Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of tolerance values in the learning of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) at SDN Sangari, Donggo Pagi Subdistrict. Tolerance values are an essential part of character building for students, especially at the elementary school level, which serves as the initial foundation in shaping attitudes of mutual respect, appreciating differences, and living harmoniously in diversity. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the research were PPKn teachers and fourth-grade students at SDN Sangari. The findings indicate that the implementation of tolerance values in PPKn learning is carried out through the integration of teaching materials, teacher role-modeling, habituation of tolerant behavior in school life, and the resolution of simple conflicts among students. Teachers actively instill tolerance through classroom discussions, educational games, and the strengthening of Pancasila values in daily life. However, several obstacles were encountered, such as limited contextual learning media and insufficient teacher training in developing integrated character education within the curriculum. Nevertheless, overall, the process of instilling tolerance values at SDN Sangari shows a positive impact in shaping students' attitudes of mutual respect and acceptance of differences. The study recommends that teachers act as facilitators of tolerance values by maximizing support from the school environment and parents to foster tolerance from an early age

Abstract

This study analyzes neo -jahiliyah behavior and the challenges of Islamic Education in Mawu Village, Ambalawi District , Bima Regency, as a manifestation of moral and spiritual decline similar to the pre -Islamic era of ignorance, as stated by Sayyid Qutb . The background of the problem includes the degradation of the younger generation due to the lack of religious literacy , which gives rise to phenomena such as drug consumption, alcohol, early marriage, theft, and gambling. The purpose of the study is to uncover neo -jahiliyah behavior, the role of Islamic Education in its transformation, and the challenges faced. The research method is qualitative with a case study approach, using observation techniques, semi-structured interviews with key informants (village heads, traditional leaders, religious leaders, educators, and community), and documentation. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model , with a focus on reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that neo -jahiliyah behavior in Mawu Village is influenced by weak internal supervision, family role models, and materialistic economic orientation, despite efforts from various parties such as village patrols, traditional activities (rawi rasa), mosque prosperity , and teaching of faith and morals in schools. Islamic education plays a strategic role through a holistic approach (family, community, formal) to shape noble morals and spiritual awareness, supported by verses of the Qur'an ( QS . Al-Mujadalah: 11) and theories such as ta'dib al-Attas and Ulwan's tarbiyah . However, the main challenges include a lack of consistent guidance, the influence of globalization, a permissive environment, and minimal synergy between elements of society. The study's conclusion emphasizes the need for a comprehensive, sustainable, and collaborative Islamic education strategy to change neo -jahiliyyah behavior, so that the generation of Mawu Village returns to Islamic values that balance reason, heart, and revelation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of influencers on YouTube social media on gadget purchasing decisions among students of Economics Education at Sriwijaya University. The method used is quantitative associative with data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation on a sample of 77 students. The research findings revealed that influencer marketing has a significant and positive influence, with a contribution of 73.42%. Further analysis shows that influencer credibility, particularly the ability to present specific and transparent product explanations, is a key factor with a very strong percentage (83%). Meanwhile, student purchasing decisions are dominated by rational considerations, where product characteristics (89%) and reviews from other consumers (88%) are the main determining factors, overcoming the influence of mere popularity or trends. Thus, influencer marketing strategies on YouTube are proven effective in shaping purchasing decisions, especially when supported by informative, objective content that focuses on the product's utility

Abstract

This study aims to improve the language skills of children aged 3–4 years through the application of sensory box media at the Anggrek Tegalsono Kindergarten. The problem faced in the learning process is the low ability of children to recognize, pronounce, and understand everyday vocabulary. This study uses a classroom action research (CAR) approach implemented in two cycles, with each cycle including the planning stage, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects consisted of 10 children from a playgroup aged 3–4 years. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results showed that the application of sensory box media can significantly improve children's language skills. Children become more active in speaking, able to name objects, and use simple sentences in everyday communication. Play activities through sensory box media help children connect concrete experiences with language skills. Thus, sensory box media is proven effective in developing the language skills of early childhood at the Anggrek Tegalsono Kindergarten

Abstract

The implementation of Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Palembang City has not been effective and efficient due to the lack of professional human resources and overly complex bureaucratic procedures. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the policy using a qualitative method through documentation studies, in-depth interviews, and observations, applying Edward III's theory, which includes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The findings indicate that the implementation lacks continuous socialization, training, supervision, and evaluation, while the division of tasks among organizational units serves solely to provide specialization and expertise for implementers.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has brought significant transformations in the world of education, including changes in learning methods, evaluation systems, and educational policies. This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities of education in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and to examine its implications based on the theories of constructivism, humanism, and connectivism. This research employs a descriptive-analytical approach through a literature review of various recent studies related to the integration of technology and local wisdom in education. The results indicate that educational transformation in the digital era requires teachers to possess adaptive technological and pedagogical competencies. Meanwhile, the curriculum must be oriented toward strengthening digital literacy, critical thinking, and project-based learning. The integration of local wisdom emerges as an important strategy to preserve cultural identity amid the rapid flow of technological globalization. From the perspective of learning theories, the application of technology in education aligns with constructivist principles that emphasize active and collaborative learning, humanistic theory which focuses on the holistic development of individuals, and connectivist theory that highlights the importance of digital networks as new learning spaces. The implications of this study underscore the need for progressive educational policies, the strengthening of educators’ digital competencies, and the design of adaptive curricula that integrate human values, local culture, and technological innovation. These efforts are essential to realize an inclusive, character-based education system that enhances global competitiveness.

Abstract

This quantitative explanatory study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of the BRAVO application, employees’ competence levels, and employee motivation on the effectiveness of co-production in public services at the Traffic Directorate of the South Sumatra Regional Police. The results of the regression analysis reveal that, partially, the variables of employee competence and motivation have a positive and significant influence, while the implementation of the BRAVO application has not yet shown an optimal effect due to limitations in digital capabilities. However, simultaneously, the three independent variables are proven to have a significant influence on the formation of a co-production model, as measured through the indicators of co-assessment, co-design, co-commissioning, and co-delivery. These crucial findings confirm that the success of public service transformation based on co-production requires integral synergy between technological frameworks, high-quality human resource capacity, and sustainable work motivation within a holistic service ecosystem.
