, difficult regulation and licensing, difficulties in wider market access and many other obstacles. This was also experienced by SMEs in Glonggong Village, Dolopo Subdistrict, Madiun Regency, where in this village was the center of Tempe Chips craftsmen. Priority there are 3 (three) basic problems faced, namely limited product marketing, Performance Products (product display) that are still very simple, not having a product identity (brand) and capital (not bankable). the solution offered is in the form of socializing the importance of the brand as a product identity, training in the preparation of simple financial reports for MSMEs and strategies to penetrate the broader market through packaging innovation.

Abstract

Abstract— Optimizing Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis) Towards Tourism Village in Karanggupito Village, Kendal District, Ngawi Regency. not to be aware of tourism in its natural potential, do not know the mapping of the area and business of guava and durian products, do not have a way of developing the quality of guava and durian fruit, and the diversification of healthy, hygienic and quality processed products in the context of economic empowerment of villagers. Limitations faced by the community build awareness and mindset of the community on natural tourism owned by the village and the large variety of plants, especially guava and durian trees which are one of the local wisdom possessed by the Karanggupito. Village community. Yodha Tama Youth Organization through integrated approaches, involving various scientific disciplines, every stage of the activity plan always involves citizens as partners and program implementers in an effort to encourage the progress of the village through the superiority of guava and durian as tourist icon icons with the aim of developing a group of people independently both economically and socially in terms of mapping the development and change area of Bukit Argo Munung tourism to become a tourist destination icon in Ngawi Regency. Keywords—: tourism awareness group (pokdarwis); tourism village; bukit tourism argo munung.

Abstract

Abstract— The reading garden as a place for learning activities is still quiet of enthusiasts and visitors. In fact, the reading park should be able to become a supporter to increase new literary characters. Taman Baca must support the out-of-school program curriculum. The village reading park must act as a learning tool for the community. The reading garden must be able to be a source of information that provides resources from books and other reading materials. Village reading parks should have reference materials for learning and academic activities. The reading garden must also be a source of entertainment (recreation) that provides recreational reading material to take advantage of leisure time. The activities carried out in the form of socialization and mentoring of learning in Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM). This program aims to foster reading interest and a love of reading in rural children, thus enriching the learning experience for citizens and adding insight into science and technology. The socialization activities in TBM are about five Basic Principles of Literacy Development and Implementation. While the assistance activities are in the form of applying learning styles with the Fleming Model. Keywords—: TBM; Literacy; Fleming Model.

Abstract

Abstract— MSMEs are one of the importance elements in supporting the national economy. The sustainability of MSMEs must be maintained and developed. For this reason, it is necessary business feasibility studies. Furthermore, more important for MSME entrepreneurs to know is the importance of making simple accountancy. So, making decisions can more easy, comprehensive, and focus. The use of financial report or simple accountancy make easy entrepreneurs of MSME and others partner for analyze that MSMEs performance. This activity use lecture method and making simple accountancy practice directly. The participant of this activity are society of Dempelan village, both entrepreneurs and nonentrepreneurs. This activity had attended enthusiastically society of Dempelan village. It was caused that society got new knowledge about simple accountancy and making business feasibility study. Business feasibility study are very important to thie entrepreneurs, so they know their business position in market and future prospects. Keywords—: Accountancy; MSME; business feasibility study.

Abstract

Abstract— Along with the arrival of the rainy season in October 2018 - April 2019, the awareness of the emergence of Dengue Fever needs to be improved. Several methods for anticipation have been carried out, including by improving environmental cleanliness and holding mosquito spray or Fogging. These methods are considered to be ineffective in breaking the growth chain of Aedes Aegypti, which is the type of mosquito that most spreads Dengue Fever. To prevent infection, the World Health Organization (WHO) has also suggested controlling mosquito populations and protecting people from mosquito bites. This research uses the comparative method of Dengue Fever data in 2015, 2016, and 2017 of Jombang Regency. The data is correlated with average rainfall. Based on observations, the cases of Dengue Fever are repeated every year. The health office must socialize what dengue fever is, what are the symptoms, how to treat it if infected, and how to prevent it. The community needs to improve the cleanliness of the environment and be aware of water reservoirs or puddles if the rainy season. The presence of Jumantik cadres is very urgent and needed. Keywords—: Dengue Fever; rainy season; Aedes Aegypti; cleanliness of the environment.

Abstract

Abstract–  This social service was based on the need assessment of the Hidayatullah Masjid Foundation for developing Hidayatullah Tahfidz Global Islamic Schools. This training was aimed at giving strategic management knowledge enhancement and capacity building for the so-called dewan Asatidz and Asatidziah or Islamic teachers of Play Group, Raudhlatul Atfal (Kindergarten), Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic Primary School), and Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Middle School). The training materials consisted of sector analysis, vision and mission unification, milestone, and implementation strategies and control. This training involved focus-grouped discussion, classical training, mentoring, and academic consultation. This training was evaluated by using 4 levels of Kirk Patrick assessment. Results of this training showed that the increase in the participants’ knowledge level reached 53.30%, and the perceptions of materials suitability, trainer performance, committee performance, and facilities are positive.  Results of The evaluation showed that the participants had strong commitments to implement the training results. The participants had strong beliefs about the positive impact of the training on individuals, madrasah institutions, and the Hidayatullah Masjid Foundation. There needs improvement of time management for the next training. It is advised that this training is followed up by research and further training.

Abstract

Devotion to Society is titled: "Village Financial Management Training using Village Financial System Application in Mendalo Indah Village of Jaluko District muaro Jambi". Given the limited knowledge and skills possessed by village heads, village devices, and members of village consultative bodies in managing village finances as an implementation of Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages and Government Regulation No. 43 of 2014 on Village Law Implementation Regulations that began to be implemented through the State Budget in 2015, it is considered necessary to perform community service through Training to village heads,  and village devices. Through this village financial management training is expected to help the village head, and village devices, can manage village finances properly and correctly based on applicable laws and regulations starting from the preparation of program plans, the preparation of village medium-term development plans (RPMJDesa), preparation of village program activity plan (RKPDesa), preparation of a detailed list of village activities (DRKDesa) and preparation of village revenue and expenditure budget (APBDesa), as well as recording of recipients and expenditures, implementation of APBDesa, accountability report, evaluation and monitoring and completeness and validity of documents.

Abstract

Renah Alai is one of the villages located in The District of Jangkat Jambi Province, The main livelihood of the villagers of Renah Alai is farmers, vegetables and tubers are the most widely grown crops. One of the plants that became the mainstay commodity in this village is Potatoes.The abundance of potato production is the main capital for the downstreaming of this commodity, The absence of potato products carried out by the community in the village of Renah Alai is an innovation that must be done, while the great potential in Potatoes is the initial capital in the downstreaming of potato products. The processing of potato cultivation is expected to keep the price of potatoes stable, the increase in community income, the opening of new jobs and the existence of - by the typical village of Renah Alai which is a tourist destination village.

Abstract

Abstract– Banana fruit is a fruit that has many benefits, ranging from leaves, banana midrib, banana flowers and fruit, including banana peels, because in addition to the fruit which contains many vitamins, banana peel also has a fairly high nutritional and serotonin content. So far banana peels, which are often considered worthless, can also be used to absorb heavy metals, meaning they can purify water. From the benefits of banana peel above, banana peel can be used as a basic food ingredient. Meanwhile, on this occasion the banana peel will be used as the basic ingredient for crackers. The purpose of this activity is to increase the independence of rural community business institutions and to improve the knowledge and skills of women farming communities, especially the "Reksogati" farmer women group located in Sogaten Village, Manguharjo District, Madiun City. The method used is to socialize the benefits of banana peels and conduct training. The results of community service are that processing banana peels into crackers is very easy and saves the environment from waste and has promising business prospects. Banana peel processing can contribute to new innovations in the field of food security so that it can be further developed for future needs.
