Abstract

Every Institution of Government, the better it Organizations and Institutions urgently need and understand the importance of Human Resources to be developed, in an attempt to achieve a competitive advantage, which is an important asset for the organization in the process of planning strategic. Anatan and Ellitan (2007:16). This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of research conducted included the study of the cause-and-effect (causality). The purpose of the research is to analyze the factors that significantly influence work stress like environmental factors, organizational factors, and individual factors on the employees of Industry and trade of West Sumbawa District . Methods of data collection in this study using Census Method. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research that environmental factors, organizational factors and individual factors partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on work stress of employees of the Department of Industry and trade of West Sumbawa District , is evident from the results of the t test each independent variable is large dinandingkan from the t table, and the value of F calculated is greater than F table. Individual factors, is the dominant variable affecting the job stress of employees in the Department of trade and Industry of West Sumbawa District , is known based on the results of the t value which is the largest when compared with the results of other variables.

Abstract

The development of environmentally friendly vehicles is currently a global trend among car manufacturers. This is in addition to being triggered by regulations from countries that have committed in the 2016 Paris agreement to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and save fossil-based fuels that will run out, considering that fossil fuels are a type of non-renewable natural resource. For this reason, the global automotive industry has begun to produce electric cars, which are referred to as renewable energy sources, and to reduce carbon emissions. Because this electric car is a new product, researchers are interested in knowing how someone is buying an electric car. One of the elements that influence a person's buying interest is the price. Besides the price, buying interest is also influenced by promotion. With the proper promotion, it can encourage people to buy. Therefore, this study wanted to examine the effect of price and promotion on buying interest mediated by brand image. Sampling using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling with criteria for the general public living in Jabodetabek who already have a car and can buy a car. Data analysis in this study used a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square. This study found that price, promotion, and brand image had a significant and positive effect on buying interest. Brand image mediates significantly and positively the relationship between price and promotion on purchase intention.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is the means to communicate company goals with the direction to be taken to achieve goals to stakeholders or parties who have decisions in the company. So as the marketing strategy is a very important value to be applied by service and non-service companies to remain competitive.The purpose of this study was to identify and understand the implementation of marketing strategies in manufacturing companies. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the type of case study research on the object of research using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique using the SWOT analysis technique (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat).The results showed that through the EFAS (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) analysis, a total score of 2.95 was obtained and the IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) analysis obtained a total score of 2.25. This strategy focuses on efforts to maintain the capabilities of the company and use them to seize the opportunities that exist. Market penetration and product development are strategies that are usually applied by companies in this position.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical data about whether or not there is a relationship between sales promotion costs and sales volume and how much influence the promotion costs have on sales volume at the company. In this study, the documentation method was used in data collection, then proceeded to the analysis process using correlation and regression analysis.The population in this study is the total cost of sales promotion and sales volume at the company. Due to the limitations of time, cost, manpower, and so on, the researchers took samples, namely sales promotion costs, and company sales volume, between 2018-2020.Based on the results of the analysis for three years, it was obtained that r XY = 0.718 with N = 36 and a significant level of 0.000, obtained r table = 0.708. This shows r xy> r table, which means that r XY is significant and Ha is accepted. Because Ha is accepted, there is a positive and significant relationship between Sales Promotion Costs and Sales volume at convection companies. Furthermore, the influence of Biya promotion on sales volume can be seen on the determinant coefficient (R 2) where it is mentioned in a row in 2018; 2019; and 2020 is 0.675; 0.554; and 0.507. this shows that the average annual promotion costs have an effect of more than 50% on the company's sales volume.

Abstract

Employment recruits of an organization have not improved the standards of selection so that the resulting workforce does not meet the qualifications for the jobs offered. This phenomenon also applies to cooperatives as business organizations. Co-operatives are one of the forums that are quite developed in increasing their business. Currently, the existing human resources are managed simply, the function of personnel management is charged as Manager as the manager of the cooperative. The recruitment process is the earliest stage in personnel management, so if it is ignored it can disrupt the company's performance.The purposes of this study are 1) To find out the labor recruitment process that has been implemented so far. 2) To find out the existing workforce recruitment process. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely as a research process that produces qualitative data in the form of written or spoken words from the observed person or actor.The results showed that the recruitment process in cooperatives was carried out in a simple but complete and selective manner. The process includes forecasting work needs, selection, an orientation that is still simple but complete enough and based on criteria, standards, or specifications for the real needs of the existing job or position. Recruitment sources are utilized optimally so that professionalism is established. The cooperative uses criteria in the Indonesian economy, namely in the form of workforce skills which include moral and physical health, reason (good knowledge), education and training, work perfection.

Abstract

This study has a purpose to determine the implementation of performance appraisal to assess employee performance conducted at PT. XYZ Sampling is done by using the census technique, namely taking samples from the total population. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Then test the validity and reliability to test the data requirements. The weighting of the questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used a correlation test and t-test (hypothesis test).From the research results, the implementation of work performance to assess employee performance is carried out based on the work performance form with an assessment based on a rating scale. Employee performance has been included in the "good" category. This is known from the majority of employees who have assessment results with scores that fall into the good category. Employee performance has also produced good results. It was concluded that there is a strong and positive relationship between work performance and employee performance. It is known from the acquisition of the value of r = 0.722. A positive and strong relationship means that if the work performance variable increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. Vice versa, if there is a decrease in the work performance variable, it will be followed by a decrease in the performance variable.

Abstract

The development of world life, in general, encourages people to move towards the era of globalization which increasingly demands an increase in the standard of order in various ways.This research is a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, the data used are primary and secondary data, with interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques, while the data analysis method uses descriptive analysis, because in this study the author describes the leadership style and employee performance at College.The results of the study indicate that the leadership style in the economics faculty at a university is a selling leadership style because in the economics faculty the task is very high and the relationship is also very high and the leadership always provides direction and explains the results of decisions. And also the leadership style at the Faculty of Economics because his leadership puts forward good relationships and high examples and very maximum and optimal tasks.Employee performance can be said to qualify as a good employee because the employee has been conducting in the accordance job description of each and they also work following the standards of quality, quantity, and time standards set by the faculty. However, in terms of working time discipline, more serious attention must still be needed. This can be seen in the data obtained by researchers.

Abstract

In this study, the researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods with case study research on the object of research using observation, interviews, and documentation methods, data analysis techniques using SWOT analysis techniques (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) combined with IE Matrix to determine the position company.The results showed that the company uses a special tariff strategy and effective communication with customers. The IE Matrix analysis shows the company's position at a growth rate through horizontal integration, meaning that the company has the opportunity to expand the market, improve facilities, or merge with other companies in the same industry. From the results of the SWOT analysis, alternative strategies are obtained, namely: a) increasing the company's competitiveness and, b) competitive pricing policies with competitors that are adjusted to market prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the loyalty of consumers who buy rice in Pekanbaru City. The method used is the survey method for households in Pekanbaru City, which consists of 12 Districts which are divided proportionally based on BPS data in 2020. The sample in this study is 240 households, based on the field survey results obtained for consumer characteristics are at 84.00% of the productive age ranges from 15 - 35 years old. For educational characteristics, 63.41% of undergraduate consumer education (S1) covers various fields of science. Then for the characteristics of income, it is found that as much as 6.92% of consumer income is 2,888,564 or equivalent to MSEs. Whereas for the type of work obtained as many as 57.4% have a livelihood / job as private employees. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of consumer loyalty are not yet at the level of loyal buyers because the loyalty pyramid value of Switcher buyers is still above 50% and the value of committed buyers is still very small, namely 26.67%. The level of loyalty of rice consumers in the city of Pekanbaru is not yet at the level of loyal buyers because in the loyalty pyramid the value of Switcher buyers is still above 63%, which is 56.61% with the frequent category and the committed buyer value is also very small, namely 49.72% with the non-category. like, for the value of Liking The Brand and Satisfied Buyer, which is 100% with the very satisfied category. And the Habitual Buyer value is 96.66% with the category agree.

Abstract

Femoral fracture is continuity disconnected of the femoral shaft occurring due to direct trauma (traffic accidents, falls from the height), and it is usually experienced by the adult males. Fractures of this area affects heavy bleeding and impacts the shock. This study aimed to find out whether there is the influence of pre-operative health education to the self-concept improvement on femoral fracture patients At Haji Medan Hospital of North Sumatera Government in 2021The research type used was Quasi Experiment design. This study used one group pre-test and post-test design. The research location was at Haji Medan Hospital of North Sumatera Government in 2021. The population were all femoral fracture patients having treatment at Haji Medan Hospital of North Sumatera Government. Based on RSU Haji Medical record data, there were 30 patients in July- December 2020. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The total sample were 20 femoral patients.The outputs described that there is a significant correlation between pre operative health education and self-concept improvement on femoral fracture patients At Haji Medan Hospital of North Sumatera Government in 2021. The value is p < ? as 0.000 < 0.05. It is proved that pre operative health education to be effective in improving self-concept on femoral fracture patients At Haji Medan Hospital of North Sumatera Government in 2021.The suggestion of the study is required to be applied by medical practitioner in the hospital, particularly the nurses providing the nursing care to the femoral fracture patients and support the patients in overcoming the anxiety of the disease by maximizing the existing social supports.
