Not only management preparation but risk management is also needed for the program. This research aims to analyze the map of potential risks in the Semarang City SMART PJU of IoT program along with analyzing how the risk management of the program. This research is based on qualitative research with primary and secondary data collection techniques. Primary data collection by interviewing related informants purposively, then the data is analyzed based on qualitative analysis. The findings of this research are that the highest level of risk occurs in the shortage of human resources and SMART PJU operators because there are no human resources who are data analytic experts and Artificial Intelligence experts. Other high risks are database errors / down; SMART PJU devices using old technology; long loading dashboards; and no Fiber Optic connection in internet management.

Transformational leadership is the process of mobilizing all one's abilities to influence, move, direct other people. Transformational leadership is a process of mobilizing all one's abilities to influence, move and direct other people. The suggestion from this research is government support to encourage and provide assistance to business actors so they are able to compete with other tourism industries. One form of support is for the government to provide space for learning to realize technological literacy through outreach and training to business actors. Then we need to utilize new marketing strategies, actively producing goods that consumers can buy directly for the types of products that are currently on the rise during the pandemic.

Abstract

The governance of information technology in hospitals is a crucial component in facilitating the alignment of information technology initiatives with the strategic objectives of XYZ hospital, thereby contributing to the achievement of its organizational goals. XYZ hospital is currently facing a number of challenges, one of which pertains to the Information System utilized for delivering services to visitors. The resolution of this problem can be achieved through the implementation of an assessment using the Cobit 5 framework, specifically targeting the BAI domain. This approach aims to offer recommendations for enhancing the value of capability levels, thereby improving information technology governance within the hospital setting. The results of the investigation conducted on the evaluation of information technology governance utilizing the Cobit 5 framework at "XYZ" hospital demonstrate that the BAI Domain, particularly BAI Domain 05, has attained a maturity level of 3, whereas BAI Domain 08 has attained a maturity level of 2. The two domains in question demonstrate the least developed levels of maturity when compared to the remaining domains. In contrast, BAI Domains 02, 03, 06, 09, and 10 have attained a maturity level of 4, denoting a heightened level of maturity. Finally, BAI Domains 01, 04, and 07 have successfully attained the intended level of maturity.

Abstract

In this study, a mobile application has been developed with the primary objective of classifying facial skin types to facilitate the selection of appropriate skincare products tailored to individual skin needs. The motivation behind this research stems from the widespread issue of individuals being unaware of their specific skin types, which often leads to suboptimal skincare routines and, in some cases, adverse effects such as skin dullness and damage. To address this challenge, a comprehensive problem-solving approach has been adopted. The methodology encompasses the utilization of the Haar Wavelets method for facial image feature extraction, complemented by the application of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm for precise skin type classification. Face Recognition technology has also been integrated to enhance the accuracy and reliability of the classification process. In terms of system development, an Agile methodology has been employed, facilitating swift and cost-effective project completion. This agile approach ensures the development process is efficient, reducing both time and financial resources. The mobile application developed for this purpose utilizes the Python programming language, specifically incorporating the PyWavelets library. The culmination of this research effort is a user-friendly mobile application that enables users to capture their facial images. Subsequently, the application employs advanced algorithms to identify their specific skin type, providing personalized recommendations for suitable skincare products and routines. This innovative solution aims to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to enhance the effectiveness of their skincare regimen, ultimately promoting healthier and more radiant skin.

Abstract

Gagatan harimau leaves (Vitis gracilis BL) is a plant contains several secondary metabolite compounds, namely alkaloids, glycosides, tannins, saponins and flavonoids and has been used traditionally to treat diarrhea, infectious diseases, inflammation and diabetes. The aim of this study was to to determine data on the percentage of deaths and the LC50 value of the ethanol extract of the Gagatan harimau (Vitis gracilis BL) against Artemia Salina Leach using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method. The method used is the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) with concentrations of 180 ppm; 200 ppm; 220ppm; 240ppm; 260ppm; 280ppm; 300 ppm and 0 ppm as negative controls each replicated three times. At each concentration, 10 Artemia salina Leach larvae were used as test animals, each concentration was 48 hours old. The toxic effect of the extract was determined by the percentage mortality of Artemia salina Leach larvae using probit analysis (LC50). The results of this research gave the linear regression equation Y = 11.674x-68.227. Therefore, the LC50 value is 6.275 and the LC50 gets a value is 187.068 ppm. Research on the toxicity of Gagatan harimau (Vitis gracilis BL.) ethanol extract using the BSLT (Brine Shrimp Lethality Test) method in this study is toxic because the LC50 is < 1000 ppm so it has the potential to be anticancer.
