Abstract

The digitization of the government system began with the declaration of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) by President Jokowi in August 2018. The Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE) implemented SPBE by building a Customs Excise Information System and Automation (CEISA) as its main service application, followed by the establishment of other applications other independent applications in the respective regional DGCE Work Units. The breakdown of the CEISA system in July 2021 caused a sizable national loss. To implement the SPBE and anticipate the occurrence of the same damage, KPPBC TMP A Tangerang built several independent applications to support customs and excise services, including Applications in the Tangerang network (SiJagger), Tangerang Customs Email (BeTa), Customs and Excise Service Email (PKC), Treasury Email, and Tangerang Certificate of Origin (SKA) Counter Email. To simplify the number of existing standalone applications, the SiJagger V2 application was created at KPPBC TMP A Tangerang as a replacement so that only one application is sufficient. This research aims to determine the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) of SiJagger V2 users, analyze the Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM) factors of these users for the SiJagger V2 application itself and to find out what needs to be improved to increase the readiness of the SiJagger V2 users. The data in this research were extracted using a quantitative method with data collection methods in the form of online questionnaires to 134 company respondents using SiJagger V2 in the supervision area of KPPBC TMP A Tangerang. Structural Equation Model (SEM) use as data analysis technique with SmartPLS program. The results from statistical test showed that the TRI index of SiJagger V2 users is included in the Low Technology Readiness category. The results showed that the TRI variables that affected the acceptance of the SiJagger V2 application at KPPBC TMP A Tangerang included the Optimism (OPT) and Innovativeness (INN) variables which had a significant positive effect, while the Discomfort (DIS) and Insecurity (INS) variables had a significant negative effect. Variables of TRAM that affect acceptance of SiJagger V2 application at KPPBC TMP A Tangerang include the variables Perceived ease of use (PEU), Perceived usefulness (PU), and Behavioral intention (BI) which have a significant positive effect, which is explained as follows: (1) OPT has positive significant effect on PEU, (2) OPT has positive significant effect on PU, (3) INN has positive significant effect on PEU, (4) INN has positive significant effect on PU, (5) DIS has negative significant effect on PEU , (6) DIS has negative significant effect on PU, (7) INS has negative significant effect on PEU, (8) INS has negative significant effect on PU, (9) PEU has positive significant effect on PU, (10) PEU has positive significant to BI, (11) PU has positive significant effect on BI. Results of this research are expected to be used as an evaluation of SiJagger V2 KPPBC TMP A Tangerang to be better so that SiJagger V2 users get customs and excise services faster and respond better, have a better experience in accessing information so that they are satisfied with the services provided by KPPBC TMP A Tangerang and increasing state revenue in the field of customs and excise.

Abstract

Credit card abuse and fraud in credit card transactions pose a serious threat to financial companies and consumers. To overcome this problem, accurate and effective fraud detection is essential. In this study, we propose an approach that combines HDBSCAN (Hierarchical Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise), UMAP (Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection), and SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique) methods to detect fraud in credit card transactions. The HDBSCAN method is used to group transactions based on their spatial density, allowing identification of suspicious groups of transactions. UMAP is used to reduce the dimension of transaction data, thus enabling better visualization and more efficient data analysis. In addition, we use SMOTE to overcome class imbalances, namely differences in the number of fraudulent and non-fraudulent transactions. In our experiments, we used. In this experiment, we used a dataset of credit card transactions that included both fraudulent and non-fraudulent transactions. The experimental results show that the proposed approach is able to detect fraud with high accuracy. The HDBSCAN method is able to effectively identify suspicious groups of transactions, while UMAP helps in better understanding and visualization of data. The use of SMOTE has successfully overcome class imbalances, resulting in more balanced fraud detection results between fraud and non-fraud. The results of this study show that the combination of HDBSCAN, UMAP, and SMOTE methods is effective in detecting fraud in credit card transactions. This approach can help financial companies identify suspicious transactions with high accuracy, reduce fraud losses, and improve the security of credit card transactions.

Abstract

We are unable to survive without technology in today's entirely digital environment. Especially when managing corporate activities that depend on technology, hardware or software can be used in the technology. This business manufactures items out of mild steel. The prioritized products include roof trusses, building frame columns, and metal roof tiles. This business uses soft steel elements to provide three applications to support online sales. But because the organization has yet to conduct any testing, there are still a lot of faults or problems, making it necessary to manually assess the mobile application until a scenario report is generated and the testing findings are implemented. Scenario photographs and error sections make up the data that was collected. Based on this, the application's quality has been assessed to determine the correctness, comprehensiveness, and standard of the software used in the Metalmens Application. However, the system's quality still needs to be discovered. The McCall method is used as the measurement technique in this investigation. According to the McCall Method results, the quality of Metalmen Applications is solid, scoring 84%, with dependability scoring 84% and reliability scoring 62%. Dependability is the best indicator, scoring 84%.

Abstract

Clinic is a health service facility that organizes individual health services and provides basic and/or specialist medical services. If the clinic does not use a computerized system, it will hamper the patient handling process. Obstacles were found at the Rantauprapat Internal Clinic Clinic, including patient registration which was still done manually with patients having to fill out paper forms directly to the clinic, not having a queuing system for treatment, medical record management which was still manual by handwriting. This can take a lot of time in the data search process. The purpose of this application is to facilitate daily operational activities in clinics that run quickly and precisely, as well as medical data management to be more accurate (minimizing human error). The analysis method uses the Soft System Methodology (SSM), and the system development method uses Extreme Programming (XP). This website-based application uses the PHP programming language which is supported by the MySQL database. Based on blackbox testing, all features can run/100% valid. This information system helps the work process in the clinic to be faster, documenting structured medical records, reducing paper use, and facilitating activities in patient care.

Abstract

In meeting their daily water needs (bathing and washing), the majority of the people of South Kalimantan (South Kalimantan) have been using river water and peat well water, as is the case for fresh water fisheries. However, the water used is cloudy and smells because it is water that is polluted by household waste, and of course it shows the quality of the water that is still being debated for the process of fish cultivation. In the process of cultivating freshwater fish, the standard mechanism is still used, namely by making tarpaulin ponds for fish ponds and river water as a medium for fish cultivation and the process of providing feed. In the process there are several things about water quality and conditions, and several other issues, namely about water circulation, temperature, humidity, pH and oxygen regulation of fish pond water. Fish excrete waste from leftover feed and metabolism which contain lots of ammonia (Effendi, 2003). Fish excrete 80-90% of ammonia through osmoregulation processes, feces and from urine. To produce quality pond water as a medium for fish cultivation, it is necessary to have a proper and good water filter. This study aims to obtain the best filter substrate in increasing the growth and survival of freshwater fish fry reared using polluted river water in a tarpaulin pond with a recirculation system. The filter method used in this study was an experimental method using one factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatment levels and three replications. The treatments applied were P0 = Zeolite, Charcoal, Japmate, Bio Foam, P1 = Bamboo, Charcoal, Japmate, Bio Foam, P2 = Bioball, Charcoal, Japmate, Bio Foam and P3 = Bioring, Charcoal, Japmate, Bio Foam. The resulting data were analyzed for analysis of variance (ANOVA), then continued using the BNT test with 95% and 99% confidence intervals. From the results of the study, the measurement results obtained were for the specific growth rate test (SGR) of 1.15%, the survival test (SR) of 86.66% and the feed conversion ratio test (FCR) of 3.10%. While the supporting parameters are water quality, namely the results of water quality, namely, temperature 28.1 – 30.3 0C, pH 7.4 – 8.1, DO 5.24 6.53 mg/L, NH3 0.06 – 0.40 mg/L, NO2 0.056 – 0.90 mg/L and NO3- 0.28 – 0.190 mg/L. In addition to producing filter products that can support SGR, SR and FCR in freshwater fish, it is hoped that this research will also produce scientific paper outputs that will be published in International Conferences/International Journals and become part of the Study Program's Coursebook for the Accounting Department. Computerized Poliban Accounting and can be applied in the community through the Community Service program

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with a high risk of natural disasters in several regions. Emergencies can result in death or property destruction. While dealing with catastrophes, swift action and anticipation are required; yet, if the community is unfamiliar with emergency equipment, it will take longer to overcome emergencies. It turns out that many people still do not understand emergency equipment information correctly. The active engagement of the community in recognizing emergency equipment can be enhanced by the provision of information. The implementation of an application utilizing Augmented Reality technology and the Fisher Yates Shuffle algorithm aims to enhance public awareness and promote active engagement in identifying emergency equipment. Once the application has been developed and constructed, the evaluation process will involve the utilization of a pre-test, post-test, and the N-Gain Score methodology. The N-Gain Score is a valuable tool for gauging the extent of the community's comprehension in identifying emergency equipment. Additionally, a Questionnaire will be employed to evaluate the level of user satisfaction with the application. The findings of the study revealed that the level of knowledge acquired by users, as assessed, was 57%. This suggests that users demonstrate a relatively high level of proficiency in understanding emergency equipment when utilizing the application. Furthermore, the overall satisfaction of users with the program received a final score of 86%, showing a high degree of effectiveness.
