This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Ummi method in improving Qur'anic literacy (BTAQ) skills among students at Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) Al Muttaqin, Plelen Hamlet, Sidoharjo Village, Pacitan District. The background of this research is the high rate of Qur'anic illiteracy among children, especially in rural areas, caused by the lack of structured and engaging learning methods. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results show that the implementation of the Ummi method—based on talaqqi-musyafahah (direct transmission), intensive drilling, regular evaluation, and parental involvement—can significantly improve the students’ ability to read the Qur'an. Out of 50 students who participated in the program, 35 successfully read the Qur'an fluently in accordance with the rules of tajwid and makharijul huruf (correct articulation points). These findings reinforce previous studies that support the effectiveness of the Ummi method in non-formal educational settings such as TPAs. Therefore, the Ummi method is deemed suitable for widespread application to eradicate Qur'anic illiteracy within communities

Engagement (khitbah) is an important stage preceding marriage in Muslim community traditions. However, in practice, the engagement period is often misinterpreted as a time of freedom in interactions between prospective couples. This study aims to explore the perceptions of the Maling Mati Village community regarding the phenomenon of free social interaction during the engagement period, as well as the contributing factors and impacts. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that most community members lack a proper understanding of the Islamic legal boundaries during khitbah, resulting in tolerance of unrestricted interaction between engaged couples, which in some cases leads to premarital pregnancy. The main factors behind this phenomenon include low religious literacy, weak roles of families and community leaders, and the influence of popular culture. This study recommends the necessity of value-based education and structured premarital guidance provided by religious and social institutions. Thus, moral values and Islamic teachings can be preserved throughout the marriage preparation process

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the authority of the Judicial Commission (KY) in the enforcement of the ethics of judges in Indonesia and propose an ideal construction to strengthen the authority of this institution. The KY, which is regulated by the 1945 Constitution and related laws, has an important role in maintaining the integrity of judges through supervision and recommendation of sanctions, but is constrained by limited authority that is limited to recommendations to the Supreme Court (MA), which is often not followed up. Through a doctrinal approach and qualitative analysis of primary, secondary, and tertiary data, this study examines the challenges faced by the KY in carrying out its duties, and offers a solution in the form of granting greater authority in imposing direct sanctions on judges who violate the code of ethics. This research is expected to make a theoretical and practical contribution in strengthening a clean and transparent judicial system in Indonesia

Structured Academic Controversy (SAC) is a learning model that develops learners' critical and argumentative thinking skills through structured debates from two different points of view. In learning economics, argumentation skills are important because they train students to think logically, express opinions, and make rational decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the SAC model on improving students' argumentation skills in class X economics subjects at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang. The method used is quantitative with a One Group Pretest-Posttest type Quasi Experimental design. Data were obtained through tests and observations. The results showed that the average pretest score of students was 58.96 and increased to 84.3 in the posttest. The t-test results show that the tcount is 12.144 > table 2.030 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This proves that the SAC model has a significant effect on improving argumentation skills. In addition, the observation of students' activities also showed an increase, namely 75% in the first meeting, 86.9% in the second meeting, and 97.6% in the third meeting, which reflected the effectiveness of the SAC learning model

Improving critical thinking skills is important because it helps students analyze information, make accurate decisions, solve problems logically, and avoid accepting information blindly. This study aims to prove the influence of the student team achievement divisions (STAD) learning model on students’ critical thinking skills in the entrepreneurship subject for 11th-grade students at SMK YP Gajah Mada Palembang. The method used in this research is an experimental method. The target population consists of 125 11th-grade students at SMK YP Gajah Mada Palembang, and the sampling technique employed was cluster random sampling, resulting in class XI.7 being selected as the experimental class. Data collection in this study utilized a test instrument, while data analysis techniques included test result analysis and observation. The prerequisite test used was the Chi-Square test for normality, and the hypothesis testing employed the Paired Sample t-test. The t-test results showed a of 18.74 and a value of 1.699, indicating that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a proven influence of the STAD learning model on students’ critical thinking skills in entrepreneurship. Based on this research, it is expected that students will better understand and retain their learning outcomes, and that learning improvements will continue to be encouraged to further enhance student achievement through active engagement.

Understanding the concept of marketing is an important part of entrepreneurship because it supports business strategy. The Entrepreneurship course aims to equip students with knowledge and skills, including an understanding of marketing. The learning outcomes of the Entrepreneurship course serve as an indicator of the success of learning and the students’ ability to apply the material obtained. This study aims to determine the influence of learning outcomes in the Entrepreneurship course on the understanding of marketing concepts among students of the Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Sriwijaya University, class of 2021. The study used a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The sample consisted of 64 students, and data were collected through documentation, tests, and interviews. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, and hypothesis testing. The test results showed that the value of tcount < ttable or 0.867 < 1.670, which means Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. This indicates that there is no significant influence between the learning outcomes of the Entrepreneurship course and the understanding of marketing concepts among students of the Economic Education FKIP Sriwijaya University, class of 2021. The researcher suggests that future studies consider other variables and more diverse data collection methods to obtain more comprehensive results
