Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Stock Price, Stock Return, Stock Trading Volume, and Return Variant on the Bid-Ask Spread of Stocks in Textile and Garment Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2020. The stock price used is the stock price recorded at the end of each closing period (closing price), stock returns are measured using the difference between returns on the research day and before the study divided by returns on the day before the study, stock trading volume is measured by the number of shares traded at the time of the study. t is divided by the number of shares outstanding at the time of the study, the variance of stock returns is measured using the standard deviation, and the bid-ask spread is measured by the difference between the selling price and the purchase price divided by the difference between the selling price and the purchase price divided by two. The population in this study is 17 textile and garment companies listed on the IDX. Based on the purposive sampling method, a sample of 16 companies was obtained with 309 data. This research data is obtained from the company's monthly data from 2019 to 2020. The results of the analysis show that stock prices and stock trading volumes affect the bid-ask spread, while stock returns and return variances do not affect the bid-ask spread. Meanwhile, simultaneously, stock prices, stock returns, stock trading volume, and return variance affect the bid-ask spread. This research data is obtained from the company's monthly data from 2019 to 2020. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence that the determination of a stock portfolio using a single index model can provide optimal returns compared with the determination of stock portfolio using a random model. The sample in this research is 25 shares joined in SRI-KEHATI selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used the average test for two independent samples (Mann Whitney Test (U Test)). The results showed that the determination of the stock portfolio using a single index model can provide optimal return compared to the determination of the stock portfolio using random model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variety and number of seeds on plant growth and yield in a sustainable agricultural cultivation system and to understand the interaction between variety and number of seeds on plant growth and yield in a sustainable agricultural cultivation system. This research design uses a qualitative approach, which is a research procedure and understanding based on a methodology that identifies a social phenomenon. This reseach study used the qualitative design. It is a constructivist paradigm in which reality is produced in context and social life, is exploratory, theory and development in the field, and depends more on data gathering in the field to expose the actual situation in the field. The result of this research were Analysis of the Interaction between Varieties and Number of Seeds on Rice Growth Using the Ciherang variety combined with the number of seeds 6 stems per clump, it is recommended to use the number of seeds 2 stems per clump when using the Mekongga variety. The second findings of this research were Rice Plants as Sustainable Agriculture via Cultivation and Conventional Approaches can be applied in a variety of agricultural areas throughout Indonesia. A business partnership through vertical consolidation is formed by using the appropriate business partnership strategy to encourage the development of agribusiness in rural areas.

Abstract

Background : Cervical cancer is one of the main problems in women's health in the world, including Indonesia. According to the 2018 Global Cancer Observatory from the World Health Organization (WHO), the most common cancer cases in Indonesia are breast cancer, which is 58,256 cases or 16.7% of the total 348,809 cancer cases. Cervical cancer (neck of the womb) is the second most common type of cancer in Indonesia, with 32,469 cases or 9.3% of the total cases. Objective: To determine the risk factors associated with early detection of cervical cancer using Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (IVA) ) in women of childbearing age in the Work Area of the Ternate City Health Center for Siko Treatment. Methods: This research is a quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional design. Data collection was carried out from December 2020 to January 2021. The population was all patients who underwent examinations at the Maternal and Child Health Polyclinic (KIA) at the Siko Care Health Center in Ternate City as many as 227 patients and a sample of 145 female patients of childbearing age from January to September 2020. Techniques sampling is simple random sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate with chi-square test. The research variable consists of the dependent variable, namely early detection of cervical cancer, while the independent variables are knowledge, husband's support, access to information and culture. Results: Shows that age (46.9%), knowledge of VIA (50.3%), attitude (55.2%), husband's support (52.4%), access to information (62.1%), culture (51.7%), Support Officer (48.3%), early detection of cervical cancer IVA method (55.2%), while the bivariate results include: Age (0.000, OR=19,011; CI=8.095-44,647), knowledge (0.001; OR=2.86; CI=1.563-18.367), attitude (0.000; OR=215.524 CI=53,456-868.955), husband's support (0.002; OR=1.448 CI=1.688-11.933), access to information (0.000; OR=2,294; CI=1,574-15,976), culture (0,003; OR=2,202 CI=1,648-10,717), health worker support (0,000; OR=27,111 CI;11,023-66,680). Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge, husband's support, access to information and culture with early detection of cervical cancer against the IVA method. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that the relevant agencies, namely the Siko Health Center, always improve health education to the community, especially mothers and husbands regarding early detection of cervical cancer through various media tools including leaflets, posters, flipcharts and other media. Through this counseling, it is hoped that the community will be more interested and understand the material presented more quickly

Abstract

The presence of Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages, has brought new hope for the birth of efforts to increase the capacity of the community of BuluhDuri Village, including for. Efforts to increase the capacity of the youth of Buluh Duri Village are carried out by the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Buluh Duri Mandiri (BUDUMA) through the development of Rafting TourismUnit. This research was conducted to find out the influence of empowerment consisting of enabling, empowering, andprotecting the capacity of the youth of Buluh Duri Village in the development of BUMDes BUDUMA Rafting Tourism Unit. This research was conducted with quantitative approach through a survey on a sample of 38 respondents. Data analysis is performed using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the partial analysis using the T test showed that the three independent variables tested, namely enabling, empowering, and protecting had a positive and significant influence on the variable capacity of the youth of Buluh Duri Village. The results of the analysis conducted simultaneously using the F test showed independent variables consisting of enabling, empowering, and protecting simultaneously significantly affect dependent variables, namely capacity in the youth of Buluh Duri Village.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of brand ambassadors and prices on purchasing decisions for Android phones through consumer buying interest. The approach in this study is associative with the data analysis used is path analysis. The population and sample in this study were 147 respondents who were selected by accidental sampling. The results showed that (1) brand ambassadors had a positive and significant effect on buying interest, (2) price had a negative effect on buying interest, (3) brand ambassadors had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) price had a negative effect on purchasing decisions, (5) brand ambassador has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest, (6) price has a negative effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of youth in Bah Butong Village,Sidamanik Subdistrict, Simalungun Regency in the Improvement of The Program of Business Entities Owned by Bah Butong Village, Sidamanik Subdistrict, Simalungun Regency. This research focuses on the role that has been done by the youths in Bah Butong Village, Sidamanik Subdistrict, Simalungun Regency in improving the program of Bah Butong Village Owned Enterprises in Sidmanik Subdistrict, Simalungun Regency. In Bah Butong Village there are BUMDes that focus their activities in the field of services, namely party equipment rental, trade, livestock, small industry, ATV rental services, keyboard rental, village transportation rental. For the development of BUMDes institutions, it is necessary to improve programs involving youth, communities and the simalungun district government. The method used in this study is descriptive method with qualitative approach. This study took primary data through informants and secondary data from related agencies, namely the Head of The Youth Sports and Tourism Office Kabupaten Simalungun,Chairmanof KNPI Simalungun,and Head of the Central Statistics Agency of Simalungun Regency, .The results of the research showed that the role of youth of Bah Butong Village Sidamanik Subdistrict Simalungundalam in the Improvement of BUMDes Bah Butong Program to market ponot waterfall tourism for regional development is with youth acting as social control, moral strength and agent of change where the role is influenced by internal factors, namely: finance, poor management, lack of support from the elderly and lack of control over every activity bumdes Bah Butong and external factors, namely: low level of education, lack of awareness in managing existing natural potential well and natural disasters

Abstract

Human life in the natural world could not live alone. To achieve the goal of living together, the man will always interact with each other in society. Communication and information to be very important in communicating. Communication in the community can be done both verbally and non-verbally. Communication in non-verbal considered more timeless than verbal communication. One of the non-verbal communication which is carried out by the public is in the form of a building. Solo is a work of architecture that has a message non-verbal information from the king to his people. One part of the building of the Palace Solo that has the message information is on the door of the gate of the Kori Apit. With the method of approach to the interpretation of the shape of the marks found on the door of the gate of the Kori Flank and linked with the culture of the people of Java, then obtained the meaning of the information message that is very wise of the king that is delivered to his people.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a disease that can cause complications of other diseases so that the treatment to be given becomes more and this has the potential for interactions between drugs that can affect the physiological condition of the patient. The aim of this study is to analyze the potential of oral antidiabetic interactions on prescription at Kumpulan Pane Hospital. Analysis of potential oral antidiabetic interactions on a prescription using quantitative research methods is retrospective descriptive. Prescriptions used are inpatient and outpatient prescriptions for the period January-December 2020 that get oral antidiabetics. Analyze data using Medscape and Drugs.com sites. Based on analysis of 9.818 prescription sheets of diabetes mellitus patients, there were found 6.454 (65.73%) prescription of potential oral antidiabetic interactions. Potential interaction of an oral antidiabetic group of 10.759 (91.45%) drug, the pattern of interaction mechanisms most often is pharmacodynamic 73.25%. The most common type of oral antidiabetic drugs that have potential interactions is the biguanide group (metformin) 36.76%. The severity of the most frequent interactions was 92.21%. The conclusion of the potential interactions oral antidiabetic are still found in prescriptions that is 65.73% at Kumpulan Pane Hospital. Abstract

Family planning is a strategy to reduce maternal mortality, especially mothers with 4T conditions. Counseling plays an important role in achieving quality family planning services. A balanced counseling strategy (SKB) began to be developed and adapted for use in 2016, to strengthen postpartum family planning counseling services (KBPP). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Family Planning Balanced Counseling Strategy (SKB-KB) on the choice of contraceptives at Kassi-Kassi Community Health Center Makassar City. The type of research used is Quasi Experimental (quasi-experimental). This study conducted an intervention in both groups by assessing before and after treatment / counseling. One group intervened with the SKB-KB method, while the other group intervened with the ABPK method. Data were analyzed using the chi square test with a significance level of p <0.05. The results showed that the SKB-KB method had an influence on the choice of contraceptives between the intervention group and the control group (p: 0.0008; ? 0.05).
