Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the low quality of education graduates in Indonesia, not yet optimal in the management of education programs, human resources, finance, institutions, and school accountability, learning in Islamic boarding schools is carried out outside school hours allowing for deepening and improvement. an education system that is not a boarding school, because with this system student learning becomes more focused, qualified and adequate, the supervision of educational staff programs has not been carried out optimally, the application of modern management in boarding schools is not optimal so that it has implications for the quality of graduates. The purpose of this study was to determine the activities carried out in planning, organizing, evaluating, the obstacles encountered and solutions to overcome the obstacles. This study uses a qualitative method based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation. This study uses the main theory, namely the management theory of GR Terry. The results of the study show: 1) In planning the integration of the National curriculum and the Islamic Boarding School curriculum to improve the quality of graduates in Islamic boarding schools. through a series of analysis processes, drafting program plans, socialization, financing, and documentation with a bottom-up-top-down or top-down-bottom-up approach, which implies a change in the management paradigm 2) In the implementation of the integration of the National curriculum and Islamic boarding school curriculum to improve the quality of graduates in Islamic boarding school. through the steps of socializing plans, program plans, technical plans, implementation, monitoring, and supervision with a bottom up - top down approach which has implications for the achievement of educational goals and improving the quality of educational outcomes; 3) In the evaluation of learning carried out through self-evaluation, quality internal audits education programs, teacher competency evaluations, management review meetings, and external audits of the quality of education programs; 4) Constraints in the form of differences between the academic year and the budget year, unpreparedness to accept changes in the management paradigm, and lack of knowledge and experience in the management of Islamic Boarding Schools have an impact on the low quality of education and the weak competitiveness of institutions. 5) Solutions, in the form of integrating all school components, compiling all school guidelines, upgrading human resources and all supporting facilities, and building organizational culture and partnerships with implications for the obligation to improve institutional competitiveness, institutional performance, outputs, and outcomes. The conclusion in this study, management of the integration of the National curriculum and Islamic boarding schools to improve the quality of graduates at Islamic boarding schools in South Tangerang City, Banten Province, through the stages of planning, implementation and evaluation is not optimal because there are still weaknesses in management and Human Resources and support from Islamic Boarding Schools.

Abstract

Covid-19 has an impact on the economy, where ADB decreased with estimates in Asian Developing Countries by 3.0 ppts to 2.2%, and for ASEAN by 3.7 ppts to 1.0% (ASEAN, 2020). In addition, one of the indicators that shows that the occurrence of stock market movements, can be seen through the country's stock price index. The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI), which is one of the benchmarks for the Indonesian stock market, on March 5, 2020 was at 5,638.13 and experienced a low on March 24, 2020 at 3,937.63. This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, exchange rate, and TVA on the stock price index in the basic and chemical industry sectors, which in this case uses data in the period January 2020 -June 2022, namely the period where the stock price index of the basic industry and chemical sectors shows a downward trend in April 2020 and November 2020. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling samples so that 64 Companies in the Basic and Chemical Industries Sector were obtained listed on the IDX. The data analysis technique used in this study uses descriptive statistical analysis to describe the data that has been collected. The results of the study for the F test showed that inflation, exchange rates and TVA had a positive and significant effect on the stock price index. While the results of the t-test show that inflation has a positive and insignificant effect, the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on the stock price index, and TVA has a negative and insignificant effect on the stock price index.

Abstract

The global community is faced with a number of problems such as the climate crisis. The coastal area is one area that is vulnerable to abrasion and the impact of the climate crisis. Sedari Village is one of the areas on the coast that has the risk of abrasion and climate change. Therefore, PT Pertamina Patraniaga Cikampek BBM Terminal carries out a coastal area development program through planting mangroves and foster parent trees. Community empowerment activities aim to map the activities needed for environmental restoration. Within the framework of management science in general, activities consist of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Within the framework of management science in general, activities consist of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Based on community empowerment activities, it is concluded that coastal area development activities through mangrove planting and OTAP initiation have a high urgency value. then the activity is a collaboration between communities based on academic, industrial, community, government and media groups.

Abstract

presenting relevant information. Obstacles in the accuracy of the submission of financial statements can certainly affect the market's response to the financial statements presented. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect audit delay, including company size, leverage and profitability. The implementation of the study was carried out on thirteen Large Trading Companies during the 2017-2021 period which totaled 65 data. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially the company size has a significant effect on audit delay, leverage has a significant effect on audit delay, while profitability has no significant effect on audit delay.

Abstract

The waters of Kanan is the waters are very widespread in , this area is densely populated, so there are many community activities that take place such as Transportation, Fisheries, Bathing, sand Mining and other.The purpose of this study is to determine the role of macrozoobenthos as a bioindicator of water quality in the waters of Kanan Tapanuli Selatan , as well as determine the quality of water in the flow of the waters Kanan physical properties, chemical has. The research was conducted from November 2019 to February 2019, the samples taken from the three research stations. From the results obtained Macrozoobenthos in the identification in this study consisted of 3 Phyla of invertebrates namely : Annelids, which consists of 2 classes, Arthropods consisting of 1 class and Molusca, which consists of 1 class. Based on the data of macrozoobenthos obtained at each research station, then the obtained value of population density, relative density and frequency of presence of that at station I the value of its highest density is Tubifex sp. with the value of the density of the population of 18,519 individual/m2, the density is relatively 25,862% and the frequency of the presence of 55,555%. off at 3. at station 2 the highest density is Tubifex sp. with the value of the density of the population of 18,519 individuals/m2, relative density 25,862% and a frequency of 55,555%. also note that the total score obtained by the method storet, namely -30, this shows that if connected with the raw water quality of class I is then classified in the waters of class III, which means that light polluted. The high total score method storet on the entire research station due to the presence of a variety of activities at each of the stations, settlements, sand mining and other activities. Where these activities produce waste, which in the end increases the content of Phosfat, COD, TSS and BOD5, thus causing the waters of the Waters of Kanan is light polluted.

Abstract

Benthos are organisms that live in the bottom of the waters, either animal or plant, living on the surface and in the bottom of the waters. This study aims to determine the diversity of Macrozoobenthos in the River Aek Buru. The study began in May 2021 to June 2021. Sampling of macrozoobenthos done using a Surber net. based on differences in the substrate at the base of the river. Macrozoobenthos found in the Aek Buru consists of two Phyla, namely the Arthropods and Mollusks. Phylum Arthropoda are found is of the class of Insects belonging to the genus Hydropsyche, Polycentropus, psephenus, Dryops, Anthopotamu, Acroneuria and Triops. The phylum of Mollusks that are found are from a class of Bilvavia included in the Genus Corbicula and of the class of Gastropods of the Genera Melanoides and Melanatria. The abundance of macrozoobenthos of the highest on each of the stations is Polycentropus (66,67 ind/L) and Potadoma (266,67 ind/L). The abundance of macrozoobenthos of the highest found is Melanatria by 622,2 ind/L. Based on the value of the Index of Diversity (H) (0,367 – 0,602) the index of dominance (C) (0,132 – 0,386) and the evenness (E) (0,367 – 0,602) River Aek Buru in the category good condition with high species diversity. Physical and chemical factors of the water body capable of supporting life macrozoobenthos.

Abstract

Sediment Microbial Fuel Cell (MFC) is a technology that can convert chemical energy into electrical energy through the process of nutrient degradation by microbes. Sediment taken from the bottom of shrimp ponds was added as a source of microbes, while fish and shrimp wastewater were used as a source of nutrients for microbes. This study aims to measure the performance of the SMFC system on fish effluent and shrimp effluent to produce bio-electricity while reducing the waste load. The research method was experimental laboratories. The treatment given was the different types of electrodes, namely zinc-copper and aluminum-copper. In addition, 0.2 M KMnO4 electrolyte solution was used. This study consisted of four stages: the manufacture of nutrients from fish and shrimp wastewater, the manufacture of a dual chamber MFC bioreactor, the measurement of electrical values, and the analysis of waste quality. Experiments were carried out for 30 days by measuring electricity every 24 hours. The average value of electricity generated in the nutrients of fish wastewater with Zn/Cu electrodes was 0.705 V and Al/Cu was 0.472 V. Meanwhile, the average value of electricity in shrimp wastewater nutrients with Zn/Cu electrodes was 0.630 V and Al/Cu was 0.625 V. The number of colonies after adding sediment in the shrimp wastewater sample were 8.9 x 106 CFU/mL, the fish wastewater sample was 9.5 x 106 CFU/mL. It indicates the presence of microorganisms that play a role in the SMFC system

Abstract

Business actors in the construction sector in the pre-pandemic period showed good performance, the projects obtained were on target, contract values rose, and operating income increased, until stable liquidity there was no minus, so, before the pandemic, projects were planned according to their schedules, the right targets, to the appropriate cost plan, but after the pandemic, hence the emergence of the government's policy on diverting the project budget for disasters (Covid 19), where this policy is called budget refocusing, the regulation is contained in the 'Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 87 / PMK.07 / 2020'. During the pandemic, construction work can hinder the implementation of the proposed project to show declining performance. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence consultants in construction management activities and also to find out the impact of government policies on budget refocusing on construction project planning. Data collection was carried out by survey through a questionnaire, the respondents to this study were those in a Surabaya consulting company that was directly involved in the field of building construction that was affected by budget refocusing. As for the results of factor analysis in the correlation analysis test, one factor that significantly influences consultants in construction management activities is the factor of high labor wages with a correlation of 0.709. And for the impact of budget refocusing on construction project planning on cost factors, where the indicator is the untimely payment with a test value of 4,369.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing is very important for lecturers in implementing the tri dharma of higher education. By sharing knowledge, it will create creative ideas and innovations for lecturers. This study aims to find out how the behavior of sharing knowledge of polytechnic lecturers. Research on the knowledge sharing behavior of polytechnic lecturers has never been carried out. The research sample was 200 lecturers at the first six polytechnics in Indonesia. The behavior of sharing knowledge is seen from three factors: knowledge donating, knowledge collecting, and technology. The data was processed using LISREL 8.80. The results of the research are the dominant dimension in supporting the sharing of lecturers' knowledge. Polytechnics lecturer also tend to collecting more knowledge than share knowledge. This can be due to the lack of motivation of lecturers to share and competition. For this reason, polytechnic university management needs efforts to improve the culture of knowledge sharing among lecturers.

Abstract

This research explores and focuses on customer perceptions, because there is still a lack of research in knowing the relationship between customer perceptions of products and retail stores. Data collection by interviews, questionnaires, and observations on Panasonic AC retail customers. This study tries to examine the influence of the dimensions of customer loyalty which are influenced by the dimensions of Customer Based Brand Equity (CBBE), Company Reputation and Product Quality. This research is associative, with a quantitative method approach. The research was validated using SPSS-26 with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that CBBE and product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, the company's reputation partially has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty. Whereas CBBE, Company Reputation, and Product Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. From the results of this study, it was also concluded that there is a tendency for loyal customers to not guarantee that they will recommend the products they buy to others. Product (brand) selection recommendations are also more influenced by salespeople in retail stores where customers will buy products. From this research, it was found that the novelty of customer perceptions of company reputation has no effect on customer loyalty, especially for retail store customers.
