<![CDATA[This study discusses the role of brand image in mediating service quality and promotion of car purchase decisions on credit during the Covid-19 period at PT Maybank Indonesia Finance. This research was conducted by using the probability sampling method with the type of simple random sampling. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 Maybank Finance consumer respondents in DKI Jakarta and Tangerang. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. It can be said, good service quality will affect the decision to buy a car on credit at Maybank Finance. The promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. It can be said that the company's promotions will influence the decision to purchase a car on credit at Maybank Finance. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on brand image. Good service quality will form a good brand image in the minds of consumers. The promotion has a positive and significant influence on brand image. If the promotion is increasing, it will affect the company's brand image. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. A good brand image will influence the decision to buy a car on credit at Maybank Finance. Brand image is also proven to have a role in mediating service quality on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[Bank soundness is the ability of a bank to carry out normal banking operations and is able to fulfill all of its obligations properly in ways that are in accordance with applicable regulations.This study aims to determine the comparison of the soundness level of the bank using the CAMELS method and the RGEC method at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk for the period 2017-2019. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source used is secondary data.The results of this study indicate that (1) the soundness level of the bank at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk for the 2017-2019 period using the CAMELS method in the predicate "Very Healthy", (2) the soundness level of the bank at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk for the 2017-2019 period using the RGEC method in the predicate "Very Healthy", (3) comparison of the soundness of the bank at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk 2017-2019 period by using the CAMELS method and the RGEC method shows that there is no difference in the results of the analysis because the two methods both obtain the predicate "Very Healthy".]]>

<![CDATA[This Arduino-Based Automatic Fish Feeding Tool is a tool that serves to make it easier to care for fish in the aquarium, especially the feeding. The purpose of making this automatic fish feed tool is to explain about the automatic fish feed tool. The ability of this tool is that it can provide feed automatically with the given time plan is feeding 2 times a day and for the amount of feed dose adjusted to the number of servo motor rotations, namely 1 rotation of 150?, resulting in a feed dose of 10 Grams. With the working method using the Arduino IDE application and with the Arduino Uno working system, a command coding is given which is combined with the Uno shield board then jumper to the RTC DS3231 so that it can show the time very accurately and update the time data in real time.]]>

<![CDATA[The frame is the main component of the chassis that functions to withstand shock, pressure and vibration when operating on the road. The chassis frame is made of SS400 material which has a good level of strength to withstand static loads, the Frame Chassis formation process uses a cold working process. This writing aims to determine the production process of the Frame Head on the Frame Chassis category 3 as well as knowing the machines used in the Frame Head production process and knowing the total tonnage required for the 400 ton Stamping machine in the blanking and piercing process on the Crossmember 0101 part, from observations that have been made. it was done that to carry out the Frame Head production process on Frame Chassis category 3, through the process of forming material or forming with the blanking, piercing, and bending methods using a 300 ton to 500 ton stamping machine, then continued with the unification process using a GMAW welding machine ( Gas Metal Arc Welding), then continued with the painting process using powder coating with the dipping method for 2 minutes, and in the Crossmember 0101 forming part process using a 400 ton Stamping machine, the total tonnage of the blanking and piercing cutting force was obtained on the Crossmember 0101 part (added with backup/strippin style g force) is 470.069 Tons.]]>

<![CDATA[Financial statements delivered in a timely manner are useful in analyzing and making decisions in the economic field that can contribute to national economic growth. The timeliness of a financial statements on the results of the audit report can also affect the value of the financial statements. This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of leverage, company size and company age on audit delay. The conduct of the research was conducted on twenty Large Trading Companies during the period 2015-2019 which totaled 100 data. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially leverage had a positive and insignificant effect on audit delay, the company size had a negative and insignificant effect on audit delay, while the company age had a negative and significant effect on audit delay.]]>

<![CDATA[The Community Health Center (Puskesmas) does not yet have special facilities for treating medical waste such as hospitals. Hospital/Puskesmas waste and waste generated by hospital activities and other supporting activities. Make a machine that destroys waste injection equipment equipped with a knife made of SKD as a plastic syringe destroyer. Design of a syringe crushing machine in the form of needles and syringes, Analyze the von misses stress received by the frame structure of the syringe crusher, Analyze the displacement by the load received by the frame structure of the syringe crusher, Analyze the safety factor of the frame structure of the crusher syringe. Analyzing using solidworks 2016 software, the results obtained are the maximum value of von misses, displacement, and safety of factor from the lower frame of the syringe waste crusher machine. Von misses stress obtained in the analysis using Solidworks 2016 gets a value of 48.54 Mpa in software calculations, while in theoretical calculations it is 48.01 Mpa. The percentage of errors calculated by software and theory is 1%. The displacement obtained in the analysis using Solidworks 2016 software is 0.34 mm in theoretical calculations of 0.35 mm. The percentage of errors calculated by software and theory is 2%. The safety factor obtained in the solidwork analysis gets a value of 4.7 ul (upper limit), while the theoretical calculation is 5.2 ul (upper limit) which means this frame is declared safe when the engine is operating.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the joint and partial effect of the price earning ratio, current ratio, net profit margin, and debt to equity ratio variables on the stock prices of companies listed on the LQ-45 Index of the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period. The research sample is companies that fall into the LQ-45 stock category, namely 45 companies for the 2016-2018 period using normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests as classical assumptions using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis show that the research variable has a significant effect on stock prices in companies in the LQ-45 Index category of the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2016-2018 period and the partial test results show that the price earning ratio variable has no significant effect on stock prices, the current variable ratio and affects stock prices. net profit margin significantly affects stock prices and the debt to equity ratio variable significantly affects stock prices in companies in the LQ-45 Index category of the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2016 - 2018.]]>

<![CDATA[Intense competition between finance companies makes each must apply the best strategy to become a winner. This study aims to analyze the direct effect of pricing rate and word of mouth (wom) on purchasing decisions and indirectly mediated by trust, as well as the direct influence of trust on purchasing decisions. The population of this study is consumers who have purchased a car on credit at Maybank Finance in the West Java area, which consists of 4 city branches, namely: Bandung, Bogor, Cirebon and Karawang, both those that have been paid off and those that are still running. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using non-probability sampling technique with quota sampling method. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results show that all hypotheses are proven to have an influence on pricing rate, word of mouth (wom) and trust on purchasing decisions, and it is also proven that trust is able to mediate the relationship between these variables.]]>

<![CDATA[Quality control has to design in educational institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of quality control of education at the International Standard Madrasah Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto, East Java. This research is qualitative research with a single case study model. The participants involved are 1) kyai, 2) madrasa heads, 3) vice coordinators of Madrasas, 4) ustadzor teachers in Madrasas, 5) students, and 6) alumni. The data collection process is 1) in-depth interviews; 2) participant observation; and 3) documentation studies. Data analysis data used l) data reduction, 2) data display; and 3) conclusion drawing/verification. The finding shows that the quality control process at the International Standard Madrasah Amanatul Ummah includes, 1) monitoring of activity programs is carried out in a coordinated and responsible manner; 2) a series of evaluations carried out intensely; 3) carry out control of order and program implementation continuously; 4) activity report in written form in the form of reporting and verbally in the form of directions; 5) carry out continuous monitoring. While transcendent control is a form of inherent supervision that is embedded in the religious spirit of each person relying on the Substance of the Almighty Creator. The control of improving the quality of education carried out by the Amanatul Ummah International Standard Madrasah is internal and transcendent control.]]>

<![CDATA[The importance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to help businesses acquire new customers, retain existing ones and maximize their lifetime value. This paper discusses the role of Customer Relationship Management in 4 bank units and the need for Customer Relationship Management to increase customer value by using several analytical methods in CRM applications. This paper attempts to identify the technological revolution witnessed by commercial banks and to what extent it has benefited banks to build better customer relationship management (CRM) services between public sector banks and private sector banks. The purpose of this study is 1) to analyze customer opinions about bank CRM in relation to service quality management. 2) To find out the customer's opinion about the bank's CRM on customer relationship management. This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data will be collected by distributing structured questionnaires to conventional banks (Private and Government). Secondary data will be collected from records published by the financial services authority (OJS), standard textbooks and published research papers, and through web information. The primary data required will be collected from 6 banks in Bengkulu. In addition to collecting information from banks, it also collects information from the general public who have bank accounts.]]>
