Abstract

One of the sectors that pollute the environment is the cosmetics sector. Pay close attention to the packaging and microplastic waste that have been produced. Presently, the cosmetics company Garnier create a Garnier Green Beauty campaign to transform the company and lessen its impact on the environment. Garnier is working to produce cosmetics with more environmentally friendly formulae. By decreasing waste, it will be possible to reduce plastic pollution. This study examines what influences someone to use eco-friendly beauty products and be willing to purchase Garnier products. Quantitative research techniques were used in this investigation. 211 respondents fit the criteria for knowing about Garnier products but had never used them. The results of the study show that the intentions of consumers to make green purchases are significantly influenced by the functional value, social value, and emotional worth of various goods. However, social work has little impact on green trust.

Abstract

The spread of the global pandemic has an impact on the slow pace of development in several industrial sectors, including PT. Sarimelati Kencana, Tbk. is engaged in the culinary sector with the flagship brand Pizza Hut. The company is known as a restaurant that provides Italian-American cuisine in the form of pasta, side dishes, and desserts. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how PZZA implements its business strategy through the concept of organizational design based on the results of the 2020 EGMS to achieve a market position in this new normal era. This writing uses explanatory research with a qualitative approach, with the SWOT Analysis method and the Canvas Business Model. The business strategy used by Pizza Hut (PZZA) is to stay afloat in the face of the impact of a decline. In. people's. purchasing. power. Efforts that can.be made by PZZA are implemented in several business strategies, including redesigning the company's organizational concept through modification of the organizational structure as a supporter of culture within the company, as well as continuing to carry out internal control activities.

Abstract

Literature Review Article Determination of Competitive Advantages: Analysis of Values, Leadership, Supply Chain Management is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Values are related to Competitive Advantages; 2) Leadership is related to Competitive Advantages; 3) Supply Chain Management relates to Competitive Advantages. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous Competitive Advantages, there are still many other factors including vision, six sigma and ISO compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of event marketing on purchase decisions through the purchase interest of the Tokopedia Marketplace at the Tokopedia photocard event. This study took 190 respondent who have participated in the Tokopedia photocard event. The sampling method in this research is using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used to test the hypothesis in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that event marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, event marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase interest, purchase interest has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, purchase interest can mediates the effect of event marketing on purchase decision.

Abstract

Abstract

Prior research or relevant research is critical in a scientific article. Previous or relevant research strengthens the theory and phenomenon of relationships or influences between variables. This article reviews the factors affecting the preparation of performance-based budgets: leadership style, administrative refinement, and sanctions in a literature study of State Financial Management. This article aims to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in future research. This literature review article results are 1) leadership style affects Performance-Based Budgeting, 2) Administrative improvement affects the preparation of performance-based budgets, and 3) resources affect performance-based budgeting.

Abstract

The banking industry certainly has a role to play in the success of this initiative through a sustainable finance program. Sustainable finance is a global trend that represents a new paradigm in the world of banking and other financial institutions that help implement sustainable development. Sustainable development is a development effort based on three directions: benefits, society, and protection of natural resources and the environment. In this study, the authors use traditional methods and the Makassid Shariah Index (MSI) to assess the impact of corporate governance, intellectual capital, and financial performance on sustainable financial practices in the Indonesian Islamic financial services industry. 2017-2021 (5 years). The sample of this research is processed from the annual report data of Islamic banks in Indonesia by using the panel data regression analysis method. Based on this research, the influence of corporate governance, intellectual capital, and financial performance using traditional methods and the Makassid Shariah Index (MSI) is shown in the practice of sustainable finance. The independent variable, GCG, is determined by the composite self-assessment score of each Islamic bank, value added intellectual capital (VAIC), financial performance and return on investment (ROA), net funding (NPF), and the Makassid Shariah Index (MSI) and the dependent variable, sustainable financing, is approximated by the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR). A study of Islamic banks in Indonesia also shows that the GCG, VAIC, ROA, NPF, and MSI variables all have a positive effect on the FSR variable, with an R-squared model value of 0.9959. variables in this study.

Abstract

The fastest growth of information technology and the digital disruption which massively increase brought a huge impact to the banking field to continue their efforts to innovate the products. This research aims to explore whether the quality of the products offered by Bank Syariah Indonesia can improve the quality of its customers. The method that currently applied on this research was quantitative by causal approach. The sample which has been studied were 75 Indonesian Islamic Bank customers who were selected by random sampling technique. The technique chooses to selected the data was through a questionnaire. And These research reveals that an innovative product quality can be a factor that will improve the customer satisfaction area. With this research, Bank Syariah Indonesia is expected to implement and innovate their ultimate digital banking products which kindly difficult to imitate, and have high use value and cannot be replaced by other products, so as to achieve customer satisfaction and sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, every company are required to provide with good performance. The decline in performance of PT. KHMI will be an interesting phenomenon to study. The research purposes was to discover the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership towards the employees performance at PT. KHMI via motivation as a mediator. The research method used was quantitative based on causal relations. The data used were primary data that obtained from observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research sample are consisted of 120 people out of 170 employee populations of PT. KHMI. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling which proceeds by Partial Least Square (PLS) through Smart PLS software version 3.2.8. The results indicates that organizational culture and transformational leadership had a positive and significant influence towards the employee performance at PT. KHMI both directly or indirectly through motivation as a mediator.

Abstract

Factors affecting going concern audit opinions have always been the focus of academic research. This article categorizes relevant previous research in Indonesia and analyzes several variables affecting audit opinion. This article examines the relationship or effect of company size, company growth, and company liquidity on going concern audit opinions, a study of auditing literature. This article aims to build a hypothesis of the effect between variables to be used in further research. This literature study shows the following results: 1) Company size has a negative effect on going concern audit opinion; 2) Company growth has a negative effect on going concern audit opinion; 3) Company liquidity has a negative effect on going concern audit opinion. This article provides a reference for more in-depth research on the factors affecting going concern audit opinions.
