Abstract

The adoption of electric motorcycles in Indonesia requires further study. Electric vehicles (EVs) are widely regarded as the most suitable green technology for application in the automotive sector, offering a means to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions. This study develops a model of electric motorcycle adoption intention based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The objective of this research is to identify the factors influencing consumer intentions to adopt electric motorcycles. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 390 respondents. The research hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that environmental concerns, perceived economic benefits, social influence, and brand awareness have a significant positive impact on consumer attitudes toward electric motorcycles. However, government policies do not significantly affect consumer attitudes or interest in purchasing electric motorcycles in Indonesia. Additionally, perceived risk demonstrates a negative correlation with attitudes, indicating that concerns such as limited range, inadequate charging infrastructure, and battery life issues negatively affect consumer perceptions. Meanwhile, consumer attitudes were found to have a significant positive influence on purchase intentions. These findings provide valuable insights for both the government and electric motorcycle manufacturers. Understanding consumer behavior is essential for designing effective strategies to promote electric motorcycle adoption in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of organizing madrasa institutions aimed at improving the performance of GTK. This research uses a qualitative approach with a multisite design, data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, as well as cross-site analysis. The research results show that: (1) The organization structure is developed through the internalization of the vision and mission, division of labor, work grouping, line of authority, span of control, centralization, decentralization, and formalization. (2) Job division improves GTK performance through task identification, employee placement according to educational qualifications, and workload according to standard regulations. (3) Delegation of authority is carried out through task identification, assessment of GTK competencies, granting of power, and responsibility. (4) Cooperative relationships are enhanced through good communication, collaboration, trust, and team cohesion in the madrasa. The validity of the data is tested through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. Thus, this research provides an in-depth understanding of how organizational structure, division of labor, delegation of authority, and cooperative relationships can enhance the performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of customer satisfaction on brand loyalty, with brand love as a mediating factor, among Samsung smartphone users at the University of Darussalam Gontor. In the competitive smartphone market, customer satisfaction alone often falls short in driving brand loyalty, highlighting the critical role of emotional connections like brand love. Using a quantitative approach, data were gathered from 171 respondents through purposive sampling and analyzed using path analysis in SPSS. Findings reveal that customer satisfaction significantly influences brand love but not brand loyalty directly, while brand love strongly impacts brand loyalty and effectively mediates the relationship. The study underscores the importance of brand love in fostering loyalty, offering theoretical insights and practical strategies for companies to strengthen emotional bonds with consumers.

The oil content in palm oil has benefits for everyday life such as cooking oil, processed food, cosmetics and so on. Selection of quality fresh fruit bunches (FFB) for oil palm suitable for harvest requires a method to determine which fresh fruit bunches (FFB) are very suitable. One way to do this is by using the profile matching method. The profile matching method is a method of making decisions by assuming that there is an ideal variable level. The results of the study concluded, among others: the decision support system used to assist in selecting the quality of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of oil palm worth harvesting. The application of the profile matching method can make decisions in selecting the quality of fresh fruit bunches worth harvesting based on ranking for the 30 samples used. TBS20 with a value of 4.9 is ranked first and TBS16 with a value of 3 is ranked last.

Abstract

The accelerated growth of economic activities, large-scale industrial expansion, and technological advancements have intensified competition, including among small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Green supply chain management (GSCM), which integrates environmentally conscious practices into supply chain activities, has become a crucial strategy for balancing industrial growth with environmental preservation. This study examines the impact of GSCM on firm performance, mediated by green innovation, in food and beverage SMEs in Cimahi City, Indonesia. SMEs in this sector significantly contribute to the regional economy while generating substantial waste, underlining the need for sustainable practices. The findings reveal that GSCM positively influences Green Innovation, with a strong effect, but has a weak and insignificant direct impact on firm performance. Green Innovation plays a significant role in improving firm performance, with a positive and significant effect. Additionally, Green Innovation acts as a mediator, partially influencing the relationship between GSCM and firm performance. These results underscore the importance of GSCM and Green Innovation in enhancing firm performance and promoting environmental sustainability in SMEs.

Abstract

E-commerce is an extraordinary example of an online market product that is a breakthrough for people in buying and selling activities, with a wider reach. Digital enables transactions and processes within a company, involving information systems under the control of the company. The role of social media also contributes to encouraging consumers to shop in E-commerce. Various promos and advertisements as a form of marketing strategy offered have an impact on people's interest in online shopping. With these various promos and advertisements, there is a contest to attract buyers. However, the level of public satisfaction with marketing on Shopee is not optimal, where the level of consumer trust in business owners is still low. This research aims to explain the relationship and influence of innovation in driving marketing strategies to improve the performance of business actors on Shopee. This study uses a quantitative descriptive technique with an exploratory survey approach for this study. The data used was sourced from offline surveys. The sample of this study is all Shopee Pematang Siantar E-commerce users who are classified as millennials totaling 99 people. This non-probability purposive sampling technique was chosen because there are no statistics that determine the size of the population. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model used. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the results of innovation affecting marketing strategies, the second hypothesis was marketing strategies affecting the performance of business actors, The original sample value was positive which showed that the direction of the relationship between marketing strategies and the performance of business actors was positive, so it could be concluded that the second hypothesis was accepted. The marketing strategies implemented by Shopee in improving the company's performance are still not optimal. It is recommended that the selection of suppliers in providing products on Shopee is more selective so that the quality of the product, product variety and content in the application are in accordance with what is displayed. For the provision of discounts in the product distribution process to consumers so that it is clearly informed to each consumer account so that there is no misperception. Innovation needs to be improved by Shopee in terms of other payment services such as payments for the use of transportation services. So that consumers who have the SPayLater application can make their payments more conveniently. Shopee's performance still needs to be improved through the addition of suppliers from outside Indonesia so that consumers in Indonesia who want products from abroad can make purchases on the Shopee application so that the number of consumer purchases will increase.
