Abstract

This article is motivated by the fact that the existence of the Street Vendor (PKL) profession is a manifestation of the difficulty of work and the lack of jobs. The scarcity of employment due to the consideration of the number of jobs with unbalanced workforce, economically this has an impact on the number of street vendors (PKL) exploding ... The purpose of being a street vendor is, as a livelihood, making a living, looking for a bite of rice for family, because of the lack of employment, this caused the number of traders to increase. The scarcity of jobs, causes informal sector migration job seekers to create an independent spirit, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, with capital, managed by traders who are true populist economic actors. The problems in street vendors are: (1) how to organize, regulate, empower street vendors in the cities (2) how to foster, educate street vendors, and (3) how to help, find capital for street vendors (4) ) how to describe grief as a Five-Foot Trader. This paper aims to find a solution to the problem of street vendors, so that cases of conflict, cases of disputes, clashes of street vendors with Satpol PP can be avoided. For this reason, the following solutions must be sought: (1) understanding the causes of the explosions of street vendors (2) understanding the problems of street vendors. (3) what is the solution to solving street vendors in big cities. (4) describe Street Vendors as actors of the people's economy. This article is qualitative research, the social paradigm is the definition of social, the method of retrieving observational data, in-depth interviews, documentation. Data analysis uses Interactive Miles and Huberman theory, with stages, Collection Data, Display Data, Data Reduction and Vervying or conclusions.

Abstract

Parenting patterns is greatly affect the lives of children and the learning outcomes they obtain at school. This research is qualitative descriptive, where data is obtained from observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis is carried out interactively and continuously so that the data is saturated. The activity of data analysis such as data reduction, datadisplay  and conclusion drawing. From the results of the research can be known that children who have mothers as TKW still get a good parenting pattern from substitute caregivers or from his/her  mothers as TKW  with authoritative care such as not restricting children's freedom to play and learn and giving freedom to act as long as they positive thing. Learning outcomes of  the children who have  mothers  TKW in TK Bajang Mlarak Ponorogo is well developed,include of cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency; (2) to describe the Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency; (3) to determine the influence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) on Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency. The population in this study were residents or community members who were members of the Bansdes Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency, amounting to 75 people. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis techniques in this study are quantitative descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test). The findings of this study are (1) Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency are classified as good; (2) Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency is classified as Good; (3) There is an influence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) on Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency. Keywords—: village-owned enterprise; community welfare.

Abstract

In general, small business leadership in Indonesia adheres to traditional leadership or traditional. The object of this research is Suzuki Magetan's small business leadership in Suzuki's automotive sales, repair and maintenance services, which is based on the Suzuki Leadership Standards combined with traditional leadership. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained through participant observation where the researcher is involved with daily activities of the data source. Suzuki Magetan small business leadership standards based on the Suzuki Leadership Standards and traditional leadership, namely: making a written job description, making a plan of target work (goal setting), data analysis, action plan, following training in communication skills, business English, ESQ leadership, seminars, etc. Result oriented by looking at process oriented using PDCA circulation (Plan, Do, Check, Action).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengkritisi retorika Gubernur NTT, Viktor Laiskodat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif berparadigma kritis karena peneliti berusaha untuk membedah teks berupa pernyataan-pernyataan Viktor Laiskodat. Peneliti menggunakan Analisis Wacana Kritis Norman Fairclough untuk meneliti pernyataan-pernyataan tersebut dari tiga dimensi, yakni teks, praktik wacana dan praktik sosiokultural. Retorika Viktor Laiskodat bertujuan untuk mempersuasi masyarakat NTT agar mengubah kebiasaan dan cara hidup yang lama serta bersama dengan Pemerintah mengatasi berbagai persoalan, seperti kemiskinan, Pendidikan dan kesehatan.

Abstract

Abstract— Covid-19 is a virus that has been struck all of countries in this world, including Indonesia. The pandemic of Covid-19 virus has changed various aspect of human life, especially in education. In this situation, all elements must be able to adopt and continue learning activities. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the various challenges of learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Virtual learning is the most appropriate one to continue teaching learning process even without meeting directly. However, virtual learning model still needs evaluation because not all parents are able to provide facilities which are needed by the students. Therefore, learning techniques that is used must be adjusted with the students’ ability so that teaching and learning activities can run effectively. Keywords—: Covid-19; Pandemic; Virtual Learning.

Abstract

The use of social media today is not only functioned for personal interests, but also for the benefit of groups, organizations, and state institutions in terms of public services as conducted by the Ombudsman RI Bengkulu who utilize social media as a medium of public service in Bengkulu province. It is interesting to study about the new "concept" that is applied in the process of public service, especially one of the challenges that faced by these institutions is the lack of public understanding of the existence of these institutions, so that innovation is basically needed in reaching out to the community and carrying out the role as a state institution with totality in carrying out public services as an objective of the existence of this state institution. This research was conducted to see how the social media was utilized by Ombudsman RI Bengkulu in conducting public services as a form of innovation in public service by Ombudsman RI Bengkulu. The research method was using a qualitative descriptive approach where the research results were analyzed by using the theory of diffusion of innovations. The research subjects in this case are the Ombudsman RI Bengkulu, and the social media users who have accessed the Ombudsman RI Bengkulu social media page, which is proven by digital traces left in the form of likes and comments on the Ombudsman RI Bengkulu Social media. The four elements in the innovation diffusion process show the innovations that applied in the public service process by the Ombudsman RI Bengkulu and how the utilization of these innovations in the public service process by the Ombudsman RI Bengkulu. Innovation in this regard is related to the use of social media as a medium for socialization and raising complaints in the process of public service by the Ombudsman RI Bengkulu. It is said as a form of innovation because the process of public services that is usually done traditionally both directly and through traditional media so that it costs quite a lot, with the use of social media can be done more easily, quickly and efficiently. Keywords—: Innovation; Service; Public; Social Media; Ombudsman RI Gender Bengkulu.

Abstract

In a professional world, organizational communication is one element to support their business activity, the relationship between employees and managers of various line interconnected through communication. One of the problems relating to communication in the organization is generation gap that are confronted by having different perceptions, behavior and character involving employees across the generations in one company. This research going to see the influence of the generational differences between employees was born from generation x and generation y or milenials of different positions positions in companies engaged at consumer goods industry in Surabaya. The research objective is to explain Impact of the existence of the generational difference against the pattern of organizational communication among employees in companies. This research with eksplanative be held with quantitative approach, data collection is gathered through interview with quitionnaire. The result explained that correlation analysis of 17,64% from pearson product moment, it means there is low influence but significant between generational differences and pattern of communication organization. Significance tested of thitung (2,37) > ttabel (1,42), then Hi accepted.

Abstract

To create a good social environment for children, peers are needed, because peers have an important role in creating a social environment that supports the development of children's social behavior. In life among peers there is a social process in which processes influence and influence each other. This research is a descriptive qualitative study, data obtained by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data technique uses triangulation techniques. Analysis of qualitative data is carried out interactively and takes place continuously until complete, so the data is saturated. Activities in data analysis are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification ". From the results of the study, it can be seen that the social behavior of early childhood at Muslimat RA NU 007 Gandu 1 Mlarak Ponorogo develops well which can be proven by the existence of mutual help, mutual respect, mutual cooperation, being able to distinguish between good and bad and being able to be polite. peers are also developing well. The benefits of peer interaction with early childhood social behavior include children can learn to respect others, have an attitude of responsibility, learn to work together, share and care about the conditions of other friends. They learn to empathize and start learning to help friends who are in trouble.

Abstract

Abstract— Aktivitas Selfie yang dilakukan oleh perempuan berjilbab merupakan ranah yang menarik untuk dikaji. Perempuan berjilbab dengan tubuhnya mengusung seperangkat aturan dan norma-norma agama yang menghendaki untuk dipatuhi. Sebagaimana layaknya perempuan yang aktif berjejaring sosial di Instagram maka aksi foto selfie menjadi keniscayaan demikian pula bagi perempuan berjilbab. Tulisan ini mengkaji mengenai praktek mediatisasi tubuh perempuan berjilbab seksi melalui foto selfie dalam Instagram. Pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam tulisan ini adalah “bagaimana praktek mediatisasi dalam foto selfie perempuan berjilbab yang diunggah dalam Instagram dengan hashtag/tagar #jilboob dan #hijaboob?” Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut maka akan dilakukan kajian terhadap akun-akun yang terkait dengan #jilboob dan #hijaboob. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan teori mediatisasi dari Stig Hjarvard. Hasil yang didapatkan terjadi perubahan dalam cara perempuan menunjukkan citra dirinya melalui logika media. Praktek mediatisasi perempuan berjilbab seksi sebagai sebuah fenomena global yang difasilitasi oleh media. Penggunaan jilbab tidak terkait dengan simbol agama hanya sebagai aksesories belaka. Keywords—: selfie; mediatisasi; perempuan berjilbab; seksi.
