Abstract

Unknowingly, risk is an essential part of an individual's life. Every day individuals have the potential to be threatened by possibilities that can produce something that has fatal social, human, and financial consequences. Insurance can help individuals to relieve the financial burden caused by unwanted things by transferring individual losses to insurance companies. This transfer of losses will distinguish individuals from possible bankruptcy and financial security. Automotive insurance is a liability for loss or damage to motorized vehicles. This time we will take the example of an insurance company specializing in automotive insurance, namely Top Gear Insurance (TGI). This company uses customer data storage using an ordinary manual database that does not yet use a data warehouse system. This ordinary manual database makes it difficult for TGI to retrieve data for reprocessing and makes data inaccessible from anywhere, asynchronous, concise, and inefficient. There is a solution to the TGI problem of creating a data warehouse with a star schema approach for storing and processing data. The data warehouse is likely to make the data within the company more accessible, efficient, simple, and understandable so that TGI can develop its business through data analysis from the data it already has. Datawarehouse has many business advantages, such as increasing Business Intelligence, data quality and consistency, saving time, and supporting historical data analysis and queries. The data warehouse consists of datamart, OLTP, OLAP, and Star Schema. Using Mondrian as a visualization showed that TGI can get information about customer data, policies, and claims easily, quickly, and concisely. That can also help TGI create customer profiles and targeted marketing and company evaluation based on the visualization provided.

Abstract

Apart from self-confidence, another factor that influences self-regulation is parental support. Parental support is to support children's lives, both in social, psychological and educational development. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between self-confidence and parental support with students' self-regulation at Ad-Durrah IT Middle School. The research results show that there is a relationship between self-confidence and parental support and self-regulation. This is shown by the coefficient F reg = 111.949 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient R = 0.705 with p < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive relationship between parental confidence and support and self-regulation, the more positive the self- confidence and parental support, the higher self-regulation of SMP IT Ad Durrah students. Likewise with the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) which has a value of 0.497, which means that student self-confidence and the support of the student's parents contribute 49.7% to the self-regulation of SMP IT Ad Durrah students. At the time of entering adolescence, individuals begin to search for identity, so they want to have the opportunity to be able to regulate themselves and develop themselves . Apart from self-confidence, another factor that influences self-regulation is parental support. Parental support is to support children's lives, both in the social, psychological, and educational development fields . The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between self-confidence and parental support with students' self-regulation at Ad-Durrah IT Middle School. The research results show that there is a relationship between self-confidence and parental support and self-regulation . This is indicated by the coefficient F reg = 111,949 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient R = 0.705 with p < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive relationship to self-confidence and parental support with self-regulation, the more positive self-confidence and parental support, the higher the self-regulation Ad Durrah IT Middle School student . Likewise, the value of the diterminant coefficient (R2 ) has a value of 0.497, meaning that self-confidence students and the support of the students' parents contributed 49.7 % to self-regulation Ad Durrah IT Middle School student .

Abstract

Science Lesson is a subject that demands a lot of conceptual understanding, because in science learning, many students are faced with abstract concepts. Teachers need to direct the students through meaningful learning process that they experience themselves so as to apply knowledge in everyday life. Thus the use of science-based learning-based learning module is expected to increase student activity and learning outcomes. The research development model is a 3-D development model (tree D). The purpose of research is to produce learning module science- based project based learning on the material of organic and inorganic waste is effective. Data collection using validation sheet, practical and module effectiveness. The technique of data analysis is descriptive data, that is by describing the practicality of using science-based learning process-based learning module. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that the learning module of IPA on organic and inorganic waste processing materials oriented project based learning including effective category in terms of student activity, student motivation and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Parking violations are very frequent around us, especially in urban areas, which greatly disturbs other road users so the government imposes strict sanctions on parking violations. To solve this problem, a surveillance system is needed to immediately alert drivers to move their vehicles to the correct parking space. In this paper, a monitoring system for parking violations has been developed that focuses on carrying out license plate recognition on cars and giving warnings to drivers to move their cars from the wrong parking location via voice media. The steps involved in license plate recognition are license plate detection, character segmentation, and character recognition by performing OCR (Optical Character Recognition). Furthermore, the license plate recognition results will be used as input for sound generation as a warning. In this paper, a GUI was also developed to help users run programs that have been developed. Finally, the experimental results show that a simple monitoring system to alert parking violations can be established.
