Abstract

The foundation is part of the lower structure that functions to transmit the superstructure load to the soil base which is strong enough to support it and is usually dominated by the allowable settlement limit, in order to avoid danger to the superstructure. This study aims to analyze the bearing capacity and settlement of driven pile using analytical methods and Finite Element Method using Plaxis software. This study compares variations settlement and axial bearing capacity of piles with 300 mm, 400 mm, and 500 mm diameter. Based on the results obtained, the bearing capacity of the driven pile with plaxis is 20.25 – 26.63% higher than the calculation using the Schmertmann method. In terms of settlement, the results obtained are 3.37 mm for the D 300 mm, 3.29 mm for the D 400 mm, and 3.21 mm for the D 500 mm. All three settlement are still within safe limits.

Abstract

The growth of human needs is closely related to construction projects. Construction projects must be handled professionally and with quality management to achieve what you want. This development allowed the emergence of obstacles during project implementation. This research aims to determine the quality, time, and cost factors that determine the success of a construction project. The questionnaire for this study was administered to 31 people directly involved in the project. The analysis used in this study uses the ranking analysis of the most dominant average/mean value. The results of the analysis show that the most dominant factor influencing the success of a construction project is an accurate price estimate with a mean value of 3.61. Based on the quality is administrative documentation with a mean value of 3.45, and the expertise of the operator of each equipment with a mean value of 3.45. based on time is the Schedule plan with a mean value of 3.77. Analysis of the relationship/correlation between cost, quality and time on the success factors of construction projects shows that the magnitude of the correlation coefficient (r) between cost and quality is 0.534, with a significance or probability of 0.002, cost and time of 0.436. which has a significance or probability of 0.001 and time and quality of 0.532 which has a significance or probability of 0.049.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The rainy season of river water discharge / times often experiences an increase in the capacity of water volume derived from the intensity of rainwater. This often has the impact of damage to the right and left of the river flow / times and sediment buildup at several locations through which it passes. The study was conducted to find out the upstream capacity of tirtonadi rubber weir after the implementation of the flood management of Surakarta Package – 3 based on the parameters of physical condition assessment and simulation with HEC-RAS 5.0.3 software. Primary data collection by requesting images of work or as built drawing for long sections and cross sections directly to the contractor while to obtain secondary data about river conditions, rainfall, water level and AWLR data of Bengawan Solo River obtained from data from BBWS Bengawan Solo and data from BPSDA Bengawan Solo. The design debit calculation method uses the Nakayasu HSS method. And the results of the Q50 calculation in the results of simulations conducted with HEC-RAS 5.0.  The results of the analysis show that the maximum flood discharge of Kali Pepe obtained from rainfall on December 15, 2020, it is known that the discharge capacity of the Kali Pepe Q50th river is 998.39 m3/s. Adding the capacity of the upstream Kali Pepe river to 673.39 m3/s from the capacity of the old upstream Kali Pepe river of 325 m3/s. Abstract

SMK Negeri 3 Balikpapan is a SMA/SMK equivalent level school that has the most classroom facilities in the entire City of Balikpapan. However, there was some damage to the classrooms caused by several factors such as the age of the building, natural factors, planning factors and others. So that the quality of the building will certainly affect the condition of the classroom and the comfort of the classroom users. Based on these problems, the solution that can be done is to carry out maintenance of the classroom building in order to maintain the function of the classroom and the condition of the classroom building remains functional and provide a sense of security and comfort for classroom users. This study aims to determine the building components that need to be reviewed for maintenance of the classrooms of SMK Negeri 3 Balikpapan, especially those that affect the condition of the classrooms and the comfort of classroom users, namely for students and teachers of SMK Negeri 3 Balikpapan. The method used in this research is to conduct a literature study, a preliminary survey by conducting observations and interviews with experts in the field of building construction and analysis using the calculation of item scores on the cut-off value of the building maintenance variable indicators. The results of the analysis show that the cut-off value obtained is 3.30 points with 14 relevant maintenance variables and indicators affecting classroom conditions and classroom user comfort, including architectural components (X1) with 6 indicators, structural components ( X2) with 2 indicators, mechanical components (X3) with 2 indicators, electrical components (X4) with 3 indicators and outdoor building components (X5) with 1 indicator. Then there is the variable indicator of classroom maintenance which has a level of relevance with the highest score obtained on the indicators of ceiling maintenance (X11), door and window maintenance (X12) and wall maintenance (X22), with a score of 4.4 pointsKey words: Building Maintenance, Classrooms, Classroom Users

Abstract

Nowadays, the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method is still a hot topic in the world of construction. However, the use of the BIM method has only been used by large projects in Indonesia. In this study, the use of the BIM approach method was applied to the Type 45 House Development Project in Teluk Betung, Bandar Lampung City. This research aims to calculate the Budget Plan (RAB) using Sketchup with the help of the Quantifier Pro extension. The results obtained in this study are in the form of 3-dimensional image modeling using Sketchup, recapitulating the amount of the budget, and making a project schedule. This study concludes that the total cost calculation obtained using the Sketchup Quantifier Pro extension is Rp. 192,228,579 with the time needed for 16 weeks.

Abstract

Berdasarkan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Data angka kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia menunjukkan peningkatan. Kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada tahun 2020 adalah sebanyak 221.740 kasus, dan di tahun 2021 menjadi sebanyak 234.270 kasus, naik 5,65% dari tahun sebelumnya. Penerapan safety induction dan mekanisme penggunaan APD merupakan prioritas bagi keselamatan  pekerja. Akan tetapi, pada pelaksanaan di lapangan, masih saja terdapat pekerja yang tidak  mengikuti aturan yang sudah ditetapkan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel Jenjang Pendidikan, Tingkat Jabatan dan Pengalaman bekerja pada penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di pembangunan proyek konstruksi Gedung Resto Apung Muara Angke Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metodelogi Kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui riset lapangan, kuisioner, pengutipan langsung dan riset kepustakaan. Teknik statistika yang digunakan saat analisa data adalah uji validasi, uji reabilitas dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis  penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel pendidikan, jabatan dan pengalaman bekerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel K3, dengan nilai relatif level Jenjang Pendidikan Sebesar 25,08%, Tingkat Level Jabatan sebesar 30,93%, dan Pengalaman Bekerja sebesar 43,99%. Penerapan K3 pada pembangunan proyek konstruksi Gedung Resto Apung Muara Angke sudah dilakukan dengan baik ditunjukan dengan adanya program  sosialisasi K3, penerapan rambu keselamatan dan spanduk K3, penerapan APD, prosedur Job Safety Analysis (JSA), dan Identifikasi Bahaya, Penilaian dan Pengendalian Risiko (IBPR) yang  dilaporkan ke manajemen, sehingga untuk selanjutnya penerapan K3 perlu dipertahankan dengan terus melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi berkala.

Abstract

The service quality of Tanjung Karang Station is said to be good if service users are satisfied with the services obtained as expected. This study aims to identify the level of satisfaction of service users at the Tanjung Karang Railway Station. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The questionnaire was prepared according to the guidelines of the Minister of Transportation Regulation concerning SPM no.48 of 2015. To measure the level of satisfaction of service users on various factors related to Tanjung Karang station services, the Im-portance Performance Analysis (IPA) method was used. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis using the IPA method, it was concluded that the highest quality of service was the factor (facilities) question variable P6, overall the facilities provided by the train were adequate (com-plete and functioning properly), namely 121.50% of this question variable was considered very satisfactory because it has exceeded the percentage > 100%. While the lowest service quality is the factor (Security) question variable P14 lighting in the station 83,97% of this question variable is considered to have met the level of satisfaction because it has exceeded the percentage of 80-100%. The average value of service user satisfaction at the Tanjung Karang station is 96,81%, from this value the service quality of the Tanjung Karang station is considered satisfactory. With a satisfactory service quality value, service quality greatly influences service user satisfaction at the Tanjung Karang Railway Station. Abstract

This research aims to identify opportunities for modal selection between Feeder Train and Bandung Local KRD as a continuation mode for KCJB passengers from Padalarang Station to Bandung City. This research is aimed at prospective passengers of the Highspeed Railway Jakarta-Bandung (KCJB) who will later choose between the Feeder Train and the Greater Bandung Local KRD as the next mode of travel from Padalarang Station to Bandung City. The survey was carried out by distributing questionnaires online to 384 respondents and processed using the binomial logit method. It was found that based on the analysis results in BIOGEME 3.2.11, the probability attributes of cost, travel time and waiting time between trains/headway for both modes were obtained, the probability for choosing the KA Feeder is greater if the utility value is large and vice versa, the probability of selecting the KA Feeder is smaller if the utility value is small. The highest probability value for choosing the Feeder Train is 94% in scenario number 4, whereas in this scenario the probability value for the Greater Bandung Local KRD is the smallest, namely only 6%, therefore the Feeder Train Mode is a mode that has greater opportunities for the Jakarta Fast Train Bandung as an advanced mode of travel from Padalarang Station.

Abstract

The potential for daily trips made by students in DKI Jakarta reaches 3.8 million trips per day, or equivalent to one-fifth of all daily trips in DKI Jakarta. This study aims to look at the factors that influence student decisions when choosing school travel modes. The research sample was 573 public high school students in Central Jakarta with stratified random sampling. The method of analysis uses descriptive statistics and Multinomial Logit (MNL) with the variables stated and stated preferences. Factors that significantly influence the choice of mode of preference by public high school students in Central Jakarta are age, school level, pocket money, motorized vehicle ownership and driver's license, free bicycle facilities, Safe Routes for School facilities, school bus travel time, time spent on public transport, and private vehicle costs. The resulting model is able to influence the dependent variable by 41.4%, while the other 58.6% is influenced by independent variables outside of this study. The school zoning policy was able to convince 59% of students to switch modes to walking, while the free bicycle facility policy and RASS convinced 57.46% of students to switch modes by bicycle on school trips. Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara kepulauan yang besar dengan total 13.466 pulau. Dengan begitu, setiap kepulauan di Indonesia memiliki garis pantai di setiap daerah atau pulau. Salah satu pantai yang berada di Kota Batam adalah Pantai Bahagia. Berdasarkan pengamatan, diketahui bahwa pantai ini mengalami masalah akresi pantai. Peristiwa ini dapat mempengaruhi lalu lintas ferry di dekat area pantai. Selain itu, pantai ini juga tidak memiliki struktur pengaman pantai. Hal ini menyebabkan pantai ini terancam oleh bahaya abrasi dan ombak di masa depan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang struktur perlindungan pantai berdasarkan data relevan yang diperoleh. Struktur perlindungan pantai yang dirancang akan mencegah abrasi pantai yang terjadi semakin parah. Metode penelitian ini adalah metodologi kuantitatif, dan beberapa analisis data dilakukan seperti pembentukan angin mawar, metode admiralty untuk analisis pasang surut, analisis perubahan garis pantai dan model sistem titik untuk pemilihan struktur pantai. Hasil perhitungan dalam perancangan struktur Jetty adalah tinggi bangunan dermaga 4.574 m ~ 5 m dengan berat lapisan batuan adalah 97,08 kg. Lebar puncaknya adalah 4 m dengan lapisan pelindung selebar 3.845 m. Gaiter dibuat dengan lebar 1,69 m dan tingginya 5 m. Rencana anggaran yang diperlukan untuk membangun struktur adalah Rp2.332.200.000,-. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diterapkan di wilayah pesisir lain di Indonesia.
