Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang penentuan lama kalsinasi kalsium karbonat CaCO₃ dari batu kapur Tanjung Karang Kabupaten Donggala. Kandungan sampel hasil karakterisasi menggunakan alat XRF dan XRD. Hasil karakterisasi menggunakan alat XRF, kandungan unsur CaO (kalsium oksida) setelah kalsinasi selama 4 jam terlihat bahwa batu kapur memiliki presentase CaO terbesar pada penelitian ini yaitu 98,83% yang berarti terjadi keseimbangan ideal antara lama kalsinasi 4 jam dan suhu kalsinasi 950ºC. Sedangakan lama kalsinasi 5 jam persentase kandungan CaO menurun yaitu 98.11% dan untuk 6 jam persentase sebesar 97.87%. Hal ini karena kandungan senyawa CaO mulai mengalami perubahan menjadi senyawa lain sehingga persentase kandungan CaO berkurang. Pencocokan hasil analisis XRD dengan software Search Match memperlihatkan bahwa sampel CaO memiliki sistem kristal trigonal (heksagonal axes) dengan nilai konsatanta kisi pada 4 jam a=b=4.8120 Å dan c=5.3270 Å,untuk 5 jam sebesar a=b=4.94100 Å dan c=16.8540Å, dan untuk 6 jam sebesar a=b=4.9870 Å dan c=17.0580 Å. Sedangkan untuk perhitungan teori mendapatkan hasil konstanta kisi untuk sampel yang dikalsinasi pada 4 jam sebesar a=b=1.6649 Å dan c=5.9679 Å, untuk 5 jam a=b=2.0613 Å dan c=1.7971 Å dan untuk 6 jam a=b=0.6102 Å dan c=2.1138 Å. Abstract

The "Melati" Joint Business Group is a group of women's skills including the "Meronce" craftsmanship whose members consist of women in Dolok Merawan Village, Dolok Merawan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province. The results of the 2018 community service program for this business group have shown quite encouraging results, in which this joint business group has been able to increase its organizational capacity and be able to improve its "meronce" handicraft skills by producing products of economic value. However, the "Melati" Joint Business Group is experiencing difficulties in marketing its handicraft products, because so far the method of selling products is still conventional, and they have not been able to market their products online. This community service activity aims to train the "Melati" Joint Business Group in relation to the online marketing strategy of the "Meronce" handicraft products. To achieve these objectives, the service methods used are lecture and discussion techniques, training on the promotion of handicraft products online by providing promotional tools, namely smartphones and equipment, and strengthening group organizations with on-line marketing strategy training. The results of the service activities show that KUBE Melati members already have the ability to market their craft products online such as Facebook and WhatsApp, and there are even consumers who order online. This is enough to motivate them so that they do not feel left behind by the progress of Information Technology in marketing their handicrafts. But they still hope that the service team can provide assistance for them in accordance with the progress of the Information Technology

Abstract

Aktivitas penambangan pasir di Pantai Labu, Kabupaten Deli Serdang dinilai menimbulkan kerusakan lingkungan seperti abrasi dan merusak biota laut. Hal ini memicu timbulnya konflik sosial masyarakat yang perlu untuk dikaji terutama terkait penyebab konflik atau resistensi sosial masyarakat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus pada konflik sosial masyarakat pesisir terhadap adanya penambangan pasir laut di Pantai Labu, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam dengan para pemangku kepentingan serta observasi lapangan. Sedangkan, data sekunder didapatkan dari dokumen instansi terkait sebagai penunjang data primer. Penyebab terjadinya konflik sosial masyarakat yaitu perbedaan antar individu dalam hal pemahaman dan reaksi terhadap masalah, perbedaan kepentingan dimana pelaku usaha mengutamakan keuntungan sedangkan masyarakat mengutamakan kerusakan lingkungan yang berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan masyarakat. Selain itu juga perubahan sosial dalam hal musyarawah desa. Penyebab terjadinya konflik masyarakat pesisir penambangan pasir laut yaitu perbedaan antar individu, kepentingan, dan perubahan sosial.

Abstract

The presence of Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages, has brought new hope for the birth of efforts to increase the capacity of the community of BuluhDuri Village, including for. Efforts to increase the capacity of the youth of Buluh Duri Village are carried out by the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Buluh Duri Mandiri (BUDUMA) through the development of Rafting TourismUnit. This research was conducted to find out the influence of empowerment consisting of enabling, empowering, andprotecting the capacity of the youth of Buluh Duri Village in the development of BUMDes BUDUMA Rafting Tourism Unit. This research was conducted with quantitative approach through a survey on a sample of 38 respondents. Data analysis is performed using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the partial analysis using the T test showed that the three independent variables tested, namely enabling, empowering, and protecting had a positive and significant influence on the variable capacity of the youth of Buluh Duri Village. The results of the analysis conducted simultaneously using the F test showed independent variables consisting of enabling, empowering, and protecting simultaneously significantly affect dependent variables, namely capacity in the youth of Buluh Duri Village.

Abstract

This service research aims to introduce scientific publications to participants in order to understand the form of scientific publications. Service research activities carried out by lecturers and students of the Mathematics Education Study Program in the form of socialization which took place face-to-face at the As'adiyah Sengkang Islamic Boarding School, involving 21 MTs / MAS As'adiyah Sengkang teachers. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire through google form, then the data obtained is analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this service research are considered useful, especially in the personal and professional lives of participants, and after participating in the socialization, participants will conduct research and publications.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational climate on performance. This research was conducted at the Bone Regency Education Office for three months, using a survey research method from May to July 2021. The population in this study were all employees at the Education Office of Bone Regency, as many as 135 people. The results showed that 1) job satisfaction consisting of salary, work itself, promotion, supervision, and organizational climate consisting of responsibility, identity, warmth, support, conflict simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) salary is a variable of job satisfaction factor that has a positive and significant and most dominant influence on employee performance; 3) warmth is a variable of organizational climate factor that has a positive and significant; 4) successive variables based on their influence on employee performance are salary, warmth, promotion, job description, identity, conflict, responsibility, support, and supervision.

Abstract

The impact of the ongoing digitization of population administration services on regional development planning through the population utilization system is expected to become a common ground for closing various gaps in efforts to optimize data utilization. This gap is the focus of the study so that improvements can be made in the future. This study examines from various sides, starting from recording and documentation, data publication, data development, data utilization, ease of use of data, quality of data information, to the reliability of data administration. In addition, we also tried to dig deeper into the respondents' knowledge of population information systems, user data needs, and what data can be collaborated between agencies. Utilization of population data that is easy and valid is needed in an effort to accelerate regional development performance in solving various urgent problems at hand and in the long term. Valid planning cannot be presented if the data used in planning is not valid. Planning that responds quickly to changes in social conditions is difficult to realize if there is no ease in terms of data access. The validity of the data in question is not only talking about the suitability of recorded population events with the actual situation, but also how the recorded data is able to describe the actual number. Up to this point, the ease of access to data for users to be used in relation to their field of work is expected to give rise to higher quality planning. The Medan City Population and Civil Registration Service as the implementing agency in charge of population administration affairs has taken a step forward in building a digital-based population data system. Efforts to optimize performance are continuing, and this study is an endeavor that is expected to add energy to population administration administrators in supporting the established vision and mission of Medan City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan sarana bantu pemanduan dan citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan di pelabuhan dumai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitaif dengan pendekatan survey. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Pelabuhan Dumai dengan waktu penelitian selama 2 bulan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pelanggan yang aktif menggunakan jasa pelayanan kapal di Pelabuhan Dumai sebanyak 55 perusahaan. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, maka jumlah sampel penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 55 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, sedangkan sumber data menggunakan data primer. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Penggunaan Sarana Bantu Pemanduan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan di Pelabuhan Dumai. 2) Citra Perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan di Pelabuhan Dumai. 3) Penggunaan Sarana Bantu Pemanduan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Pelabuhan Dumai. 4) Citra Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Pelabuhan Dumai. 5) Kepuasan Pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan di Pelabuhan Dumai. 6) Penggunaan Sarana Bantu Pemanduan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan peran sebagai pemediasi parsial di Pelabuhan Dumai. 7) Citra Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan peran sebagai pemediasi parsial di Pelabuhan Dumai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis manajemen hubungan pelanggan, citra perusahaan dan tarif pelayanan jasa terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitaif dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pelanggan shipping line PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim sebanyak 60 pelanggan. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, maka jumlah sampel penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, sedangkan sumber data menggunakan data primer. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, sedangkan Citra Perusahaan dan Tarif Pelayanan Jasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim. Kemudian, secara simultan terbukti bahwa Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan, Citra Perusahaan dan Tarif Pelayanan Jasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai koefisien determinasi R2 atau R Square sebesar 0,355. Hasil ini berarti bahwa variabel Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan, Citra Perusahaan dan Tarif Pelayanan Jasa memiliki hubungan dengan Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim sebesar 35,5%, dan sisanya 64,5% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab yang lain diluar model.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematika siswa dengan mengembangkan LKPD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kelayakan LKPD, proses pembuatannya, dan pengaruh penerapan LKPD terhadap literasi matematika siswa. Penelitian dan pengembangan model ADDIE merupakan metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Angket kebutuhan guru dan siswa, lembar validasi LKPD, dan teknik tes (Post-test) merupakan instrumen yang digunakan. Partisipan penelitian adalah siswa SMPN 05 Satap Pulau Maya. Luaran dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah LKPD, produk jadi. Model ADDIE terdiri dari  lima tahap, yaitu Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi, digunakan untuk memandu proses pengembangan. Validitas LKPD diperoleh dengan kategori valid, dengan rata-rata kelayakan LKPD sebesar 89%. Kemampuan literasi matematis siswa berada pada tingkat sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil post-test dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 88,89%. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, LKPD, Literasi Matematis
